Very good place to go for repairs. Prices are fair and I never had a problem with the services *note* the previous owner sold the shop. Im not familiar with the new owner

Auto Tune has excellent BMW service with very reasonable rates. Matt and his staff are really professional, knowledgeable and honest. After some major repairs, my BMW runs and feel like it did the first day I purchased it. I strongly recommend Auto Tune for all your BMW service needs.

Horrible place took my Nissan to get an oil change and my drain plug was left loose! Got down the block before I noticed my car was smoking. Came back and was very upset because of what just had happened and they are supposed to be certified technicians. Walked in the lobby and saw an older guy sitting in the office and was expecting for him to come attend me but did not do so. 5 solid minutes passed till he got up and spoke to me his name is John very horrible customer service!!! Will not be going there again

This place is horrible! I went here a couple days ago for a transmission fluid change, so I dropped off my camry and left with my wife, they told me it would take 2 hours, went back after 2hrs and my car was not ready so I was like okay maybe theyre finishing up and this old guy named John told they will start on my car soon and just walked away. This was very unprofessional my car was done 8 hours later, just to hear a weird riddle sound afterwards. Do not recommend this place!!
