BEWARE OF THESE SCAMMERS!!! I was involved in a car accident on 7/22/2019. While at the scene of the car accident a tow truck driver arrived and asked for my permission to tow my vehicle. I immediately told the driver that my car was still drivable, and I will drive it home, but he insisted that my insurance company will pay for my towing to Prestige Collision located at 9001 Bellflower St, Houston, TX 77063. I never did want my car towed to Prestige Collision. Upon arrival, I was still shaken and devastated from the car accident Prestige Collision demanded that I signed a contract and before signing the contract, I asked the receptionist to give me more details about the contract. The receptionist explained that the contract is to have my vehicle there on their premises until the insurance company send an adjuster out to look at my vehicle. She never did mention that by signing that contract I was allowing Prestige Collision to do the repairs to my vehicle. This was huge mistake and the biggest regret! It all happened so fast and I had no idea that I was being manipulated by signing that contract. As I was waiting for my mother to pick me up the workers there at Prestige Collision immediately started to disassembling parts to my vehicle! I asked them why they are taking my car apart and they wouldn’t give me a direct answer. The only thing I was told was by the staff was that they were making things easier for insurance company to perform their appraisal. I told them not to take anything else apart and they continued doing so. It has been over two months and my vehicle still isn’t repaired. They also have not checked the internal damages on my car. They have no integrity, professionalism nor compassion.

I was in a car accident over the weekend and was told that my car would be dropped off at my preferred repair shop on Monday. The tow truck driver then called me on Monday to try and convince me to let Prestige Collision do my repairs instead, claiming it would be cheaper and that they would do me a favor by not reporting the accident to Carfax. I refused and asked to have my car taken to my preferred shop as agreed upon when I allowed him to tow my car, at which point he told me that he wouldn’t be doing that and my insurance could send someone to collect the car. Wow.They then gave my insurance and my preferred shop the runaround for over a day (“our system is down” / “we’re taking a 2 hour break”) before my car was finally released on Tuesday afternoon, after a $350 payment.Avoid these people if you can.

Don’t believe the hype or the tow truck drivers. They’ll tell you that your car isn’t drivable only to take it to Prestige’s lot. They’ll take the front end of your car completely off to “get an estimate” only for them to refuse to put them back on. They’ll lie about pricing, lie about work that needs to be done upfront. They steal and put you in very compromising positions. The owner’s brother is rude, Cory is rude and Vivian and Clarissa whatever her name is both lie. You guys need to be out of business. Your business has no morals, values or ethics when it comes to serving your community. Please beware. Don’t let the tow truck driver Jermine coherence you into thinking that your car isn’t drivable and definitely don’t take your vehicle to prestige!

Excellent service. Someone hit my 2019 Mercedes GLE43 while it was parked at a major store. I had it towed to Prestige Collision. They were so professional from the time they picked it up till the time they finished and gave me the car. I thought it’s gonna take months to finish it but they finished it in ten days. They did an excellent job as if nothing happened to it. I’m so glad I chose them and will definitely recommend this place to anyone that need any body work. They truly deserve 5 stars.

The paint work is good here. Assembly, not so much...see the photos. I trusted Prestige Collision with my low miles Z28 Camaro (20+ years old) and they did a fair enough job, but didnt restore my baby as well as I would want.Overspray on the fender splash guard and self-tapping screws are not acceptable in my opinion. The car is soon to be an antique. The reconditioning was passable enough to get me by until I can afford a better job.

Great experience. My car is good as new; like it never even happened. I had an accident on the 20th of February that nearly destroyed my front end. Tons of damage to the suspension and steering components, my front fender, hood and bumper. I thought it was totaled. However, because my car is a 2017 year model, the dollar amount of damage coupled with the lack of frame damage prevented it from being totaled by the insurance adjuster. So it took a month for Prestige to fix the damage, but when I picked up the car it was like the accident never happened; good as new. You cant rush perfection.

My names Ali, I brought my Porsche after my front was reversed into by a truck while I was parked (guess they didn’t see me because my car is low) . Got the other parties insurance and took my car to a Porsche of north Houston dealer to fix the body to surprisingly find out Porsche doesn’t do body work, I asked their service advisor to recommend me to a shop ( apparently they only do mechanical and no body at Porsche )and they gave me this shops address.I was a little anxious about entrusting my car (my car is like my child) but my experience was stellar, so I am dedicating my time to leave a review for their awesome work. They took my car and had the dents removed and repainted faster than I was quoted by other body shops. I inspected the paint quality and It looked exactly the same. They detailed my car and had it looking shiny and new. With the new paint it looked like a brand new carAbraham the supervisor walked me through the details step by step and explained exactly what would be done and how long it would take.Clarissa at the front desk was very courteous and updated me throughout the repairThanks guys for your wonderful work I will definetly be back if I have any future bodywork needs

I had my vehicle taken here for some body work by a mechanic. The work took WEEKS longer than they estimated. Part of the way through, they have me a loaner car, whose battery died the following day and stranded me in the parking garage at work. Very difficult to get ahold of to get updates on status/timeframe for work to finish. Would say theyd call back later that day and repeatedly did not. AVOID!!

Horrible and unprofessional staff. Got my car fixed here after an accident and it took them almost 2 months to finish repairs. There was damage to the driver side wheel which caused the axle to be replaced. After picking my vehicle up there was a humming sound coming from that same spot. Please save yourself the hassle and avoid this place for repairs. Between heir quality of work, on top of their horrible customer service that was provided I would give them zero stars.

The only place I take my Mercedes... they have the high tech paint booth that is required by Lamborghini, Ferrari, and Mercedes. If you want flawless paint then thats the only place to go.

Car was towed here was about to get it fix here but changed my mind. They charge 2000 dollars for 3 or 4 days to tow it to another repair shop. I would not recommend anyone coming here.

Great workthey are taking care of the restoration oftwo cars I decided to keep cause they representthe times when I was living in Houston and it is greatto see them like new again and be ableto drive them once in a wile.

Do not choose this place. Did you notice that the reviews are 1 OR 5 stars with no in between? I believe that the 5s are friends and family. The 5s are very vague with no specific details (Red Flag). They dont return phone calls unless you hound them. My car got damaged and they were the only tow truck on the scene so I had my car transported to their lot. I told them that I needed my car repaired while I was out of the country. They told me that they needed my Drivers license number and my contact information so that they could get my insurance information to see what was covered. Later on I found out that by providing the information they were authorizing themselves to fix my car. At this point I had not signed any paperwork to agree to let them fix my car. I spoke with the office Manager Corey and he negotiated with me offering that he would waive my deductible if I allowed them to fix my car and they offered a lifetime warranty on the work. I asked him on 3 separate occasions to send me documents with our agreement in writing and each time it wasnt what I asked for. I then looked up the reviews to see if I could trust the shop and I noticed that most of the reviews were bad so I told him nevermind. Corey tried to get me to change my mind but I said no thank you. I called my insurance company to see if they could tow my car to a certified repair shop and Prestige said that I owed them $1500 and they wouldnt release my car until I paid that amount. They told my insurance company that the money was for an estimate. When I spoke to Corey he never mentioned that they began disassembling my car. Once they knew I changed my mind, they started working on my car so that I would be forced to pay. My insurance company ended up paying them $900 for storage which they told me that they dont charge for storage during our initial conversation (during the negotiation). All of this took 8-10 days and I never got my car fixed. I was in a rental car for a month and my car ended up being a total loss. Lots of time wasted for no reason. Very disappointing! Lots of lessons learned. No hard feelings but I would not reccomend this shop to anyone.

I have brought my Range Rover, SL55, and CL to this location. They have excellent service, I do a lot of business over there so one day I brought my SL55 in to have my front bumper repainted and some other upgrades cost was $750, when I tried to pay guy wouldnt even take my money. Now that is something I never heard of !! Wow !! Family business and operated... Now I see why is so SUCCESSFUL !! WOW !!

ScammmmWe got a rental car from them right before HarveyWe called as soon as we left the lot to let them know it was hiccupingThey said they had nothing for us to trade it in for to come back in a few days.Well car breaks down ( I pay $400 for towing)Then I get a call yesterday from insurance - I never got a bill or even a talk from prestige about me paying for the car, because they obviously knew I didnt do it and that I called about it.Well my insuarnace got a bill and call - said the car was a loss and paid them $7k ... well they said I have no proof I called and told them about the car so I can try to fight with my insurance. They knew exactly what they did. This place just scanned so hard. From broken cars to then making money from giving them out. DONT GO HERE. I know I see these types of reviews and dont listen but Im so serious. All they care about is money and will obviously do whatever to get it.

Beware.I took my bmw after a hit and run.They switched my engine. They switch my seats, the stole my tires, they bitted up the car more so they could make more money.My sensor on the car went crazy. I lost my car, I lost respect for autoshops. This people are trashy and vandals. Just to write this message want me to cry of anger. This is not fair what thia people do. They have expensive cars for show. But this place is nothing but a rip off.Please consider other options.They installed after market equipment in my 2014 bmw x5.Was a shame to loose great amount of money. When they switch my engine, shocks they blamed insurance but their job was to tell jnsurance they never did. But karma people will get them.

So Prestige Auto contracts out the drivers to drive their tow trucks,these idiots act as if the laws of the road dont pertain to them so I guess when either my husband or myself gets hit by one of their trucks cause they dont know how to stop at a stop sign we will be suing the driver and the company.My husband was almost hit by one of their drives a few mins ago and i call to complain and get met with some woman who wants to make excuses so go ahead and make all the excuses you wamt I have an excellent lawyer

Horrific experience.They stole everything from my car including engine.. They return with other cars engine. they bought everything off market while I paid top dollar. since now I been ignore but I will file a law sue.
