The service here is okay but they are always busyI just switched 5 lines from Tmobile to cricket.Abdullah helped me port over. I really like the service. Also I’m only paying 125$ a month for 5 lines. Sounds like a great deal to me. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the activation fee is high and they could only waive 2 for me.

To your supervisor,If I could I would give this wireless kiosk zero stars !Guy working here is very messy/disorganized, let me tell you this place is more dirty than a room that has not been cleaned for months! Coffee stains everywhere, cups everywhere. Employee was not wearing face mask at all times during engagement/ point of sale. Anyways straight to the point ! Employee here was trying to overcharge me with items that did not even have a explanation, found out he gave me a phone number that was already used at another company. Please train the employees with more knowledge and to explain clearly what calculations is he adding to the calculator that DO NOT add up or make sense. Anyone that has to go here need to get their receipts revised.
