I wanted to take the time to say what a great shopping experience I had with Johnathan. (Kendall). He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. I appreciated the time he took to explain all the features, plans, and saving options. You should definitely request to work with him if you want a thorough, enjoyable buying experience! I wish more employees had such a professional, positive disposition! Also thank you to the supervisor Dwayne, who took the time to reach out personally to make sure we had quality service.

Had a challenge with upgrade to my phone due to 14 day policy return due to covid. Pam and also the manager at this location were amazing solving this problem. Their understanding of the unfortunate circumstance and kindness was amazing. Returning my old phone for credit I dealt with Cam. I watched him gently help the elderly couple in front of me with kindness and respectfulness not seen often in todays world. When my turn, Cam showed me the same kindness and professionalism as the couple before me. This location is staffed with kindness and eagerness to please.

One can judge the value of a company not just when things are great but when things dont go right. Will they be there to guide you through the process and go the extra mile. This week I want to put a huge spotlight on Karissa the assistant manager and Keith the area manager. When I had some issues porting my account over from T-mobile they both went above and beyond. I believe they call it lagniappe or going the extra mile. They did that for me. The time spent, the urgency at which they worked on my account made me feel humanized when most stores only see you as a sale. For anyone looking for great service both in the phone you get and the great experience you will receive in store this is the place to come. Thanks Keith and Karissa.

James is the guy to work with at this store!! He is professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and flexible. We came in needing multiple things done and he covered all of it, quickly and painlessly. We left happy and could not be more pleased. We have had cell phones for over a decade and this was by far the best experience we’ve ever had. If you’ve got to go in, ask for James!

The absolute best experience at the AT&T store in Hendersonville. The staff was patient, answered my questions in depth, and very accommodating as I had my three children with me. A big THANK YOU to Raie, Kendall, Sayvon, and DJ for a wonderful experience as my children were getting their first cell phones. Switched my grandsons trac phone over to my plan. Got him a new Samsung. Only complaint is I was paying cash. That put it on a payment plan and had to cancel the transaction and do it again. They said I could just pay it off all at once. And I said no, I know that game. I will have to pay an extra payment to do that as I have been told that before and I am not making an extra payment. Cancel and redo. Dont just assume everyone wants a payment plan when they say they are paying cash.

When I first came in the door no one greeted me. So I waited patiently for about 10 mins. Another customer walked in and I witnessed as employees greeted him immediately. 5 mins later someone walked up to him to ask what he needed. I had to interrupt to inform the employee that I had been there waiting and no one had acknowledged that I was even there. So I was a little bothered by that and how there was no urgency to help me. In not sure why I was treated that way or why I was overlooked but it was rude and incompetent. Ive never been treated that way at AT&T. Not sure if Ill visit that location (Hendersonville, TN) again.

This is about James and his excellent customer service. Had a modem get fried in a power outage last night. Brought it in this morning to the AT&T store in Hendersonville in hopes of swapping it out. I sort of was dreading coming in the idea that they would didn’t keep modems here and they would have to ship it to us and we’d be without Internet for another couple days. So James came to help me and sure enough he said that they don’t keep the modems in the stores they have to ship them out. I was very frustrated and told him that was a terrible business model and I was having to move in a couple months and make the decision whether to keep AT&T Internet or get somebody else in this certainly was not helping me decide to keep them. But there’s a whole experience he was very nice even though I did not really get angry with him. But we just talked about stuff and he was cool the whole time and gave me suggestions on you know what he could. Very good customer service. Highly recommend dealing with him. If you go to that store are thinking about going to any phone store please try to see James at the AT&T Hendersonville store. You won’t regret dealing with him I guarantee

Apple sent me a replacement iPhone X phone, but no SIM CARD. I was greeted immediately upon entering the store, and Colin was very helpful and knowledgable. He installed the SIM and called his own phone from mine, to be sure it worked. I appreciated his polite, easy-going manner-- and the new SIM CARD was free!👍🏾

Why 0-1 star?1. Home Expert “Tim” made a mistake June 24, adding an extra line that I didn’t need it, I have be not able to connect with him to fix it, neither the Hendersonville TX store wasn’t able.2. Customer service depended on the Home Expert to fixed (Apparently Att consider Home Expert Kings because no one can make changes or fix their mistakes) - he has not been available until today to fix it…3. I talk with specialist for 2 hours in the phone and he gave some hope to be fixed but more than 20 days after things are the same.4. I talked with a Supervisor over the phone almost an hour, filled a report of my complaints, and more than 20 days laters no one has been able to follow up with me…5. I made a complaint with the Division of Consumer Affairs of Tennessee Gov. about this situation, but no one has yet contact me.6. Seriously, ¿is there any type of value to customer in this company? I wished I never changed my four lines to this company

Today I walked into AT&T, with the hopes of bringing my Bussines accounts over from Verizon. The sales rep PAm walked up to me and greeted me with a smile and a welcome. Well moving forward we sat down, and got to work little did I know we were going to be stopped with some road blocks, but Pam was so Patient and understanding and worked though everyone one, there was not one issue that stopped her, she stuck by my side the whole time and worked with me and was able to get the job done. Thank you Pam for your hard work, and patients and dedication to help me today! You truly have earned my business. In closing the Manager that was on today was also a big help as well, she was working her Magic as well......

AT&T is horrible. I cant even give them 1 star but to post this I have to or they wont post my comment. I was sent to this store by AT&T to get my bill straightened out. 1st of all they sent copies of bills for 2 different accounts. They cant even explain what they say I owe what it is for. They charge you for full months if you dont cancel on the last day of your billing cycle. They are always sneaking in FREE specials you dont even want. They usually run for 3 months and it is your responsibility to keep track of it. It is so sad they own DirecTV also. That is where they really get you. Good luck to you, just check and recheck your bills.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE!!!! My husband and I visited the Hendersonville branch 3/9/2021. We were talked into switching our services from Verizon to AT&T to save money on our monthly bill. I didnt realize saving money would mean having horrible customer service and phones that do not work properly. My husband and I both work 90% from our phones and havent been able to work an entire day. We have been told multiple times (over phone and in person) by the sales representatives at this location they cannot help us. Its baffling to me that service/retail employees are unwilling to help their customers. If you choose AT&T call the customer support line from their website or visit another branch. I wish I could give negative stars for this location.

Great customer service from start to finish by Kendle Fuqua.I was warmly greeted upon arrival by Kendle, and he walked me through the entire process patiently and enthusiastically. Discussed all my options and other AT&T services. I felt very informed.By the way, had previous experience today at the Green Hills location (close to work) And it was night and day difference in service. Woo. Went into store for help with new phone and to return a product. Got in and a blond lady approached, I began explaining what I had going on and she says this looks like its going to be a long story, lets go sit down.... then goes on to say that I dont need to buy a service extender to just use wifi calling. That among other eye rolls led me to leave with multiple unanswered questions that refused to ask due to poor service. Oh to add. I am a BRAND new customer. Like yesterday brand new. Not what I expect from customer service. On the reason I have 2 stars. They had a good selection of products, thats it.

Absolutely unethical management and employees at this location. Will be contacting corporate with a recording of the manager Doug promising a credit in the amount of $150 to my bill, which did not happen. His employee Pam, was extremely combative and argumentative when my husband visited the store today because the credit was not applied as promised, (again on the recording that we will be sending directly to their corporate office), within 48 hours of Tuesday, February 25th 2020.Doug also advised us that their previous employee Casi was fired for promising to credit the accounts of over 10 other customers and has an open investigation, seems extremely unethical to divulge that information to a customer regarding a previous employee. I would highly recommend that corporate send adequate management to train your less than professional employees.

Customer service is non-existent at this location. The sales associate brushed me off as soon as someone she knew came in with their dog. She was more focused on playing with the dog than helping me. She didnt even attempt to help me with a dead phone, just told me to file a claim or buy a new one. I went to the AT&T store in Lebanon the next day and was able to get the dead phone powered up to save valuable content. Needless to say, I will not be returning to the Hendersonville location.

We bought our phones from the Sam’s AT&T store and it’s supposed to be for six phones $222 a month including insurance and it jumped up to $688 A month and I could go on and on about all this I’ve had problems from the beginning the right hand left hand has no idea what’s going on They said that money will come back on my account the next month I’m just not so sure it’s gonna do that because I felt like I’ve been lied to from the very start and continues to be lies !!! on the plus side the cell phone service is better than My last phone service I will re-post on here if things keep going bad or if they fix this issue to let everybody know to avoid or to go to AT&T store at Sam’s as far as that goes in the AT&T stores they constantly are lying and going up on the price

After a negative experience at the Gallatin store, I decided to try Hendersonville. I really hadn’t planned on upgrading, but I was told in Gallatin that my phone couldn’t be fixed and that I just needed a new phone. After a very short wait, Kendall offered his assistance and in a matter of minutes fixed my phone with a simple reset. I greatly appreciated his honesty and willingness to assist me, without just thinking about his commission. I will not return to the Gallatin store, but I will return to Hendersonville when I am ready for an upgrade and I will ask for Kendall!

So they sold me a screen protector saying it was amazing and that it had a lifetime warranty. It cracked after a few days and I wasnt able to take it back for two more weeks. I asked them to honor the warranty, they said, absolutely, just contact the manufacturer and they want $10 to replace it. On the site, the manufacturer has a 30 money back guarantee. The manufacturer said I screwed up by buying it from att.If you are going to sell and advertise a product with a warranty, honor it!

Went to this store on 8/1/19 to see about getting basic internet. Spoke and worked with a rep named Kenneth for 2 hours up until they closed on getting an account and getting the plan set up. The rep was setting my information up and told me how much it would be. I took cash out for whenever he was ready to take the payment. Waited another 30-40 min for him to finish it up and then he informed me that they cant take cash... He couldnt have told me that the 30-40 min after I took it out and had it sitting on the table in the middle of us both and I could have ran to the bank to deposit the money to use my card. Came back the next day to pay and wasnt greeted by anyone, stood and waited for 20 min until I had to say something myself. Made the payment with my card and was told I would get an email to track the package and that it would be at my residence by the 8th. Never did get an email with tracking information. Called customer service today, 8/7 and they said there is no account number, no account set up, nothing. So I basically paid $100 for nothing. Poor customer service and nothing but the run around.

After a terrible experience at the Gallatin, Tn location I decided to give the Hendersonville store at Indian Lakes a shot. The store associate, Kendle Fuqua, greeted me at the door and immediately went to work helping me sort out my issues in a very respectful, timely manner. His knowledge and efficiency in problem solving was very impressive. Looking around the store at the other associates I noticed that this was the common theme with how all the customers were being treated. I dont usually write reviews but because of how helpful Kendle was, I felt that i needed to. I highy recommend the store at Indian Lakes in Hendersonville for the reasons above. Dishonest, lazy, and not customer service oriented. The manager here is absolutely trash. I signed up in store for a tv/internet package to only have the installer completely change my order and triple the bill. When I came into the store and brought it up, she was all about making things right. Could not refund money but applied it as a credit. Anyways, fast forward a few weeks, the new service was double the promotion I signed up for and nothing else was ever fixed. I had numerous in store conversations with her to no avail. I am still paying more than the promotion att advertised and never received the $300 visa gift card.I finally had the bill somewhat fixed and rectified by a store manager in Brentwood who was awesome. I’ll check back in with the store and see if a review helps push them in the right direction to fixing the scam. Maybe I’ll see the visa gift card some day...Btw, if it’s a promotion sent out by a store, ATT corporate number can not fix anything since it was a local retailer who did things. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR LOCAL PROMOTIONS WITH THIS STORE. Manager lady is very dishonest and lazy.

This is the worst AT&T store Ive ever been to. I needed a screen protector for my phone. With a baby crying in the car I promised my wife I would just to run in and buy one quickly, no looking around. The staff was really rude and said, Were just helping too many people, it’s going to be a long time. I said I only wanted a screen protector. A long time to take 1 minute to scan a screen protector, swipe a card and print out a receipt??? BS. I asked, Will it be longer than 5 minutes and the manager just shrugged at me.This isnt the only bad experience weve had here. These geniuses screwed up the purchase of my wifes new phone a few months back. It had to be shipped because they didnt have the color she wanted and when it arrived it was the wrong color. We could have just bought it that day because it was a color they had. They also did some convoluted process because they couldnt figure out how to use their own purchasing website. They had to create a new account just to ship the phone and then when my wife arrived with the new phone they cancelled that account and added the phone it to mine. They screwed that up and there ended up being charges on the temporary account even though it never had a phone on it. It took me a lot of time to resolve the issue on the phone with AT&T.These guys are idiots, I dont know what special needs institution theyre using for their employee pool but just save yourself the wasted time of dealing with these morons and go to the store in Rivergate. BTW, I ended up just getting my screen protector on Amazon, it was faster for the Prime shipping than waiting for these Einsteins to figure out how to sell me one.
