Dropped off one of our company tablets to get repaired. They tried everything they could to repair my tablet screen but the screen was discontinued. I have taken all of our technicians phones and tablets here when they break and they have always treated us great! The lady with the curly hair is super nice and really tries to make sure you leave happy. Thank you for good service which is hard to come across

Took my sons iPhone XR to get fixed, the guy completely messed up the phone up. There receipt says they provide warranty and when I took the phone back he said my phone had more issues and needed more work done and will take days to fix. Long story short they damaged the phone more than it was they had an unexperienced technician working on my phone (he admitted he was unexperienced) and refused to refund me my money not even half. The guy working there needs help with his customer service and to be communicative with customers. Worst experienced ever don’t take your phone here to get fixed it will come out with more damages than what it has.Update - I did pay for the device and you guys completely broke my device than refused to refund me my money unprofessionalUpdate #2 - Obviously the phone was damaged and that’s why I took it to you to get fixed. Also you did not refund me my money back I had to do a claim thru my credit card company. Stop trying to make it seem like you helped me on the internet when you did not. Find real technicians with experience.

I dropped my IPad off on Nov. 21st for screen repair, I also purchased a screen protector. Returned to pick the IPad up on Monday, November 23rd everything was fine. After having the IPad for 2 days I noticed the bottom of the IPad displayed a black screen. I returned the IPad the to total wireless because as stated on the receipt there’s a 90 warranty. The IPad was left again, when I returned to pick up the device I was told everything was taking care of. I get ready to use my IPad today, and the same problem of the IPad displaying a black screen has reoccurred. I returned to the store again. First,I was told the black screen at the bottom came from damage after I explained the Ipad had not been dropped since getting it repaired and that I had to return the IPad 2 days after gettin it repaired from their shop because of this same problem, I was than told that nothing could be done because the repair was done a month ago. I had both my receipts, the initial receipt as well as the receipt when I had to return 2 days later. I’m not sure what me having the IPad repaired a month ago had to do with anything when on the receipt it clearly states that there’s a 90 day warranty. I will never utilize this company again.Update... Instead of taking responsibility for the error and or defective equipment that was used to “fix”my device the company claims I dropped the device. The device was NOT dropped Accidentally or intentionally. The problem occurred two days after initially getting my devices fixed . I returned the device two days after getting it fixed and the company were suppose fix the problem, but based on the current state of my device the problem was never fixed!

I had dropped my phone on 6-14-17 and the screen went blank. not being tech savvy i had no idea what happened. i looked for the best priced and best reviewed phone repair center and 911 Phone Fix popped up. i did my research and decided to try it out. SO GLAD I DID!. I walked in and met a guy named Pedro, he was quick and said it would be an hour to check it out and fix it. I told him that i could only pick it up the next day, no problem he said. I gave him my partners number to call when the phone was ready. They called just after an hour saying the phone was ready. I picked it up the next day and apparently i had dislocated the screen from the back or something, again not tech savvy . TOTAL COST was around 80$ to repair with consultation to figure out the problem. thanks folks at 911 Phone Fix for the quality job and top notch professionalism. It is a rare thing in businesses and people now a days.

Picked up a UPS package here. Its the weirdest thing that ups disnt drop it off at a UPS location but at a wireless store.The lady was nice. Hated the location I went around in a circle. GPS disnt like the store address. Finally had to my own navigation. Got to it but the sign needs some work. I would definitely have completely missed it had I not purposely been looking for the store.

Horrible experience, my husband took our 2 iPhones in, a 6plus and a 7 plus, the 7 plus was unlocked with a boosted chipped, all we asked was to fix the screens, not only did the fix the screens but also factory reset both phones, no one asked anyone to reset the phones, when asked why the phones where reset, they stated it is a courtesy to reset the phones, the reason why it’s a big deal to us, that the phone was reset is because they reset the phone while it had a booster chip in it, they are a phone place they knew what they where doing, they reset my phone so they could wipe out the chip, so that we would have to pay them to unlock the phone, the worker in there who looks like he takes steroids told me go to where i unlocked the phone, after i explained my phone was unlocked in New York. Horrible service they don’t deserve a star only reason why we didn’t go to our regular place Dr. Phone Fix, who has fixed my iPhone 7 twice and didn’t reset my chip, was because they were close! The price you pay for not being patient. We paid 170 dollars for repairs and now have to pay another 100 just to use my phone again!!!!!!!!******* Sorry for the inconvenience, does nothing to the fact, that your business, ripped us off!!!! If you really was concern, you would of reach out. You guys don’t even have a disclosure stating you will reset someone phone! Completely horrible!!

My iPhone 6+ would not charge anymore and I had not backed up data now stuck inside. I wasted the whole day with Best Buy Geeks and Apple Geniuses who claimed it was a common problem with lightening plug connections and only offered new phone options for purchase. I didnt need a new phone i needed this one fixed. I thought I was screwed.These guys fixed the problem in less than 20 mins for a very reasonable price. Next time I have a problem I will go straight to them first. Super nice guys, super fast and great prices.

Nice people and professional service. My phone screen was cracked ( Droid Razr Maxx HD). They had to order the screen and called me when it arrived ( 2 days). Repair was within 2 hour time frame. Cost was 107.00.
