Clean quite great neighborhood Starbucks. Team seems really nice and attentive, new winter drinks are on point and stocked up with all items!!! Avoid the drive thu come inside of you can. Starbucks did a great job planning out the new breakfast wrap menu.

Whoever took my order was fine but the other girl was rude. Just because I am different skin tone doesn’t mean you have to be rude to me. Treat everyone accordingly. Worst experience at Starbucks

This location is great, which is why Im giving 5 stars. Although sometimes undermanned, the service is great and lines are never long. Employees are always super helpful and answer any questions one may have. However, I dont like Starbucks in general because of the amount of sugar they pump into their drinks. They have items like the white chocolate marshmallow mocha, which barely even has any discernible coffee flavor, and most of their tea drinks are obscenely sweet. This leaves only extremely basic drinks like black coffee and black tea to order, which isnt a lot of optiona. Great location for a Starbucks though.

Worst Starbucks Ive been to BY FAR! DRIVE-THRU is dangerous! Every single time I have come here (I order the SAME thing at any location, a Venti Carmel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino) I ALWAYS ask FIRST if they have ALL of the ingredients for my drink, at every Starbucks because of its popularity. I have been told yes every time. I get up to the window and once I was handed a small. NOT what I ordered AND I noticed on the screen it did not say extra carmel crunch. So I said something. THEN she said they were put of that and could put Funnel Cake topping on it. WHY would you tell me you HAVE ALL of the ingredients if you REALLY do not??? Then she handed me a small!!! OMG 😳 EVERY other time, they have put the Funnel Cake topping on it and I was unaware until later. THAT topping is disgusting in my opinion AND tastes like nuts! They cant ever get it right and there is no way out of the drive thru once youre in it. VERY disappointing!!!!!

They closed early and sat ignoring me at the window. All I wanted was a bag of coffee. Instead I got waved off. 20 minutes before advertised closed time. I won’t order anything from this one either because they always mess up your drink. When did it become ok for employees to not care?

Nice place. It is a little small for a stand-alone store, but despite a constant flow of customers I didn’t have to wait hardly at all, nor was it hard to find a place to sit. There is a great outdoor patio. There is a drive thru, but it has a very short runway, so in peak times I bet it is hard to get in. Parking is a pain and getting to this location is perhaps more so, but overall it is worthwhile. Five-stars.

Ordered a bagel and a turkey pesto panini. The bagel was good but the panini was horrible!! The meat tasted really old and there was hardly any pesto on the sandwich. Never again.....

Hot, high-priced coffee

Super annoyed, 10+ cars deep in the drive thru, which they got through in a fair amount of time. I ordered a 30oz Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew and they didn’t fill the cup all the way. It was at least an inch and a half short from the top. I’ve ordered the same drink for a year and have never had it poured short. I’m paying nearly $6 for coffee, I expect it to be done right! I won’t be going back to that location.

Very nice place to grab a coffee, ordered a dirty chai tea, and it had milk in it instead of coconut milk. They did re make my drink, but still had regular milk. I finally asked them to replace it for a pink drink, and they happily did. I’m writing this because I have a dairy allergy, and I think should be using separate containers for dairy and non dairy products.

While I usually have a great experience here, when it is bad it is bad.They are not open when they are supposed to be. The order ahead feature does not work. These are pretty simple things that should be easy to do.

Amazing as always! It was a very long line so I was prepared for the wait, and they gave me a free $4 giftcard due to the long wait! I didnt expect it at all, but it made my day. I love companies that go above and beyond for their customers!

The drive-thru at this Hopkins Starbucks is always busy. But the service is efficient, friendly and rarely serves a mistake. I enjoy the options from food and beverages, to the professional but warm Starbucks team members. Always worth a stop while never leaving your car.

They dont know how to make drinks well. I even had them remake it and she still down add Honey which is part of the oatmilk honey latte.

Went here a couple weeks ago in the drive thru and my drink was made fast and tasted delicious! Thank you for the great service!

I love Starbucks any day day. I like this location but the parking is not my favorite. The staff is great and the service is friendly, the coffee is always amazing. If I plan my visit correctly I am able to find a spot to park. I wish it were always a different story. But there is a drive through also.

The coffee is too sweet, could not drink it. My cover cup was dirty, terrible. First cup was made half full. When I purchases $5.00 coffee, I want the coffee to taste good and full cup. will never go back to this store again.

I went in for a 3:00pm meeting. Ordered a decaf. Barista told me they stop making decaf in the morning. She was nice. Decaf policy was odd - to me at least.

Closed lol, can’t say I’m surprised. They decided to take 4 days off for thanksgiving when every other Starbucks in the city is open. They did the same thing several times these year with unexplained closures when 1.5 mile down in St Louis Park they never close unexpectedly. This store should be investigated by corporate.

Not impressed. The drinks are way to sweet. And I like sweets, but the their frozen coffee drinks, are wow sweet, sweet, and sweet.

Staff are polite and curtious, but building is at a horrible location. There is very little parking, and confusing drive threw. Food was good but my drink cup was only half full and then filled to the top with whip topping.

Very inconsistent employees. Sometimes I have a really great experience, where they’re nice and my drink is made perfectly (I’m not picky with my drinks), other times it’s the opposite. One time my drink was made incorrectly and I said something, the lady said she would make me a new one, and less than 30sec later I was handed the same drink again just with some cold foam. That was disappointing :( but overall I guess, it’s Starbucks, so I like it.

I called this place as one of the many possible sites at which I may have lost my wallet; the manager literally called me back a couple of days later to check if I had it recovered despite it not being at her store. Not to mention every single time I come here she makes sure to get the drink right with pinpoint precision. Some of the best customer service in the twin cities :)

The manger at this store continued to approach me and my friends telling us to quiet down disrespectfully multiple times and tried to prove a point that she wasn’t racial profiling by asking a group of white students to also quiet down she then approached us again and said quote in quote“did you hear me the first time I told you to pipe down” this Starbucks is usually really busy and hectic and I didn’t understand why out of the 30 people in the store we were the ones talking too loud. She also kept ease dropping on our conversation. I guess some people missed the mark of the racial profiling class offered last year 😐

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I waited 16 minutes for a cold brew, about 2 other people in line. Any time I order two drinks it takes even longer. My order has been incorrect more times than not. The staff are rude to each other and unforgiving of new staff, I’ve watched them let a new hire suffer to work the register and roll their eyes and scoff at her when THEY messed up. No wonder it’s somebody new working every time I go. Will definitely just be sticking to the caribou next door- fast and friendly.

Not a well run Starbucks. The drinks are made terribly. Lack of customer service. Lots of socializing between baristas, even while customers are waiting in line to be served. The one on shady oak and 62 is 100% better.

I always ask for extra shot of espresso in my frappuccino but this time seemed a little complicated. They didnt seem to understand what I was asking. My drink had a funny taste to it this time so I took a few sips and dumped it.

Has always been a great place to chill out or even meet someone for the first time. This store has been my go to spot for meeting up with people since I was a kid. Someones in town? Meet me at the Starbucks. The staff is friendly, fast service, and everything else you expect from a Starbucks.

Been here twice first time in the afternoon. Went through the drive through and got my drink extremely fast. Starbucks is as Starbucks does. The staff here have always been friendly. Drinks are always made well and quickly. A well run store.

Overall it was good. Girl at the counter who took my order forgot to make my coffee and then I have to go back to her and remind her of my order. Coffee was not good. Dont try their salted caramel coffee.

The last three times Ive been here neither of the bathrooms have had toilet paper. Almost every time Ive gone inside Ive stood in line for 10 minutes while the baristas walk back and fourth avoiding eye contact with everyone in line. And four times Ive sat outside in the drive through completely trapped for over 40 minutes. Once during that time I got a $4.00 gift card but the others they didnt even acknowledge the fact that wed been waiting for such a long period of time.

Staff here are always very fast and patient. Sometimes its packed here, sometimes its pretty quiet. Always clean and a great place to get some work done

Absolutely terrible! Honestly, if I could give zero stars I would! I ordered two breakfast sandwiches. I was not told they were out of the sandwich I wanted until after two other people, whom ordered after me, received their food. The only person to apologized was the person working the oven. Not the cashier. Not even the manager that gave me my refund! This store has gone downhill and need to be cleaned out!

The service here is consistently poor. I would say 2/3 of the time I get to the counter to order and employees at counter (there are usually a few) will blatantly ignore you until finally one of them sighs and bites the bullet before approaching the register and unsmilingly asking what I want. I’m a reasonable person and patiently wait (passively, like a true Minnesotan) but it’s extremely awkward and makes the customer feel like a burden. Not into it.

Please train the workers here not to hand me the coffee by grabbing the top cover (thereby putting fingers where I drink from ). I changed to a less convenient location because it happens almost EVERY TIME. Once in awhile I stop in to see if there is a change. Today - new employee - same unsanitary practice. So my business goes back down the road. I did try saying something once, but no change. Let me know when you fix this and Ill be back.

This Starbucks needs another starbucks next to it. Its always so busy and takes a bit to get your drink. Even when they have 4-6 staff working... doesnt matter how many people are working if the space to work is too small to move around in.My drink is always made well, yesterday I had an iced peach green tea with matcha, kept me goin all day long!

Last two visits to this location they just didn’t make my order. Each time I waited and waited until it was clear that they weren’t going to make it and then finally asked. The first time they apologized and gave me a 4 dollar gift card. This time the staff was very rude and the girl making drinks was spewing f-bombs and making fun of customers. After waiting at least 15 mins I was told they must have missed my drink. No apology or urgency to get me my Americano (very easy order)
