Really like this place because no other furniture store has nothing in stock these days, waiting 3-6 weeks. Customer service was excellent, large selection at a reasonable price. AL was very helpful and knowledgeable about his products. Will return again. Thank you!

I was very happy with the furniture I bought from Al at Room Impressive Furniture. He was very patient and did not try to hard sell you into buying. I purchased a bedroom set I recently had selected from Ashley Furniture. This one was better quality and reasonably priced. The delivery was next day. I did not have a bunch of delivery men traipsing through my house. One guy, Elijah. He took his time and when everything was set up, he carried out the boxes and cleaned up.I will return to Room Impressive Furniture, I was certainly impressed!!!

Just want to say, Im very impressed with the customer service, quality and delivery time for the furniture I purchased. AL was great, he sat me down and we went thru the catalog and website to find the exact item I was looking for. Thank you AL I will be coming back here in the near future.

Fantastic customer service. I went to this store to buy a flower tree for $75. I ended spending $5000 in few minutes. Prices are really good. I purchased my gorgeous dream bed in this store. The delivery guys did a great job. Delivered well packaged and set up just in few minutes. I highly recommend this store. Mr Ali the manager has a great personality and really hilarious5****. Was pleased with my purchase. Will visit again.

Recently went to get a mattress and box spring for our new room. the owner of this place is such a nice guy and has a great personality. very affordable and he takes his time to help you find exactly what you need and explain anything you don’t understand. much appreciated and will for sure be back when we need furniture again. :)

Owner is a character...plus there...BUT....prices are good, quality is not what I expected..(dents in dining room table I unboxed myself and saw...but, good prices regardless... delivery was supposed to be between 1 and 2... they got here at 230...and only one guy is putting everything together...so...an hour and a half later...Im still waiting to have everything wrapped up and I only got a bed, frame, dresser( already assembled ) and a dining table and chairs (4!)....so...🤦🤷 Also...the king size bed frame was the wrong color that I ordered at the store..I ordered black, got beige😂

The furniture is good for the price. The owner is very helpful and accommodating to the things I need. He goes the extra mile to help out.

His customers service was good, I bought a full size bed for my daughter and changed it to a twin size days after have paid and he was still able to help me even though it has been ordered. He sells good quality & classic modern design and the prices are very reasonable.

Came in to get a new mattress today. They greeted me as I walked in. The sales guy was very knowledgeable, he helped me pick out the right one and gave me a great price. I got it delivered to my house same day. Plan on going back for all my furniture when I get a new house.

If I could leave no stars I would. The person who answered the phone was rude and unprofessional, Im thinking it may have been the owner. There are plenty of furniture stores in the area I can give my money to. This is definitely not the one, DO NOT patron this place, customer service is not their strong suit.

The quality of the furniture I thought was quite good! However the placement in the store was quite scattered. If the store was better arranged it would have received an extra star.
