Probably the WORST Holiday around. I will go out of my way 5 miles to get to a Kwik Trip. The Holiday staff do not look at customers as customers, they look at them as an inconvenience, and a target for their social etiquette policing practice. For instance, this morning I wanted a coffee, and I had exact change to give her. I put 4 quarters down, and she says My hands right here in an unfriendly tone. I could not see her hands, the barrier was in the way as I was looking down. I would let it pass, but this is the 2nd time in a month she has made a cynical statement as if I was trying or had an intention to disrespect her in some way. I used to go here 4 times per week. But the last 6 months, it seems each time I go, a reason jumps out at me as to why I shouldnt stop in there anymore (such as a bacteria invested condiment bar). This is the last time, I can just pass by and go somewhere else. And, if you look at my reviews - Im not a complainer. I figure I spent about $80 bucks there in a month before....well, Holiday, thats $80 bucks off your top line.

I would like to give them a quarter of a star or none. This is by far the worst Holiday I have been to ever. The staff is horrible, always on their phone. Ignoring customers by having conversations about customers infront of them. Long lines and backup never comes. The cooler is hardly ever stocked not is bakery. Staff is rarely in uniform. They store has been in shambles ever since ally has taken over.

Ive been so disappointed with the help at this store until tonight when I was helped by Ernest!! Such a kind and respectful gentleman. Hang on to him! Hes your best asset.

Every time there are employees standing around visiting with one person on the registers while the line is 10+ people long

No problems with the gas, but I haven’t been inside the store personally.

I simply said Ill wait while you finish your texting while at work... I was then told a. F you by Lucas. Ive visited many time and had mixed service, but never been sworn at! It would be worth checking the security cameras on this one as it was WAY above necessity. Unreal how holiday has fallen over the passed 5ish years and this Hopkins station in particular! Unreal!

Gas Rewards keypad is malfunctioning. The enter/ok key was not working on pump#4. Didnt get the gas discount. Fix this and Ill be happy to edit back to 5 stars. Thank you very much.Edit: has been working steady again, thanks for addressing what needed to be fixed. Back to 5 stars again. Thanks.

No one here follows Covid19 protocols. Staff dont wear masks and they dont encourage customers to wear masks. Most foot customers dont wear masks. It is very unsafe to go here. Go there at your own risk of contracting Covid19. This business should do their part to help slow Covid19, but they are not.

The morning manager is very rude....i WAS a very committed costumer who was there at least 6-7 times a day and only at this location... All just for coffee but they wont almost $3 dollars for a cup of coffee with cream and ice now that is outrageous when a large cup is $1.69 and the manager seemed to think it was funny to tell me that after i make it and bring to the counter to pay so she took my coffee with a smile because i only had $2 as i always did any other time... Thos make me not want ro return to any holiday i went a bought my own coffee maker that even makes ice coffee and taste so much better

Good people who work at this holiday are being hurt by the narcissistic management.

Rude ass staff. The blonde hair manager I think sherri the one that works mostly days is the rudest of them all. They all act as if you are stupid and ridicule you in front of other customers for not knowing all the 80 coupon policies. It is ridiculous how they deal with customer conflict all I asked is if they can match coupons which every other holiday I go to have no problems or will do it just to be polite.The coupon clearly stated that it was a holiday coupon from another area and the black lady still managed to say sir that is not a holiday coupon when it was clearly posted right on the front. The day shift staff here though is complete garbage they clearly are ill managed and have no respect for paying customers. I will say though the night staff with the young man and the woman are super polite and it is a shame that the day staff cant learn how to be better at there job. I will never go here anytime before 8 pm and take my business somewhere else. They would be better off clearing house or at least getting trained in some sort of level in professionalism.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Always a pleasure to shop there.

Saw a manager ringing out an employee in front of all the customers. Then i had to be hemp by the employee. She was slamming hers hands on the counter and was all pissed. Reaaly awkward. Impossible to get gas. Its always packed and people will cut you off.
