Their new name is “high performance Motors. I purchased a car from them 1 month ago and immediately began having issues. One wheel was bad and the other was leaking air. Found this out while driving and had to rush to a nearby auto place or else. Also a major flaw was that the horn and the airbags are not working. I was told to come in and they’ll look at it. The guy who sold me the car who calls himself “the manager” said that this is a minor flaw and superficial. If you’re having any issue with them report it to the attorney general, the more reports the higher the chance of getting their license revoked. This guy literally told me that not his problem and I bought it has is so he didn’t have to tell me that the horn and airbags weren’t working?

Alex was a great help and the staff here will work with you. Got a 2015 car with low mileage and low payments. Car works perfectly fine. I couldn’t be more than happy for what I got!

My $5,000 car broke down within a few months after purchasing from here. I was told it had been in a minor accident when I bought it then months later it gave out while in the fast lane of a major highway, the engine smoking, and I was lucky enough to have been able to pull over into safety. My insurance later told me there was extensive water damage within it and had definitely not been in a small accident as they and their papers had said. Judging from other reviews it seems this dealership regularly has sold faulty cars. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE.

This place is a complete rip off. Not the usually way that most car lots are rip offs, but worst. More underhanded. They make you feel like you are getting a great deal and a great car initially, but when you sign those papers everything changes.In all actuality, they DO give you a great price. However, the cars are severely busted. For example, I bought a car from them a few months ago. They did not honor the amount in the ad but I still had a very small down payment.Once I drove the car off of the lot, the suspension dropped, never to rise again. The mileage meter didnt work. So it is still showing the same mileage as when I bought it. The windows in the front dont work, the hatch in the back doesnt open, tires were completely worn down and the tail light keeps going out. All of this in the first two months. There is no warranty.Then, they never have anyone working in the office once they get your money. I paid to have my tag transferred. They said it would take 24 hours. 1 month later, they repossess my car saying that I missed two payments. The tow company never called the tow in, and I find out that my tag has never been transferred. So, they took my money and didnt apply it to anything and had me driving illegally. On top of that, they didnt even apply it as a payment. If they did, they wouldnt have took it.It is now January. They took my truck when I had one more month left to pay on it, all due to one payment they were not present in the office to receive. They just want to resell it for tax season and I cant contact them to retrieve my property for work. I work for the Fire Department. There are badges and other important documents in the car. They suck.

Great PlaceI used to take my old car to service there because of the great customer service. Last time I trade it in and bought a new car. All the process is quick and clear. The manager and sales people are really nice. The guy in financing is also very nice. After buying I have called several times to ask for some radio and navigatpr settings and they have always answered the phone very nicely.

****READ READ READThis is by far the worst dealership you can possibly go to. I have a friend who purchased a car from them and they repeatedly try to repossess the car for one payment. They sold the car to her and then realized they forgot to put a tracking device on it so they lied and said that he was due a free oil change...Which was never done of course. They will ask you for a deposit and not list it on the contract. Please just go somewhere else or read the other reviews. They only want to sell you the car to get it back..

I bought a focus from them and a couple of days later the front bumper and grille fell off the car!! So I had to buy a front bumper and grille. Then a little after that the head gasket popped and now isnt working at all. Id imagine they put head gasket sealer in the engine and sold as if it didnt have a blown head gasket, when it did. Go any place but here these guys are out to RIP you off 100%. Scumbags!!!!!!!

If you ever wanna buy a car don’t even come to this place, what they doing here it’s illegal. That’s why they make you sign no refund, you’ll have the worst experience of your life. You’ll come back to fix the car they’ll put the price way up and tell you it’s 50/50 it’s a trap non of those car are reliable.

Worse experience of my life! I wouldn’t recommend them to my enemy! If you want to be taken advantage of and sold a lemon be my guess. They have no problem taking your money but can’t solve issues that could be avoided from the beginning. The owner wanted me pay for new tires but tried to give me old tires sitting in the sun. They charge you more for a tag and don’t tell you. DON’T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY WITH CROOKS YOU WILL LOOSE IN THE END!

I WOULDNT EVEN GIVE THEM 1 STAR!!!! I traded in a car I had bought and paid off from them for a 2008 Jeep Commander in March. They had promised to fix the AC which was not working properly. I kept having to take the car back for the AC issue and they charged me each time I went back. Last time I took the car in, I dropped it off and they called me when it was ready. It was Memorial day weekend and as I drove off with the car and got on the highway all the lights on dashboard turned on. The car started stalling and overheating. I was in the middle of the highway and I managed to pull it over before it shut down. I had to tow the vehicle and call them the next day. They sent a tow truck to pick up the car. A couple of days later the mechanic calls me and tells me a story of how I caused the cars engine to blow a gasket because I hadnt done the maintenance. I told him that I was no mechanic but I knew that it was impossible for me to have caused this since I had only had the vehicle for 2 months and it was not even due for the first maintenance. He said that the oil evaporates because of the heat and I would have to pay for the repair or talk to the owner, Shimon. I said that the car had been running perfect, except for the AC issue, and that I was not going to pay for repairs on something I didnt break. I asked to speak to the owner and I never even got a call back from him. I called and left messages for 3 weeks and nothing. This whole time I had no car and I was told the owner wouldnt give a loaner. I finally went to get my things from the car. Now I check their inventory and see that the same car is listed for sale!!! WOW!!! I lost the car and money for the trade in and stayed without a vehicle. In the meantime, they are going to sell the car again and make more money off it.PLEASE BE AWARE of where you buy your vehicle. I am not saying that the cars are not good but I cannot say the same for the mechanics and how they are doing business at Shimons Cars. Very unprofessional and a rip off.....

I gat a really amazing deal here. I paid $4,000 less than what the same car was going for online. Highly recommend this place if your shopping for a car.

I rate it at 0 if I could. Extremely careless sales personnel. Never deliver what they promise! I had a warning for tires on the dashboard and they told they had to replace the sensor and made me travel twice to them and still it wasnt fixed. Now they are not going to return my deposit $200 which they mentioned to return initially. So they repaired their car for free with my money!Had to uber twice to the place and there was no minimum courtesy. Dont even think about this place if you want a vehicle!

They are in the business to repossess cars. They popped my car and I had been making payments. This is a scam outfit. Be careful when doing business with them. Actually, don’t do business with them at all.

Today is May 30th, and I had the worst experience in my life at Shimons cars. Please people, do not purchase cars from them. Their cars are unreliable, the staff is not friendly at all, besides Luciano. If you have no other options but to go there, avoid both CAROLINE and CLAUDIA, I repeat, stay away from CAROLINE and CLAUDIA. They will not work with you but instead, will try to screw you over.Please, do not purchase cars from Shimons.

I traded in my old beat up car there and they gave me more for it than I thought I would get and got me in a new car with low payment. Loved it there and the people were super helpful.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. We purchased a car from them and with in 1 month it has been taken back to Shimons for service 3 times. The first time I showed up was because all the lights came on that had to do with tires. Basically the 2 front tires (according to them) were missing the tire sensors. Instead of fixing the issue they tried clearing the lights; I did not even make it out of the parking lot before the dash lit up like a Christmas tree. I went right back to Shimons to be told they could not fix it until the following day because they had to order the parts. I brought the car back the following day. After 3 hours of sitting and waiting they finally started to replace the sensors. The following week I have to take the car back to them because it started to over heat. I showed up at Shimons at 9:45 AM and sat with NO clue as to what was going on until 2 pm where I was approached by the owner Shimon, to tell me it was the water pump and they would not be able to do anything until the next day because it could only be ordered through a V-W dealership. (BS by the way) Now let me mention that there is a V-W dealer ship less than 15 miles from the Shimons. Every single time that we questioned him(Shimon) he would become irritated and walk away and then he was no where to be found. After explaining what a bind I was in because of this to Laila (the sweetest person) she was kind enough to go and speak with him. Shimon came back into the office and sat to explain the situation; he told me that he over and over again how there was nothing he could do and again I explained what a pickle we were now in ( I live 45 minutes from Shimons and 30 minutes from my job) he pretended to go and see if there was anything else he could do. What he did was he got in his car and left without so much as a word and left me sitting for another 1/2 hour before I asked what was going on that is when I was told he left and that is what he does if customers become upset. FYI, I still have no car and no resolution.

Bought a car here a few yrs back and had a great experience with the office manager and sales person Ruben who is no longer there. I went back to purchase another car that was listed on their site for a low price. when I got there I was given another amount. the office manager who is wonderful was going to let the owner know the price that there site has so they can honor it. Shimon refused it and wanted to charge more than what the car was listed for. This is called false advertising! I had in mind to give them my business and purchase to cars but obviously Mr. Shimon is out to scam people. I will never recommend like I have in the past to people who have purchased a car or myself to ever return, So sad

Worst customer service ever sales guy had no idea what was going on they have cars listed on the internet that dont have an engine that the mechanic said will be ready soon then he has to call the owner to find out what down payment to get on a car with no engine or cars that are still being repaired ..This place is crazy sales guy said he is sick can I go see another sales person so they can split the commission ..SMH ..That sales person never came ..The mechanic was the sales guy he couldnt even say when the car will be ready all a joke ...Need to close

I brought a car from shimons I didnt even have the car for two days the car wouldnt go in drive it kept reversing and I brought the car back they keep saying they fixed it but every time I drove the car still doing the same thing all they suppose to be loaners are messed up too and they got so many damn mosquitoes at that place and I be getting bite up.

I bought a car in that place ... They are selling junk cars. Do not buy cars there, for your economic and mental health. When I went to insure the car it was classified as scrap ... And it was a 2009 car at the time it was 2015.

Cars are not going well at all.
