I always have good experiences here. They have a good selection of games and gaming systems. They do require masks again.

Great staff, big selection, easy to find, and the used prices are better than most. Dont trade anything in though.

An exchange was made for a game that was inoperable. No problem quick service very knowledgeable about the gaming world. Watch for sales, they also give credit or refunds.

The store was well stocked and I found what I needed easily, but I over heard one cashier telling a customer to stay away from Black Ops 4 because Its all online and just like Fortnite so I wouldnt ask them for advice, both guys did not seem knowledgeable on the subject of video games. I personally helped a customer with questions about game pass that the cashier could not

Went to buy Madden 20. They had several new for $39.99. So we went to the pre-owned section. We found a couple pre-owned Madden 20 for $54.99 so we asked the two people behind the counter if the price was correct? They said yes. So then I asked so you are selling the used games for $54.99 when the new game is $39.99? They both responded yes thats correct its all the publishers fault. I just laughed and said ok Ill go somewhere else. I left walked down a couple stores and bought it new from Target for $39.99 instead. You just lost my business.Selling used games for $15 more than you sell them new for. Stupid.

I received the most help and had all my questions answered with exactly what I needed to know. She helped me to get everything I needed and was honest enough to let me know if I didnt need something. She hands down was amazing and found a way to keep a smile on her face while helping numerous people at one time.

Im sorry GameStop but just stop. Your salesman are awful. I literally was told the phrase you should just buy it multiple times. I cant imagine anyone enjoys a high pressure sales environment in a place that is supposed to be fun

One of the better cleaner GameStop Ive been to. I still think the co many could use a modern remodel, less moms basement more clean lines and bright open space.

The selection of games is superb but be very careful to check what you purchase. I bought a nintendo ds game and when I got it home I found out the contacts that connect to the system were completely corroded. Needless to say I took it back to the store. My point is dont trust that they have checked everything for quality on your behalf.
