Very happy to find this shop. Originally had plans to take my car to a mechanic that Ive used several times a few blocks away but it just so happened that the place was closed. A tow truck driver recommended this place to me and Im glad he did. I was not over charged first, my car secondly was diagnosed correctly and third the work was done correctly. I will definitely continue to come back to this location even though I live 25-30 minutes on the other side of town.

I’ve come here twice with two different cars and both times really nice experiences! I’m extremely happy with the prices and how well the guys in the front explain things to me. I do not feel taken advantage of… only problem is I do not even live on this side of Houston but I trust them so much that if it’s a problem with my vehicle I will try to make it…

Professional, competent, and courteous!This is the only place Ill bring my car..period!Being a woman, I didnt know what to expect, as it had been my experience to be spoken to in a condescending manner by other mechanics. Not the case here! I was treated with the utmost respect and consideration, which makes all the difference!!When I first came to this place, I expected that they would do the work with expertise (which they did)..what I did NOT expect was how great the SERVICE would be!Michael didnt just explain the condition of my car, he brought me out to the garage and SHOWED me. He pointed out a couple of other things that I should be aware of but didnt have to be attended to immediately.During my most recent experience..I was TERRIFIED that my car would stall on my way to work, causing me to become a bit frazzled and emotional by the time I called and explained the situation to Michael. He just said dont worry, well take care of you ...and they did! My car was fixed at a fair price and I was able to breathe again.Thank you National Auto Repair!!!

I had Michael and his crew check out a vehicle that was for sale at a nearby car lot since I live out of town. Michael was SO VERY helpful and gave me detailed report on what repairs were needed along with an overview on the general condition of the vehicle mechanics, body and interior. Fix the smell issue inside my car due to oil leaking on to muffler. The experience at National Auto is so smooth, I just cant wait to put up a review to share it. The shop owner is honest and punctual, and price is very fare. A good auto shop is hard to find these days and I plan to keep using this one for a long time.Edit: I went back after a month to check on some oil residue thinking there might be a potential overlook on the repair. they are being very patient with me and took a good 30 minutes to help me go over the whole engine and make sure the job is done correctly and it is. I am really thankful for their great repair work and very appreciated they took extra time to give me a peace of mind. wish I can add one more star to the review. You wont regret choosing them as your auto repair shop.

Mike is very honest to the core and understanding. Very sensitive to time, that hell even suspend his lunch just to make sure a customer doesnt stay longer than necessary. Polite and very friendly. Highly recommended.

This place is awesome!! Before I met these guys I felt afraid to visit a repair shop being a female males try to tell you that you need all types of car repairs. This company is 100 percent trustworthy. I have told them of repairs I thought I needed and they will tell me in a minute no your car is fine. Most mechanics just want the money, but this place wants your trust and business.
