Update 10/26/2021: The most important item is not yet fixed as of today.. The sun visor is broken, it does not stay up and creates a distraction to the driver. A safety hazard. Fixing this was promised verbally, unfortunately. The wetness in the trunk and water logged lining was never addressed even though it was brought to their attention several times before the purchase. I wished they had just said the car is being sold as is, and they only intended to fix things that were externally visible, we would have planned accordingly. Anyway, here we are. Not very pleased with the inconvenience of having to get the car to a mechanic. You need to do better AutoNation if you want repeat business.Original impressions: A great job touching up an already sweet car. Just a few items remaining which we will return to finalize, awaiting parts. I trust we will be happy with their service and looking fwd to it. Will update this in another week.

My husband took in his car for a new tire. All work ceased in the service department when everyone went into a meeting. My husband waited for over an hour and a half while they met. Finally, the other waiting customer complained and someone went out and started working. My husbands tire was replaced and after over two hours he was on his way home. But the problem did not end there. The next time he drove his car he noticed the hubcap was missing. He went back and was told he had done something to it. Really? They just changed the tire...perhaps they forgot to put it on or put it on incorrectly?? My husband is not a liar, and there is no way he did something to it. This was so unprofessional in my opinion, first making him wait while they had a meeting then calling him a liar. He is 75 years old and has no use for a used hubcap. They made him purchase a new one to replace the one that was missing. We do not recommend this service center to anyone. One star review.Update 9/3/21I indeed did call the general manager yesterday and he has yet to call me back. Therefore, there is no 5 star service. But, I did drop by the service department today and spoke with a service manager, Ray. He was awesome and took care of the problem the way it should have been taken care of a month ago. I appreciate the time he took to listen. Ray was 5 star, overall 4 star review.

Great Service Christina, taking time to explain what my car needed for the first service check she answered all my questions. She was honest she let me know up front my car needs a oil change and service once a year,and my Mercedes only have 27890 but we both agreed to get it serviced it cost to drive a luxury car! I had a good experience at the NorthSide Mercedes service department better then the Southside dealership….. I will never do business with them again I will upgrade only with NorthSide Mercedes!

I had my worst experience with oil change and brake pad replacement. I came here so they can inspect my car and give me the details about issues, however they did not even look at my car and gave me a copy of an old report.They forgot to change my brake pads, and told me my car was ready, and then I reminded them they need to replace the brake pads. They made a call and brake pad replacement took them only 5 minutes and I was charged $300+ for 2 brakepads. I dont think they did it properly, I hear terrible noises from my brakes.If you are charging customers 300 for a 5 minute work, at least do it right?This dealership is to scam people who doesnt understand about cars and repairs.If you have money to throw away and get terrible service, pick this place. Then you will have to find another repair shop to fix the problems Mercedes North Houston couldnt fix or created

I was told I needed to change my brake pad; “they are as thin as a credit card” is what I was told. I bought parts and decided I would do the work my self, when I found my pad to have more than wrought life to last another 8-10 months. I have gotten services here before and two bad experiences is enough for me.

For being a luxury car service repair location, this place is not very good. I brought my car is for repair and was told they would contact me with the car issues and estimates. I did not receive anything for about 5 days. I made multiple calls only to be put on hold for minutes. If I knew they would take this long, I would have taken my car elsewhere.

My service writer came to greet me as I walked in.I explained that I had a check engine light and had no idea and they said no problem they will check it out.what was great that he walked around the Mercedes Sprinter chassis looking for any marks or dings to make sure that theyre not held responsible for any damage to the RV.They actually called me about three hours later to tell me the vehicle was ready that the battery cable had come loose and that trigger to check engine light.They even washed the vehicle no ones ever done that!!

I purchased a used car here last month. At the time of purchase I waited for quite a while for the car to be detailed. I was told they were back logged and that I could come back the next day, which was perfectly fine. I was given two keys at the time of purchase, however one did not work. My sales rep Stacy told me that they could not repair it, but to send her the invoice and she would reimburse it. I came back the following day, waited an hour for the car to be detailed and took it to my mechanic for inspection. The car did not appear to have been cleaned in any way, and my mechanic let me know that it was very out of alignment and had some dirty filters that needed to be replaced. I reached out to Stacy within the 5 day grace period post purchase for reimbursement on the key repair as well as to discuss the additional issues. I never heard a response after several attempts. They raved about their inspection process and the guarantee that all cars were in excellent condition. I was really disappointed in the customer service I received.

Scheduled me for a service today. I drove 1 hour to the appointment. Upon arrival, I was told the Takata airbag part is not yet received. Q: Why schedule my service appointment, if you dont even have the part in stock? Anybody know the answer? So, now I am driving 1 hour home again in an at risk vehicle!

We ordered a part for a 2013 sprinter .. Friday we got the wrong part.. the driver left after the parts guy just hung up without saying what he was doing.. I call back and they say the part will be delivered Monday.. its now Tuesday and no part and those guys have absolutely no idea what is going on.. I wont be making any purchases there again..

First, not too big of a fan of no haggle pricing when the price is above fair market value.....but, I did buy a used E350 in excellent condition and there were several choices, all impeccable certified preowned. Dutch was helpful understanding and kept in touch when the car I wanted was unavailable became available. Small grille problem I found later was taken care of immediately and loaner provided.Took my SL550 for service and COMPLETELY inspected, some details found I would not have thought of before they were a problem. Service is a little high but high quality as you would expect from the brand

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! This team will bend over backwards to get you in the car you want. They are extremely helpful and kind. We worked with Marco and Ace. We loved them both. We felt valued as a customer as soon as we walked in and left feeling like we were walking away with the best possible deal. With Mercedes Benz you pay a premium. Theres no doubt there. You can technically find a car just as nice for less, but you wont get the same level of service. This location is no exception to that expectation. Dropped my car yesterday morning, it has done in the afternoon, very good! BUT, Jason (senior advisor) wanted me to return the loaner right in the evening or morning at 10am. Why didnt he tell me that when I picked up the car so I can aware and schedule my time? I am doing business and cannot follow his time like that. And he mentioned to charge me $80 for extended using the loaner. Come on, each service I pay thousand, and this is how their customer service is !!! I have been come to this location 5 years and today will be my LAST TIME dealing with hem !

All of the service staff was pleasant and accommodating. I was even provided with shuttle service to pick up breakfast (didnt eat before my scheduled appointment). It was ok. The facilities were nice, however, we called ahead to make an appointment with our sales person and we still had to wait about 20 minutes. They arent flexible at all on their pre-owned pricing. I knew the car was above market rate and they wouldnt even discuss the price. Funny thing is that they dropped the price by 1500 the next week. Thats OK. I went with the V8 Range Rover instead. Very happy.

Is the first time in my lifetime, a service advisor diagnosed a problem just by driving a car for a few minutes. Without having a mechanic look into it. It appears to me that being the car under warranty by AutoNation to which this dealer is associated, it was not in their interest to fix anything, instead they brush me off. Very dissatisfied.
