I was in a hurry to pick up a mattress cover and arrived at the Tanglewood location a few minutes before normal opening instead of making me wait until 10:00 a.m. on the dot, Marcus invited me in, offered me a bottle of water and then retrieved the mattress cover. While he was ringing up the purchase, he mentioned a promotional discount and proactively applied it to my purchase. Could not have been an easier purchase.

Very nice staff who are knowledgeable about the products.The mattresses are very nice and they have a wide selection of offerings. They products are a bit pricey, but many are these days. Some on line offerings are also good. Do some research before buying. You can get a good product here that will provide comfort and any other features you require. Suggest trying out a bunch of different mattresses and take a bit of time to make the right decision. You will spend about one third of you time on the mattress, so it is important to enjoy it

He helped us figure out which mattress (and mattress cover) would be best for us, and gave us in depth explanations on the different bed materials and why we might want to get X style of bed. For me, buying a mattress is an especially stressful experience because I have multiple injuries and I am limited in my budget. Went in just to look around and the customer service alone made me want to be a buying customer!! Travoy was extremely patient and accommodating as I tried EVERY medium mattress in the store. He explained the construction and features of each one, asked the right questions to discern my true needs and then presented options that would satisfy those needs without breaking my budget. I walked out knowing I made an educated investment in myself. Even after I left there were a few questions I had on delivery, and Travoy was just as warm and helpful over the phone. We came in because we wanted to try the Purple mattress before buying online. The salesman was pushy and followed us around the whole time. We decided to get the Purple mattress after trying it, so we talked to Herbert about ordering it that day. His constant pushing of upcharges reminded me why we order mattresses online now. He never mentioned the shipping charge (its free online) and he didnt mention that the 0% financing he was pushing was actually opening a credit card. Most of these positive reviews are due to them badgering you to leave a review in store. I would suggest going to a big furniture store or ordering online.

There is a mattress store on every corner, but its worth the drive to go to this one. They all have the same products, however Chase was so wonderful to work with! He made what usually is a stressful experience very easy and im so happy with my new bed. Will be recommending this locations to all my friends.
