My husband and I went in today and we werent exactly sure what we wanted. We ended up laying on more beds than I care to lay on again. However Rosie was completely honest and forth coming with information on the mattresses we tried. Not only did Rosie get us to the right mattress for us, she went above and beyond by looking at the clearance store to see if there was the same model for a cheaper price. Unfortunately there wasnt, but she did everything possible to get us the best possible deal. I couldnt be more happier with the service we received from Ms Rosie. A great experience! I was looking at buying a mattress online but decided I ought to go lay on a few to figure out what I liked and didnt. I wound up going with a Serta iSeries 2000 over anything I saw online from bed-in-a-box brands because of the extra savings I was able to get. Johnna was such a huge help! Not pushy at all and even encouraged me to wait to place an order until the Labor Day deals were all available to make sure I got the best deal I could. Saved over $1,500 off normal pricing and walked away with a mattress, adjustable base, and delivery/haul-away for pretty close to what I was expecting to pay for just the mattress online.

Highly recommend!!! This is my first experience with Mattress Firm and I LOVE it. I went in expecting to buy an extra firm mattress because I associated “soft” mattress with “sore” body. My current one gave me huge body ache every time I wake up. Chris gave me so much insights on the differences between comfort and support and turned out, it’s not recommended to get a firm mattress as a side sleeper. I walked out of the store jam-packed with new knowledge but was not pressured to buy on the spot. I ended up ordering a mattress from them later on because it was the best deal and we had such a great first impression with this store and Chris’ customer service.

Omg, I can’t express enough how wonderful the experience was at this location. I’m all smiles and I walked out very educated about the entire selections they have. Christopher was extremely patient with my decision making and answered all my questions thoroughly. He made me feel like he truly cared about my needs. This type of experience needs to be modeled everywhere when it comes to customer service. He never made me rushed or eager to get my money for a sale. He really took great care of me. Mattress Firm is an absolutely HORRIBLE store. NOWHERE on their website or in their return policy does it state that they do not do returns on mattress toppers. They will really let you buy a mattress topper, meanwhile advertising their 120 night sleep trial absolutely everywhere and NEVER TELL YOU ONCE - not on the product page, not on the receipt, not on the order confirmation, not in the box it ships in, NOWHERE that they do not do returns on mattress toppers. Their products are cheaper than Amazon (usually) but Amazon you know you can at least get your money back if you dont like it!!! Will never support this local business again.

Went in to this location to purchase a new king size mattress. My husband and I were assisted by Jonathan he asked our spending limit and stayed within our budget for what we wanted and did not try to get us to spend more other than offering sheets and pillows but that goes with a bed but as far as more on a mattress he was amazing and found the best deal for what we wanted. We set up delivery and it was delivered on time and the swap of our new bed for our old bed which they removed for an extra fee was super quick, also I purchased mattress cover for our new purchase and the delivery guys helped me put it on so I wouldn’t struggle they were polite and helpful as well. To top it off I just received a sleep well package from mattress firm in the mail it included Ear plugs, sleep mask, relax essential oil and a living well reflection book and some other little things which surprised us. I would definitely recommend this location from start to finish was such an amazing experience. We are super happy with our new comfy bed and I will definitely go back when I need another mattress. I came into the store to pickup a new tempurpedic pillow. I was also going to purchase new sheets also but the salesperson did not listen when I told him the address on my license isn’t correct and he could not change it to ship the sheets to my correct address. I waited in the store nearly 30 minutes. It’s a shame they could not figure this out to sell me the sheets. I will find them online elsewhere.

It was not a good experience.First of all I went on line to purchase because I was approved by Vive Financial but was told I needed to go into the store in order to use Vive method of payment.I recieved 50.00 a welcome gift for signing on to receive your promotions thru my Email and I also would have gotten the 100.00 for getting my purchase on line but Mattress Firm would not let me make my purchase online.So your sales person did not honor neither one of discounts. He got smart with me and told he could not honor them because. I went into the store but that was not my fault that I had to go in if you had honored Vive payment online I would have purchased it online.Thats crazy why bother with the discount and the welcome gift.I was disappointed the way Mattress Firm does business.Your salesman also needs to take customer service courses on how to treat customers. I wont be back to purchase anything else or nor will I refer anyone. Next time I will go to Sams Club to purchase mattresses.

I bought a mattress at Mattress Firm (Fairbanks Northwest Crossing) several years ago and it was time to replace it. I had a good experience so I went back to the same location. Keenan was super helpful in showing me several different types of beds. There was a wide selection, and Keenan explained the various beds, their content, price points and most importantly, he watched my reaction to each bed that I tried. His input and knowledge really helped me select the perfect bed to fit my budget, and I am sleeping like a baby now! I never felt rushed or pushed into anything, and I really appreciated the discounts Keenan offered on the bed I selected which was already on sale. Their delivery guys were great too! They put a red carpet down just outside my door and wore shoe covers to protect my flooring which I appreciated. My only problem now is getting myself out of my luxurious bed every morning! I will definitely return to this Mattress Firm store in the future, and I highly recommend it.

I tested some of the mattresses to learn the one I bought was not what I wanted. Purple having a great return policy, returned it and bought the coolest system from Mattress Firm. Great place to get your next mattress. I worked with Keenan over at this location. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He encouraged me to take my time and try out the different mattresses. He was able to explain each product very well and also worked a lot to give me good discounts and financing for everything I purchased. I ended up going with the Purple 4 and adjustable frame. The installation and delivery was also a great experience - nice folks who were very fast and efficient.
