Franco is by far my favorite mechanic. He has worked on my Dodge Neón and Infiniti i30 in the past. Recently replaced a Heated O2 Oxygen Sensor on my 2007 Honda Odyssey EX-L and took it for a test drive to diagnose any drivetrain issues which he did discover - he noticed the shaking during acceleration and then checked CV Axles, concluded it was time to replace them. His service is fast, friendly, cost efficient and incredibly accurate. Does not nickel and dime and is always honest. Will continue to use Franco for all my vehicles.
Very knowledgeable and has very reasonable prices. Plus always makes time to get you in as soon as possible.
Unfortunately, our car broke down on I-84 outside of Hermiston. Fortunately, though, the tow truck driver took us to see Franco. He tried to fix it as inexpensively as he could (knowing its an older vehicle), but it was a Honda only part. He drove up to Tri-Cities to get the part and it was fixed as fast as possible! He was great through a terrible experience.
I was sent over to Franco from Oriellys in Hermiston for help diagnosing a kia rio. He told me to come back the next day when they open at 930am-not only did he not show up, he hung up on me and wouldnt answer my call. Huge language barrier as well.
Was just next door to Franco
