I was not happy about the service. First of, I left my 2016 Dodge Durango in your business for three days to have some recalls done, check engine diagnostic and lastly to fix vin number not showing. Something blocking it. I paid $200.00 for diagnostics...I just need to know why vin number is still not visible when I asked to get it fixed. It seems like I paid that much for Nothing! Sadly, I bought a brand new car from you guys back in April this year.Dodge charger. Im disappointed! My name is Jose Delgado. I dont know if I could trust you guys to maintain my charger That I bought from you.

Went in for a oil change on Thursday, noticed oil stains Friday evening while out of town. Went back in Monday at 10 am was left waiting till about 12:30 went and inquired about the wait to find out something was broken during the first oil change and a part was on its way. Around 2:00 asked agin about the wait only to find out wrong part was brought and the correct part was on its way, this wasnt suppose to take long so I was doing it on my lunch break. Epic failure by the service department!!! Didnt get my vehicle till 4:30!!!Ps didnt even have loaners available...

They kept my car for much longer than anticipated, and didnt do a very good job communicating with me during the process. The service advisor did state that he would be out of office for a few days, but someone else would reach out to me. After about a week, I called the service department, which they confirmed that my advisor was unavailable, but said that they would have the person that was handling my case in my advisers absence call me back; which never happened. My advisor finally called me back about 2 days later, and explained that they had to reset a module, and I agreed to have all of the other modules reset as well. After, another 3-4 days my advisor called to confirm that my vehicle was ready. Im giving this location a bad review because of the fact that when I arrived to pick up the vehicle I stood in the service department waiting for about 5 mins, and no one acknowledged me, including my advisor who was helping no one at the time. The service advisor that was directly in front of me was on a call, which he looked at me, but never gave me any signal other than a short glance to let me know that someone would be right with me. My advisor whom I didnt realize who he was at the time, was just standing there at his cubicle or station doing nothing gave the occasional glance with no acknowledgement as well. It wasnt until I started walking towards the receptionist when my wife noticed the name plate of my advisor at his station. He printed out our paperwork, and walked use over to the cashier, while seemingly trying to build a repor. However, after we made the short walk to the cashier he abruptly ended the conversation told the cashier about us having to make a payment, quickly got out of dodge as if he could wait to get away from us. The van is fixed, however, if it wasnt for the fact that certain modules can only be reset by the Chrysler dealership, I would never go back again. Infact, I might choose a different location forbid I ever need to go back.

Scheduled a pickup (which they offer) with numerous repairs requested. NEVER showed up. Had to place multiple calls to get this set up as well. VERY disappointed. Ill go elsewhere

Bought 3 oil change package. For Chrysler 200. It kept shutting off. Checked oil level . No oil on dip stick. After talking to other people. The said they never changed oil at all. It sounds about right. Save your money. Learn to do it yourself.

Carole is an awesome salesperson. However the service department is an entirely different story. We purchased 3 vehicles from them. The Customer service in the service department sucks! Plan to be there a minimum of 5-6 hours for an oil change. I can’t count how many times we took our vehicles in for an oil change and fluid maintenance and we drive away and not even make it up the freeway when a light comes on that it’s low on washer fluid. I will never buy another vehicle from them again due to the service department.

I left my car for two does to check a noise and they didn’t even look what happen with that noise I had to take the car back and keep driving with the noise around the drive shaft, brand new car with some noise already.

Against recommendations from friends and high costs that have been the norm with dealership prices, i went to the dealership to have a key made for my vehicle. I called ahead and was quoted a price and was fine with it since i expected nothing less of the best dealing with the dealer. After waiting approx 2 hours, i was told im complete, key in ignition. Drove home and was unable to lock the doors with the new key. Called and was told to bring it back the next day. Did so and waited another hour and was told couldnt program key and had to order another and to come back again. Third time was the charm, but my question is, why was the first key not tested instead of charging me and sending me on my way. Greatful to fnally have a key that works, but a lot of unnecessary back and forth. Ladies in service center were helpful as i am disabled, but i will try other options before dealing with the dealer again

WE CANNOT SAY ENOUGH WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT MARION ROSE CHIARAMONTE!! WHAT A SWEETHEART! SHE HELPED US IMMEDIATELY, AND WE WERE IN AND OUT IN 1-1/2 HRS WITH NO SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. WE HAD COME IN TO CHECK ON A SAFETY RECALL, MENTIONED ANOTHER ITEM, AND SHE GOT US IN RIGHT AWAY. HER PERSONALTY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ATTITUDE ARE PRICELESS! DEFINITELY 5 STARS!!

Wow this dealership doesnt change. Bought 3 cars here. Took my moms car here for years for oil changes. Blew the motor due to sludge which should be impossible seeing we paid for synthetic oil since the first oil change. Dealer took no ownership and wouldnt fix or replace. Went back after change of owners. Still the same horrible service. No calls back when trying to buy a car. Bait and switch to get you into the dealer then changing prices and going 35% below NADA on trades after they say they will go off that value. Dont shop here. Horrible people who will do anything to squeeze a few extra dollars out of you. If you want more details feel free to email me [email protected]

Took my 2016 JK Wrangler w/36800 miles due to erratic shifting. Rodrigo was my service rep and he found code pointing to the bad ABS sensor. I bought this vehicle at the same dealer and I was told my extended warranty was through Mopar but found out it was through 3rd party instead. Not service dept fault but I was upset when I found out I owe $100 deductible. Rodrigo was excellent and he turned around the repair in 1 day. And his manager Geroge Pene was kind enough to give me $50 off deductible when he heard about my situation. Great team to deal with. They are busy most of the times so be sure to call and make appt first.Im giving 5 stars for this time. I had GC purchased from same dealer that I had bad experience and judging by other reviews, the same sales tactic was used for a long time. Im hoping they flushed out the bad seeds to turn their reputation around.
