Today I got 2 issues. The first issue is the installation of the dining set that was delivered today. I get back from work and looked at the dining set and saw how the chairs were installed. The pieces that hold the legs straight were installed either backwards or on the wrong side of the legs. They had screws showing. That was on 3 of the 4 chairs. The 4th chair looks to be almost good but was not balance and had a rocking to it. I believe that was due to one of the bars to be tilted when installed. The bench was solid, but I do not think the support bars are supposed to be showing the screw ports up. I posted a few of the pics.Second issue was when purchasing the Master bedroom, living room and dining set they had a Promotion going for Labor Day weekend. We were promise that everything would be delivered in a few days by Thursday, and we would get a call Tuesday to setup a day and time. I was not contacted and had to call the store to ask when the furniture would be delivered Wednesday. I was contacted late that afternoon saying it will be here Thursday after 3pm. I get a call Thursday around lunch to tell me that everything will be delivered except for the Master Bedroom set. I ask why and when it will be delivered. I had to wait and call back and finally get an answer that it will be at the END OF THE MONTH! Today is the 9th of September. I was told to call the store to get options and answers. The options for the inconvenience were not very pleasing. Now the new mattress still sits on the floor.

When I entered the store a pleasant voice greeted me, she introduced herself as Sarah. Sarah proved to be knowledgeable about her product and I could not believe she walked with me the entire time I was there, that would usually disturb me but she was very funny, engaging and quick.I felt like I was with a girlfriend. She was there but I did not feel crowded or pressured. Sarah stood back, walked away and allowed me time to make my decisions. After I made a decision she celebrated with me. Trust, I am not a pitiful soul, but I must say it was a nice experience.I noticed her giving direction to other workers but still she was liberal but direct and it seemed as if she was respected. I have over 30 years in customer service I am sure she was the boss, and she represented for all “The Boss Babes” the prices are a little high but the quality of the furniture is good. I am sold on Super Nova.

So I walked around for about 10 or 15 minutes looking to purchase some new furniture. Did anyone ask if I needed help or look interested in helping? No.There were about 5 or so employees sitting at the desk. There were no signs that told me the prices to the furniture. Not one person asked me and my fiancée how we could be assisted. One guy was even on his phone. We decided to leave and go to The Dump.In the 15 minutes minutes I was there I took about 3 laps(the store isn’t large). At least I got my steps in.

As we walked in the store Arturo introduced himself and let us know if we had any questions to let him know. We didn’t seem to find anything on the sales floor that we were completely in love with. When we told Arturo this he brought over another employee Donnie and together the showed us the store catalog and we found everything we wanted. Thank you both for working with us and making sure we left as happy customers!

I felt I needed to update this review. In hindsight I realized that it was a huge mistake. I should have never set foot in that store. The whole process is designed to trick people into thinking they are getting a good deal. In reality they are sold overpriced merchandise. If you can pay it off in 3 months you won’t be charged interest but keep in mind it’s not a line of credit they are leasing it to you. So if you decided to pay in payments over the course of 12 months you end up paying double. Paying double for something already overpriced. I unfortunately realized this too late. So when I tried to cancel the order they said I couldn’t because it was a special order at first. I tried to get Acima to help but it didn’t go anywhere. I never had the bed delivered but they insist on charging me a Restocking Fee. A fee that’s 30% of the cost of the item. A restocking fee that was never explained to me by anyone. If someone said that I likely wouldn’t have gone through with it. Sure the contract says No Cancellations No Refunds. With my situation I felt it would be best to cancel. So now here I am having to cough up $270 for a restocking fee. If you have money to burn and don’t care about wasting it or getting ripped off then by all means go to Supernova. You will have a great time. It just goes to show that in this life someone has to lose. You either lose some now or lose big time in the long run but if you put your faith in a business like that you will LOSE.

I walked in with my wife and upon untiring ourselves and salesman that Im of Nigerian decent, the salesman we spoke with said oh yeah! Chinchin and fufu! I guess there are worse things to be reduced to than a snack and half of a full dish. From start to finish it was a huge disappointment. Dont let the fake smiles and small talk fool you. This company has poor business practices and ZERO communication skills which equals horrible customer service. They never called to discuss delivery dates, were dishonest about delays, dishonest about finance options, claimed they didnt know who the managers were, and passed the buck from department to department. In addition to that, multiple pieces of furniture arrived to my home damaged and had to be replaced. ALL contact was initiated by me! They never called me to follow up on anything. Supposed 2 week delays turned into 3 month delays. Again I had to call to learn this information. These people are completely unprofessional. For these reasons, Ive already told everyone I know to never shop with them. Dont waste your time or money with Supernova.

We came to Supernova Furniture looking for a mattress. Moises Cruz was working the sales floor and was quick to assist us. The mattress selection was quite varied with a large spectrum of firmness and prices. Moises helped us find the mattress that was simultaneously the quality and firmness/plushness we were looking for while also within our budget. Its hard to give any business less than 5 stars that treats its customers well while delivering a quality product.

The salesperson Daniel was extremely helpful. He was very thorough in explaining all of the furniture differences and options. I was able to make an informed purchase that I was very comfortable with. This is my second purchase from the store and I will be coming back.

Went there today looking for a chair for a friend who was looking to buy a chair for her Minister. I had gone to the website the day before. Tried calling to see if I could get some help. This is why I came to the store. After being brushed off and given a book to look through. I got up and left. I guess all the workers that these reviews are raving about must had the day off. There was no need to not be assisted. The store was not busy either. The young man with the bright color hair and the young lady at the counter need to try and not let money walk out the door. There are other businesses that would love to take your money. Just saying.

We had seen many ads tv and finally came over to see if it was true. We talked to Anna on the phone and she told us about Christmas in July. Stopped by on a Sunday after church, Donnie helped us pick out our furniture with no rush, and helped us arrange our package to our liking.Store closed at 9:00 and he stayed till 9:30 helping us. So far great experience. (with a fee they will be delivering and setting up our furniture) excited to have our new furniture soon. Where do I begin? Everything was fine from the greeting at the door to the closing of the sale transaction. Some things were a bit off, like not giving me a Payment Due Date and forging a customer review. While yes Donnie did provide excellent customer service and at times pushy and eager to make a sale. I personally did not like that he asked my mom what she thought of the experience and wrote nothing she said. instead he wrote what boasted his personal reviews to favor him. Now he told us the leather couch we purchased had lifetime warranty, I hope thats true... Now as for the Payments he told us the payment would be do thirty (30) days after the delivery date. I receive the couch ( August 17th 2021) which I asked for in gray but its the same one off the showroom. We decided its fine whatever. Thirty (30) days go by and I receive not one bit of bank statement paperwork. I call (September 16th 2021) Supernova and ask when my future payments are due and they instruct me to call Synchrony. I do so and they tell me my payment was due on the 12th of September. I was bothered when I was told this because my credit score will go down.First and last time I will do business with Supernova Furniture. I do not recommend this place at all.
