Amazing as always. Every time I fly home (Minnesota) from Texas, I cant leave without going to Caribou.

This used to be a regular go-to for Saturday evening group events, and the staff were very courteous and accommodating as such. However, the shorter hours make it impossible to do these events anymore, and I am hoping they go back to being open until 8 or 9 pm on Saturday evenings in the near future.

Caribou never disappoints! Great new drink I tried Pumpkin Mocha latte! Delicious! The scone was equally fantastic! Raspberry and white chocolate. It was suggested to warm it up and I loved that extra touch. Ive been coming to this Caribou for 18 years. Ive always liked the merchandise on display too! Great staff, friendly and engaging. Thanks for a great ecperience!

Covid means you can no longer bring your own mug inside to be filled by the barista. Sad face. But hey... at least we can still enjoy our coffee in a caribou cup to go!

Gosh its been a while since I been here and I definitely need to come again, Im having Caribou withdrawals 😂😂. However I love their coolers and Apple Cider when its not warm out. Their blue berry muffin is my favorite to eat and when I do get hot chocolate, I love that I can put any flavor shots I want in and it still tastes good. Hopefully I will be able to pay them another visit again soon. 😁😁😁

I’ve been to many caribou’s throughout Minnesota and Stephen Nelson has to be one of the best customer service employees I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with! This caribou is amazing. Always clean, timely drinks and 5 star customer service especially the way I’ve seen Stephen handle customers including myself. Thank you caribou and Stephen!

The welcoming atmosphere that used to be common here seems to have been replaced by impersonal service and the feeling that they just want you out of there. Fast.

Horrible customer service. Batista was absolutely horrible to the customers in the store. I get that stores are changing the way they handle customer service during the pandemic, and its a learning experience for everyone, but this was uncalled for.

They have been out of baked treats in early afternoon (1:30-2pm) numerous occasions. This isnt the only location either. 🤔 I do prefer Caribou over the competition.

Very lively mid-morning. When Im over this way Saturday mornings, I usually stop here for a large latte, whole milk and a brown packet of crystal sugar - my waker-upper

I generally never mention this in my reviews: the architecture of this building is beautiful! Great coffee, great staff, and maybe one of the most elegant Caribou Coffee buildings Ive ever been in. Big giant windows all around. Great place!

Large store, no trouble finding a table. The food and beverages are the same at all their locations; selection a little limited but not bad. WiFi is reliable and there are outlets.

Always quick friendly staff. I always have a great time answering the question of the day. Plenty of seating, plus sitting on the patio when it warms up is always a great experience.

I work in the area so I go here quite often, I have never had a bad drink and I do connect with certain staff members. There has been a lot of turn over at this particular location so sometimes that can create long lines or items being overcharged because the newbies dont know the register yet. IT can get quite backed up some days but it depends on the knowledge of the staff. Some are GREAT and some are still learning. It doesnt stop me from coming here- but just know sometimes you might have to wait in line.

I love every Caribou, they are always in convientiant locations and are always very nice. There is no drive thru at this location but they were very fast and made my drink perfectly!

So, let me get this right. Caribou opens at 6:30am on Sunday morning while Starbucks, who shares the same parking lot, opens at 6am. I counted 7 cars in the Starbucks drive thru at 6:10am and 2 people were inside with me ordering.Yeah, that makes sense ........Nope, it doesnt.

Great place to get a coffee and get some work done. Having 2 doors makes it harder to get a table without having the cold draft hitting you when the door opens.

Horrible service, we asked for hot chocolate. They were rude and disrespectful. I usually have had nothing but fantastic service but this was not the case tonight. I hope you can fix this and we decided to bring our business to starbucks.

Very rude and argumentative staff. I recently got the January mug which states free coffee of the day and $3 handcrafted drinks. No where in the store is this defined what falls under what category. So when i ordered something that was apparently under the latter category and asked why I was being charged, the worker got very angry about why I did not know this. Worst thing experience here I ever had.
