Excellent service and im extremely satisfied! Called everywhere in town but nowhere would change my front brakes til at least the next day, some places said over a week wait. But, Pam at Fenders by Enders fit me right in at the front of the line and got me out of the way, which i am super grateful for being that I am running behind! My car broke down right as I pulled in to work, so I decided to give these guys a call. They were able to get my car in the same day. Pam sent the crew out my way to check everything out to see if it was something they could fix before having someone tow it to the shop. My car was ready before my lunch hour! They were professional and courteous from start to finish.

My Vacation weekend was cut short by my starter which crapped out. These kind folks were patient and understanding. Brought my car in towards the end of the work day but they had everything good to go first thing in the morning. Helpful, cheerful, friendly, and funny!

Talk about a fantastic place that makes you feel welcome! My wife and I had two small children with us, one wasnt feeling well. While working on our car they went out of their way to keep them entertained. They were quick and efficient. Definitely recommend!

What an awesome company! Out of nowhere my ford fusion passenger window went belly up on me and decided to come crashing down during our first week of rain. I first took it to ford repair and they wanted $500+ in repairs and wanted me to wait a week without my car! So lucky I found this place, I came in they were friendly and immediately brought my car in to look at it, ordered the part, and gave me a great quoted price just before closing! My car was finished the very next morning! At half the cost of other mechanics! This place is honest and extremely helpful. I will be back for all my repairs! A+++++

My husband and I called in to Fender by Enders from out of state and asked them to perform a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle we are interested in buying. They immediately took the vehicle into their shop and did a 30 point inspection, plus looked at paint, interior condition, upholstery, and carpet. Pam called me back after the inspection and walked us through everything. EXCELLENT SERVICE and CARE for the CUSTOMER! Its not everyday, you can call into a company and get taken care of in such a GREAT WAY!Your friends in COLORADO!!!

Our truck broke down on a long road trip, Fenders By Enders is the only place who actually helped us. So kind and helpful! Got us in right away, cared about our family as well as our trip. Highly recommended!!

Our trailer axil bent and the tire was rubbing on the body. We had to stay and extra day not knowing if it was fixable. Gerry and Pam went to work, interrupting their busy day to get us on the road and home. Once we meet them our situation went from emergency mode to extended vacation!! Gerry explained exactly what needed to be done, gave us a time line; we went to a park and relaxed; he finished early and the price was very reasonable. Nice folks!!!!!

So thankful to these nice people for giving us their full attention when we were passing through and had car trouble. They definitely went above and beyond! A job well done!

Best service Ive had in a long time. Was passing through town on a family road trip when I sprung a coolant leak. They saw me right away and fixed within 2 hrs. Had to give him a tip for saving us in a pinch

Seriously the nicest, honest, affordable establishment in this town which is hard to come by Im finding everytime Im back to visit from Portland. They will tell you whats wrong With your car. Never suggest unneeded repairs. Great folks

THE place to stop if you have car troubles in the area. Cant emphasize enough how good these people are. Going the extra mile doesnt begin to describe this business.My friend and I were only 3 hours into a 4-day trip from Portland to Texas (with a stop in Boise for a wedding) on a Friday afternoon, and the battery light came on the dash of her car. We found Pam & Jerry in Hermiston, hoping theyd at least be willing to check it out and tell us how serious it was. Several hours later, theyd called in their extra worker, replaced the cars alternator, and we had become friends with Pam after spending our time chatting with her in the office. Jerry tested the car, it ran fine, and we went on our way. That in itself left a great impression on us, and we were so grateful.THEN the car broke down a couple miles from Hermiston. We got ahold of the Enders again, well after 5pm on a Friday, and they told us if we got a tow truck to bring us back to the shop, theyd come from their house to check it out again. After a few hours, we got there and they met us (after eating dinner and starting their weekend at home!). They helped us after the tow truck driver locked my friends keys in her car (!), and Jerry looked at the car again. He determined the part had been faulty, so they gave us a ride to a hotel and waited to see us check in. Jerry told us hed pick us up from the hotel in the morning after he changed the part again. So he and his other worker generously worked half a day on a Saturday to correct the mistake the auto parts store had made. He didnt charge us for any extra labor, assisted us with insurance after the tow truck error, and submitted warranty paperwork to try and get us a refund on the faulty part.This is an absurdly long story to tell in a Google review, but I have to try and express our gratitude for these people. A potentially disastrous car issue was made a borderline-enjoyable experience by Pam & Jerry. We found ourselves laughing the entire time in a situation that otherwise would have involved a lot of crying. Their generosity is still unbelievable to us. They treated us the way they would have treated their own daughters, and we are so, so grateful. We were only twenty minutes late to the wedding, and we had no more car issues on our way to Dallas. Pam & Jerry left a great impression on us. It sounds dramatic, but this experience with the goodness of people is something well carry with us for the rest of our lives.

Our family was in Hermiston for an event. We were going driving and the front tire seized up. When we asked some locals where to have it towed they recommended Fenders By Enders. I am so great full they did. It was around 3pm on a Friday afternoon but they assured us they would all work on it to get it done. By just after 5pm we were driving away with new bearings on the truck. The price was very reasonable even though they could have charged us a large amount due to our circumstance. I would highly recommend this shop just like the local folks do.

This is the best repair shop in Hermiston. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. The owners are honest and friendly. This is not a place that will sell you parts and services you dont need. They are the best in town!

Was new to the area looking for a shop I could trust to treat me right. This is not the place to go for that. First off I took my car in for an oIL change, and to have them look for an oil leak. When I got the car back after they had it all day I got a bull for $120. They couldnt find the leak but did the oil change and replaced my air filter. I took the car in with no service or check engine lights on. So when I pick it up its got a check engine light on. I called the shop the next day and the owner has the balls to tell me Im a lier when I told him it wasnt on when I dropped the car off and wants to charge me another $90 to see whats going on the owner needed up looking at it and turning the light off for no charge. My issue is $120 for an oil change and a $15 air filter. This guy lost my business. Kinda dumb on his part as I have 4 older vehicles. Probably could have made some money off me but he had to make it off of an oil change. I would not recommend this shop to anyone. FYI I still have the car and the check engine light t this day has never been on other then when I got it back from this shop.

I cant say enough good things about this shop. I broke down on my way back to Seattle and was stuck with a non-starting car at a truck stop in Hermiston. Jerry came out to meet me there the next day, rearranged his weekend activities to dig into my car, found the faulty part and had it replaced the next day. I had to leave the car there for a week before I could come back to pick it up. Not only was that totally fine with them, but they parked it at the bus stop for me when I came back into town. Wow. Just wow. Thank you so much!!!

I was traveling through town when I broke down on I-84. I was pretty sure my alternator was the problem. I called the local auto part store and pick one up. When I attempted to replace it, I soon realized I didnt have the correct tools for the job. A Leatherman and some hand tools only get you so far lol.I called around and Fenders By Enders answered right a way. It was on a Saturday too. He notified me they were closing in about an hour, when I told him I was from out of town and needed some help he give me a number to a towing company and I had the car towed to his shop.Two hours later the car was fixed and he also used the parts I bought from the part store. I truly honestly couldnt believe it. He worked an extra hour and a half after the shop was supposed to close and also give me a incredibly small bill. I normally do all my own mechanical maintenance and repairs because people are always trying to screw you out of every penny.This was a great experience and I would recommend this shop to anybody. If Fenders By Enders read this I just want to say thanks again. Chris

They were great! Showed up unannounced for a problem with the car smoking. They gave me a full inspection and helped me with the problem for a solid price and the people are very nice. It was quick to!

I recently had my car diagnosed and repaired at Fenders by Enders. They took the time to do a complete and thorough examination and testing to be sure of the problem. They repaired and replaced non working parts and it was a pleasure doing business with them!
