MY EXPERIENCE AT SLEEP OUTFITTERS IN HENDERSONVILLEI needed a new bed. Since I bought my last one: I aged, developed severe arthritis, had my back fused, two hips replaced, and have deteriorated shoulders.I am some distance away so I made a preliminary call and spoke with Victoria. She not only provided me with the information I wanted, but her enthusiasm for the products gave me confidence in both the variety of products available and the treatment I would receive to justify the drive to Hendersonville the next day. She was off that day but I was in very good hands with Jay. He is very knowledgeable and communicates well. He first determined what my concerns and sleep requirements were and then matched them with several recommendations. There was a wide selection available and with his guidance and patience in answering my myriad of questions, I tried several adjustable frames and mattresses and selected and bought a set. He also explained clearly the purchase, delivery and set up procedures.I appreciated dealing with people who were trying to meet my needs and not just sell me something.Bill H

Victoria was friendly and not at all pushy. The bed we bought was for my 89 year old mother who has many health issues right now. I purchased a Sealy mattress and box spring, and was given a free mattress cover AND an “I love my pillow” during their Labor Day sale. It’s a GREAT pillow! My items were delivered to me 2 days later by very professional and courteous drivers who set up everything and hauled the old set off. This entire experience has been a very positive one. I highly recommend Mattress Outfitters and will be back in a decade or 2 for my next set!
