From the time that I set foot on this facility I was impressed. The staff is extremely professional. I recommend this facility to everyone that asks me for storage space. The young Gentleman (Everrett Pinnock) that help me was the absolute best and went out of his way to accommodate me.

I had a great experience renting a storage unit here. Clean air conditioned front office, helpful person behind the counter to answer questions and assist with demonstrating the locks etc. They gave me a nice easy access unit and I could not be happier with the way it is all set up with good parking as well. Clean and well maintained.

I am so impressed with the people that work here. Ray and Roberta are over the top nice and helpful. This was my first time using any storage facility and if and when I ever need to use it again I will only use Safeguard thanks to my easy and friendly experience.

Rented here this month. Unit was what I needed. Location is close to the 95 and the place is always clean. The staff is very attentive and always down to earth. Fun group. If you need a storage go by and ask for Everett.

This place is very clean. Very, VERY clean. 😀 We were assisted my a representative named Ray. Professional and very descriptive from the start. Even his female coworker was great. We walked around to see several spaces and found what my friend needed. The paperless signing was quick. The special to lock in the storage was on time. I reserved my storage online and it turned out to be too small for all I had to store. Since moving is already a nightmare I was very stressed to think that I had reserved the wrong storage . The staff immediately moved my reservation to the appropriate size storage and facilitated all the paperwork. Clean facility, great customer service…

Worked with Ray on finding the perfect unit for what I needed. He made everything super easy for me as I needed to get a unit today to move into after they closed. He helped me get all of the paperwork and payments done through email and phone as I wouldn’t be able to waste much time in person due to a busy workday. I was able to stop by on my lunch break to pick up the keys quickly and see the unit and couldn’t have been happier with the entire experience. I came with my grandparents to rent and didn’t know this place was so big! I was also surprised to see it was clean. Its close to I95. The employees in the office had us laughing the entire time. I highly recommend to anyone who needs to store your stuff.

My experience at this facility was outstanding. In touring the facility, I found it to be very clean and well maintained. An employee by the name of Ray helped during my visit. The best facility I’ve used, so far. Very clean, reasonable prices compared to other facilities, and as a “self storage” very convenient with getting to my two units. Yes, sometimes I have to find a dolly, when the office is closed, because of other people not considering the rest, but it is self storage. A lot of storages don’t even offer dollies. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Great staff. Great location. Great upkeep. I will use again.

They were extremely helpful from beginning to start. I had trouble figuring out the correct size as well as needing to store our jet skis. Decided to store at an jet ski location but they were extremely helpful with processing a move out. The whole team was extremely helpful with everything. I definitely recommend for anyone looking to store furniture or any personal goods and belongings. The location also has fob for easy access to tenants. 5 stars for sure!

The staff were very friendly and knowledge. The area outside and inside were safe day and night. As a woman who travels I sometime had to go in at night and felt very safe. I plan on using this facility again on my turnaround in a few years.

Ive been thinking about getting a storage unit for a while and I saw this place while I was driving to work and decided to stop by on my break. The staff here are great and the place is well maintained. I was already sold but when I was told the prices I was sold even more. I would definitely suggest to a friend

Alwsys Super clean, even the parking lot, the outside of the building, down to the bathroom which always looks and smells freshly cleaned daily. Very well ventilated, amazingly professional, friendly and helpfull staff. Great rental options/deals. This is my second time renting here within a couple of years. You do need a special cylinder lock (which I already had from the last time) but once you purchase its yours to keep (around $28 for lock and entry keyfob). The location feels safe to visit when Im alone. Theres no one loitering or living on the property. Its apparent that Management is running a pretty tight ship! Thanks for everything!

I am planning to move down here from New York. Have a storage with Safeguard in Astoria. I randomly found when I was going to Farmers Market. This location in Hollywood is perfect. Right next to I-95 and the employees are pretty cool. I was assisted by Roberta. She rocks! I will definitely be using this location next year, Fall 2019.

Manager Ray and the staff at Safeguard Storage are friendly, informative and honest about the traffic issues w/ the nearby farmers market on the weekends. I appreciated that as someone who is Disabled with driving limitations and needs a unit with a certain type door. Ray gave me a tour of the facilities too. They would call me with updates about availability for the unit I needed. Please note I ended up renting a unit with a company just a bit closer to home w/ less traffic and did not rent with Safeguard, but I wanted to let my neighbors, snowbirds, etc. know about Ray & cos top notch customer service!

Went to just see some prices of units, over the weekend since I visited the farmers market behind there. Very clean facility and attentive representatives. A few current customers were in the office and spoke highly of this location as well. Prices compared to up north, where I’m from, are amazing. And the representatives were extremely informative.

I recommend this place. Secure storage, great insurance, near the farmers market and I-95, and they give you a 5-day grace period to rent, without getting a late fee. And access to pay online, rather than having to go to the place to pay. This is perfect!

Shopping around for a local storage and was referred to this location. It was not my 1st choice, but they soon made me regret that feeling! I found the facility to be clean, neat, and very well organized. All my moving needs in 1 place was a big plus. My only issue is there is not a 6th star to give on customer service!!!!
