Straight talk as a carrier leaves a lot to be desired. I was a straight talk customer for a couple of years: service was adequate but there were quite a few dead areas, and sometimes data was really slow. When I needed to port my number to a new company, they put up barriers to the transfer. Their policies wasted 2 hours of my time.
A kiosk is good for some people but not all but it is a fast ready when you need it right there machine but Ive noticed some people have a hard time with it
A little slow to navigate unless you know what buttons to push.
