He wasnt over bearing trying to pressure the sale; he let me browse the store and explained the different nuances and effects each mattress had on your sleep. With my wife being pregnant we needed a new bed with more space and something more firm for her. We were referred to Tim who even though being in different states went well and above to provide us with the most detailed information to help us make our selection. Where do I began...During Memorial Day weekend...I went bed/mattress shopping. I walked into the store & was helped by Edwin, who was there by himself. I immediately told him that my budget was $500...maybe 6. He was extremely helpful & told me to forget about price, & to just concentrate on feel & comfort. No problem. However, an hour or 2 later, I leave having buyers remorse immediately & $3K lighter in my bank account. The mattress & the FREE adjustable frame was not JUST what I needed...i apparently needed a $2-300 frame, sheets, pillows, & who knows what else was on the bill! In the end he informed me that my delivery date was Sat, June 6th...however, that day & the next came & went. Monday, I called the store & a gentleman informed me that my bed was not in stock (due to their busy Memorial Day sales) and that the bed wont be delivered for a whole week later. He apologized that no one FAILED to call or let me know, and thanks for understanding. I am so done with Mattress Firm & will not be returning OR telling my friends or family to go there either.

Recently purchased a twin mattress and box spring for my daughter‘s birthday. I have to say, I don’t remember the last time I had such amazing customer service. The sales associates that assisted me were Kumueh Trueh and Tim Travali. Kumueh worked with me to get everything I needed within my budget and set up delivery. He went above and beyond to check on me a few days later after receiving my order and make sure the delivery went alright. I haven’t bought a mattress in years, so I didn’t really know what to expect, but I will definitely be visiting this Mattress Firm the next time I have a need for one.
