Very professional and honest about what needs to be done on your vehicle. Love the service there and very friendly. I will not go to any other Jiffy Lube but this one. And I leave pretty far. Well worth traveling to location.

Very friendly and professional staff! They were honest about what service needed to be completed on my vehicle. Had this location recommended to me by a couple people and will continue to bring my car here based on todays visit.

The techs this location is amazing. They always take time to explain everything theyre doing. I have an older vehicle and they recently made a HUGE save when my idler pulley had gone out and the serpentine belt was being shredded. Without these guys, I dont know who else I could trust with my truck. I hope the owners/managers know how great these guys are.

I took my van there for a oil change, they told me that the brake pads were shot front and back. And needed changing immediately, I gave them the okay to change them, they called me 10 minutes later and said they werent as bad as thought. I told them to change the front. It took them over 2 hours, and when it was finished they didnt tell me even though I was sitting outside waiting. Plus they promised to clean the battery posts, but didnt. Maybe its just this location.

This place is awesome. Came in and Cameron and Jason informed me of what was going on and what I may need further down the line to ensure my truck stays on the road not on a tow rig. Thanks guys.

Noticed on the service report they call my chassis sealed. Not true. My truck has grease zerks. When I called them out on having never done it, they said they dont even have a grease gun to lube the chassis. Said theyd call when they do. No call. Jiffy (no) Lube.This location used to be really good. 10+ years of my business has ended.

The 3 stars isnt based on a vehicle service this location performed. Its that of the services you no longer do. I liked how your team knew of prices off the bat for any services I needed on my vehicle. The problem was: I came to dispose of antifreeze and was refused to do so. (Thats not even the bad part) Its truly OK that you dont. The team did try to refure me to Autozone to try to help the situation. They dont take it either. While I was there? I was told a fire department. That fell short of any way to dispose of this fluid. I know its not your fault but in a service you once did fir the community and the environment? I was kinda guessing of a more educated solution of where we take the fluid. By this service no longer existing? Im afraid people will turn to more harmful ways of disposal by storm drains, toilets, and dumping that this just raises a concern. Like I said this isnt your issue and I thank you for taking it in the past. But when you were told that you no longer take it? Wouldnt you ask that source where could we have people go to rid of it?

First-time visit to this location, I was very impressed with the level of service, the knowledge, and also the lack of pushiness to upsell was refreshing.My go to place for oil changes moving forward.

On Monday 12/21/2020. I came to this jiffy lube in Hoffman Estate to get oil changed at 5:40 pm. Waited and got oil changed finished around 6:30 pm and drove off. A few mins later my right side started making small tackling noise then shortly after the extra turn signal light on the edge of the door slightly above the front right wheel popped out and swirling around and flew awayCalled the morning of 12/22/20 which was today at 9:40 am, was told by an action manager to come back and have them look at.Came back after work at 5:45 pm. They looked at the camera and said that they didn’t touch it and ok. So now calling the police and file report for insurance purpose and or small claim.This could easily caused from their workers did something wrong, vibration, and etc. but the fact that this happened 10 mins after drove off just unacceptable

This is my usual oil change location and I have brought all of my cars here regularly. I have always had a good experience here. They are usually very quick, always very nice and professional, and I don’t mind that the employees offer or recommend additional services because it’s a part of their job! But, I have never felt pressured to add on services when I say “not at this time”. Due to this, I usually do use them for services whenever I do think I need them.

Quick oil change service without an appointment.

I would NEVER go here again. Weve been going here for years and this time they REALLY did a bad job! They put in the receipt my car had a major oil leak, a power steering leak and my reverse lights do not work. VERY major problems, they did not tell this to my husband. We have other cars I could have driven if I would have known my car had these problems. I drove my car over 200 miles and a friend saw something dragging under my car, I promply drove it to our mechanic. He called to ask who did my oil change, oil was pouring ALL over the place, I had leaked 2 quarts since they worked on my car! He replaced a engine oil cooler and its fixed. Had they told me in advance I had a big oil problem I would have gotten it fixed right away.By the way there was NOTHING wrong with my power steering AND my reverse lights work? They have NO idea what they are doing.Omar the manager has YET to refund my money for all of this!

I have a 2014 Nissan Altima, and the brakes have been chronically squeaking, announcing my arrival to everyone within earshot! This continued to occur even after brake pad replacement and rotor cleaning.I stopped by this shop when they were offering free brake inspections. Ricardo, Chris, and team provided an excellent and thorough review of the problem as well as explanation of how braking systems like mine work, and what can be done to temporarily alleviate the issue- they took care of everything.Thanks a lot !

I was contacted by the area manager and he had me return to another location where they changed the cabin filter and cleaned out the fan housing from acorns. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue. We will continue to use Jiffy Lube in the future.ORIGINAL POST:I took my car to jiffy lube for an oil change. I specifically told the attendant that I did not want the cabin filter or the engine air filter looked at and that I did not need blades. I physically watched them take the cabin filter out and the engine air filter out and as they brought those to me there was acorn nuts on the cabin air filter I told them I did not want them replaced and the attendant shoved the cabin filter back in without dumping any of the acorn nuts last time they did the cabin filter in my Hyundai they shoved it in wrong and it didnt work so now Ill be disassembling that today to make sure that its okay once again more work for me and they obviously dont care. The attendance I talked to was gia and he told me that I have to talk to Omar who is the general manager. Again I will never return there at this location again as this is now the second time Ive had an issue with them and they dont care.

I went there yesterday for oil change after all next day I noticed weird noises from under my engine and I noticed I missing my catalyst converter

This location has gone out of their way to help me with my car and I appreciate the time they have taken for me. They are extremely professional and hard working. Especially Rick, who recommended me the most cost efficient way to get the repairs I needed to get done. If you need service with your vehicle, I would highly recommend this location!

My first experience with J Lube. These guys ROCK! The Hoffman Estates location is GREAT. I dealt with Rick and Jeremiah. Very congenial and accomodating. My car and I left HAPPY and they did not try to sell me services I did not need. Two thumbs up!

The guys at Jiffy Lube really helped me out of a bind. I had just had my Toyota Land Cruiser serviced at home and was in the area for a conference when I noticed that I had a severe oil leak. I was 4.5 hours from home and called the Toyota dealer. The dealership was not helpful. I called Jiffy Lube and was treated so kindly. I brought in my car the very next morning and the team at Jiffy Lube got right on the job. Turns out my dealership had not tightened down the new oil filter they installed and I was losing oil fast. The men at Jiffy Lube were very professional, efficient and extremely well-mannered. The place is immaculate and the service was fast. The communication was excellent. I wish I lived closer, as this Jiffy Lube would become my go-to for all oil changes and other services in the future. A special thanks to Rick and his team mates Matthew and Vince, who all worked on my car. Keep up the great work and thanks again for helping me out.

Terrible they left the engine cover bolts loose I heard it rattle under the hood one bolt had fallen out they left the washer cap off I took it back they fixed the problem but hit the side of the oil change pit I wont be going back there terrible customer service dont go to that shop

The team at this location is unlike any other. They will always go out of their way to make sure they deliver the customer service that is expected and then some. I wouldn’t go anywhere else to service my car. Without them I’m not sure if my vehicle would even be running! Keep up the good work here!

I got an oil change here. They broke my glove box and did not take responsibility for it. One side is completely unhinged and they will not put it back, saying it was like that. I know how my car was when I brought it in so it is unacceptable for a business to have zero accountability for their actions. I will not be returning to any jiffy lube in the future.

The manager Leyland (not sure if spelled correctly) was extremely helpful. Once i got home from the oil change i discovered some oil leaked onto my garage floor. I called and asked for the MGR and Leyland asked if i can return to inspect the issue. I got back to Jiffy Lube the next day and was greeted by an apologetic manager (Leyland) who explained the possibilities and wanted to correct the issue. Once we spoke he immediately got my car into a bay and another tech (Charles i think) was inspecting the top end of engine bay and another tech (didnt catch his name) was in the pit under the car. All of these folks were very dedicated with finding the issue. Turned out the plug to the oil pan was a bit faulty (no fault of theirs) which the seal had a minor flaw and they quickly replaced the plug and has solved the issue. I have been coming to this location for a few years and never had any problems, but the one time i had a minor issue the staff here went above and beyond to make sure i was satisfied! All the techs were very knowledgeable and explained many things in great detail. Excellent group at this location!

I went at the end of the month. They were slammed. They got me in and out in under 30 minutes with an oil change a Check for a leak. The front office gentleman was very polite and curteous. He offered a couple of options for some different things. He was very forthcoming about pricing and mistakes some other locations had made. He apologized and made me feel confident I could trust their work.And at no point did I feel pressured to get anything u didnt want or need. They offered some suggestions, but mostly just wanted to help me out. Will definitely be back and would highly recommend.

I cant say enough GREAT things about this location. Ive been a customer of theirs since I moved into the area about a year ago. The manager Rick has always helped me out whenever I stopped by and gave me complete information about the processes the costs and what would be done.TODAY though Rick and the staff at this Jiffy Lube went WAY ABOVE! I had my alternator replaced here last December, but today it went out when I was driving in Arlington Heights. I called up got Rick on the phone and explained my issue. He DROVE all the way to me in the parking lot I was stuck in and tried to jump my car. When that didnt work he took me in his car back to the Jiffy Lube tried to get my car towed back. When he couldnt get a tow truck to come, he and his technician drove to my car and FIXED it outside in the hot weather. Drove it back to me at Jiffy Lube, and covered it all for me under the warranty.He didnt have to do any of this to help me today. I am unbelievably impressed with the service I have always received here and couldnt recommend a more thorough group of professional mechanics. Rick and Jiffy Lube staff- Youre amazing thank you so much!

Rick was great. We came in with a grinding noise. Ends up, the brakes were metal on metal, and thats what caused the noise.The best part was Rick bringing us back out to the car, and actively showing us where the issues were, so we knew exactly what was going on the whole time.We came about an hour before close, and multiple people stayed late to make sure our brakes were completely replaced and functional.Really fantastic experience here, will be coming back to this location.

I love this location. I have been to several Jiffy lube locations but this is now my favorite location. I like how they remind me everything needed. I wish other jiffy lubes can come here for training. My car battery has lost charge on 3 separate occasions and had to be jumpstarted. I brought the car for oil change they tested the battery while performing routine checks before oil change and detected that battery needs replacing soon. I already knew and never told them this. I am impressed how thorough they are. I will bring back the car for other recommended repairs. Keep these guys working here. Thank you!!!

Been going here for over 2 years due to the kindness of the staff. I have had the most interactions with Nick & Anthony and they are always real with what is needed to be done and what can wait. I feel like they tried to sell me 50 things I dont need. I know a lot of auto places are like that, but seriously, this was excessive. I just want an oil change, not to be scammed into spending a ton of money when nothing is wrong with my vehicle.

Was in need of a quick oil change so brought my car here instead of going to the dealership like I typically do. Was told my brakes needed to be changed and they would charge $600. Im always a little uneasy of car repair shops due to some unsavory past encounters so I politely declined. Good thing I did! Took my car to another shop today to see how much they charge for new brakes and was told my brakes dont need to be changed but were in fact, good as new. Needless to say, this is the last time Ill be going here. This place is completely untrustworthy!

I went to this location for an oil change, and let me tell you why Im not going back. For starters, they laughed at my car immediately upon arrival. Thats pretty stupid, considering my vehicle was putting money in their checks that day. That was already annoying, but it wasnt even what pissed me off. What pissed me off was that there were about 6 mechanics present when they were changing my oil, and I was the only customer there at the time. And somehow, somehow they still botched it. These knuckleheads didnt screw on the oil filter correctly and my car was leaking oil as soon as I left. And heres the kicker: I had my boyfriend do my next oil change for me instead, and he did it in perfectly within 30 minutes. So basically what Im trying to say is that it took 6 dinguses to botch my oil change for me, and only 1 boyfriend (who isnt even a mechanic) to do it perfectly. Basically what Im trying to say is these are a bunch of noodleheads. I wouldnt recommend. Hit up my boyfriend though

I have gone here now three times and I won’t ever again. They always say it will be a 10-15 minute wait to get my car in and it has ALWAYS taken at least 30-40 minutes just to get it in the dock! Today two people came in after me to get oil changes and left before my car was even put in. That was the last straw for me. Horrible service and prices are not even good. I will not be back.

Stopped using because they wanted to put oil in my car that was not recommended by manufacturer. Used happily for many years for three cars at Roselle location on lake st until ownership changed and i moved out of area.Tried several other locations.q

I went to this Location( Higgins and Rosalle Rd) on Friday around end of the day to get a Quote to change the Rear Brakes. They gave me a Quote little over $300 and ask me to come back next day to get it done. I show them a Coupon at the same time and their Mechanic said he will apply it after the work done. I took my car on the Next day, and during the repair, Somebody came and told me that they recommend to change the Break fluid. I told them that I have it changed around 5 months ago. After 5 min somebody came back and said your Break fluid is fine, don’t need to change. While I was waiting, someone came and said we would suggest you to change the front Break as well. I told them “are you guys really checking it? I changed my front brake about 7 months ago. They are still not happy with that. They want me to change 7 lug nuts from the rear tire after brake installed. I had no other option to denied it. They charged around $50 to change the lug nuts. After all I was at the Cashier to pay at the end of the work. I showed my $25 Coupon to apply towards the Brake change. Cashier said every invoice is final and they can not apply a coupon at this time. I feel very unhappy to go to that place and will never go back their again. Once you are at the Shop, they are trying to make money from you. “Good bye Jiffy Lube””!!

I recently went to the Hoffman Estates location for an oil change. I was talked into about $275 worth of work which I stupidly agreed to.The other day my oil light was coming on and off which I thought was odd since I had just been in to have this work done. Thankfully I had the situation checked out because not only did I spend a large amount of money but there was NO OIL in my car! There is no oil leak in my car either. This could have cause irreparable damage to my car...I will never go to another JL as long as I live. These guys clearly work on a strict matrix where they need to rush customers through, sell add ons and perhaps save money by not completely filling a customer car with oil.

They don’t add air to the Tesla’s tires. Ridiculous:)

These guys are always professional. They take care of my car, they ask the right questions and they give me positive feedback. I went in yesterday for an oil change and air filter exchange and they have me out in approximately 15 minutes. Go there and see Matt if hes available, hell take good care of your car.

Very rude staff on Sunday 1-20-2019. I waited an hour and they still hadn’t worked on my truck. I had to leave. I wasn’t upset about that. They were busy. When I got in my truck they had it parked in the back with the windows completely down and the heat all the way up. They had it this way for an hour. When I asked the staff about it they could care less. The one guy Syad smiled and laughed at me. Unreal. I plan on calling the owner and the corporation.

On September 8th I went to there customer appreciation day and paid 29.99 only to find out 3 weeks later from my actual mechanic that an oil change was never done!!! Then the manager said he would look at the cameras to see if an oil change was done and he would call me back in an hour, that was 3 days ago! Needless to say I recommend you stay far far away from these shiesters because they are liars and thieves and I can prove it

They had clean shop and the service was quick. They try really hard to sell more expensive synthetic oil change, and they even told me the manufacturers recommendation for my vehicle is synthetic oil which was not true. Do your homework and find out which oil you want before you get there.

Man, Jiffy Lube has gotten ridiculously expensive. $50 for an oil change I can get for half that price at any local mechanic. Came here in a day off thinking it would be quick but Ive been here waiting for over an hour in the middle of a weekday. Never again.
