I just rented a unit here. Place is very clean and well kept. A/C is pumping staff is amazing Marcela and Jazzy greeted me and Marcela sealed the deal. I am very grateful. Just need a space for a few months to organize and downsize. Great place!! And I received a free month promo.

It is unusual to love a self-storage place but this is the best off-site place I have used. Security is very good (3 layers of security plus cameras), the place is always at a cool temperature and low humidity, and it is easy to access (good hours of availability). Prices are reasonable for the area and the staff has always been helpful.

I rent in 2020 was $ 79 a unit 5-10 and now 2021 is 168 is expensive and no garanty the Increase you going to receive on a year that’s very broad unprofessional to be increased double and you have no choice except to move to throw them or pay the money not very liable storage nice clean very need the people they were cars up there but I don’t know the management change for one day to another and increase the price is the way they feel like to

Signed an agreement at $119, they are trying to nearly double my price after 6 months on top of a myriad of unjustified fees. This business is untrustworthy and deceptive.

I highly recommend. Great service, very clean, friendly staff, affordable, and great hours. The staff are very knowledgeable. I visited all the storages in the area and none compared. There is no other place I would trust my stuff.

I feel like my stuff is safe and at the right temperature to last a long time.The people who work here are friendly and ever so helpful. They have a great month to month plan. We downsize into a smaller place after selling our house oh, but were unwilling to get rid of camping gear and lawn tools. We will own again oh, so we will need these items. We store our seasonal clothing here as well. Its so worth the price and they have great hours of operation.

Amazing storage facility! Within 20 minutes, I spoke the details with Jazzy, she showed me the available space, I signed up, paid and out with my new 10x15 storage unit. Impressive! Super clean and everyone I met was friendly.. Facility is brand new.. Best part is they are the cheapest!

The place is neat, very clean, and new, so you won’t have to worry about your belongings because they are in the best environment. I definitely recommend this place.

We went to a few storage places yesterday and found Value Store It to be the best choice. Its new so we expected it to be clean and have units available but what helped us make our decision was the Manager Russell. He was friendly, helpful, answered all our questions and gladly showed us different size units so we could decide which size would work best for us. We would definitely recommend Value Store It if you are looking for a short or long term storage.

Heard about this storage place while moving out of another storage unit that down the street that went up $80. They had great online deals. I was sold. Everybody here was very helpful. Especially Maria & Collette. They helped me find my unit using an online discounts I made right before I walked in. So, today I walked out with a new huge unit + their recommended lock for under $40Happy customer :)

This is first experience with storage rental and it was great. Russell at Hollywood location helped me and was very pleasant and helpful and all around good experience. And in the future I would recommend this location to anybody looking to rent.

Im giving 3 stars only for the staff, they are nice and everywhere is very clean...There is only 4 parking spots for 400 storage units!! Never can park!! Tired of driving around and coming back in a few minutes to see if there is empty parking spot yet!!

I slipped and fell while leaving today and really wrenched my back and twisted my leg. Your outside area is very slippery when wet. Not a very good experience

The staff is awesome but I’m trying to understand is why am I being charged for a collection fee when the month I was late on never finished, I understand the late fee but a collection fee now that is extortion out of peoples money! A collection fee should be when the month is over! I’m going back to public storage and at least they don’t add extra fees just because! I want to report this to the BBB!

Only one staff in office sometimes so difficult to speak with one if they are showing units to other customers. Would have given 5 stars but parking only for 5 cars by entrance to storage.
