My hat goes off to this body shop. I was hit by an 18wheeler and the pictures are a before and after. The photos speak for themselves. Even after a firstcar wash I did not notice any flaws. The vehicle is a 2021 Nissan Maxima. The interior was also spotless after pick up.

Insurance company dropped the ball and failed to go out and inspect the car which prolonged the process but the shop manager stayed in touch, followed up with the insurance and wrapped up the car in no time and gave it back to me. This is the place to go!! I went to figure out the mystery that was going on with my car —it kept randomly shutting off while driving, James (manager) and the mechanics figured out what was a doozy (it seemed to be one thing but it was another, I did have to take it up there a few times, but each time was filled with graciousness and professionalism.) Also the owner Jacob is great, professional, and emphasizes customer service! The whole establishment, especially James, made the experience pleasant.

Back in April of 2019 I had an accident. And the tow truck driver told me not to worry about it. Where he was taking my car the people will take care of me and get everything taken care of. Now anyone that knows me knows I am a very open up front person and will call you out on anything due to not trusting anyone. Well I gave the driver the benefit of the doubt and told him ok. Then I called Car Zone and spoke to one of the most polite female wish I could mention everyone’s name that helped us out. Not to mention the entire Car zone team they are all well mannered and respectful. Now they never steered me wrong and they told me how it is. I respect that in a business. Now track forward to now they have taken care of every single thing that has shown up due to wear and tear on my vehicle. Brought my 2017 SUV here after some crazy woman hit me. I am someone that always takes it directly to the dealership for any reason but this was an exception, and I made the right choice. Jacob worked with me directly since day 1. That womans insurance company was fighting it but they put pressure and helped me get done faster, not that its a quick fix. Every time I messaged Jacob, he responded promptly! I was never out of the loop, he always followed up and made me feel comfortable leaving my car at their shop. He even offered a loaner while I got a rental. Theres no question that went unanswered. I was skeptical at first but now that I have my vehicle back, I am very happy! Looks great and theyre all original parts. I always update my reviews when an update is needed, but if this is still here, I definitely recommend this Carzone location! Person who claims to be the owner was extremely rude on the phone. Car was towed there after an accident so didn’t have a choice in dealing with him. Based on other reviews, looks like he treated other people the same way- yelled and hung up on me. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Go somewhere else where you will be treated better.

Thier tow truck drivers think they are emergency vehicles. Drive dangerously fast, go straight from a turn lane. Willing and have seen them cause accidents. Their service is also poor. Go in for an oil change and they either dont have proper tools so they use vise grip pliers on oil drain plug. Say they will rotate the tires, but dont.

The staff is super friendly, i left my ford fusion in the care of Jacob Salman and he did not disappoint. He took care of every detail of the exterior and the interior. The car looks and feels as if it was brand new so thank you guys!

Be careful when using these people. I spoke with the manager after my car was in an accident and taken here. I was skeptical when he began to get pushy with using their show for repairs. After processing all that had happened I decided to move my vehicle elsewhere. I went in an hour before my vehicle was being picked up by my insurance. I obtained things from the vehicle which was in the back of their junk yard. My vehicle was in tack. I returned the key to the front desk and there was a tech waiting for it. I walked out and he watched me drive off. I then check with my insurance to confirm the vehicle was picked up and they stated the shop was charging over 1k in fees. THEY TOOK MY DOOR OFF AFTER I LEFT! Removing the door meant they could charge a tear down fee. Please make sure you do your due diligence before working with them.

SO YOU GUESSED IT, MY WHOLE electrical SYSTEM WAS DESTROYED. SO I HAD TO CALL IT A LOSS AND PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE. Stopped in yesterday to get an estimate for a repair. James went over everything with me, from the repairs to cost to the time it will take to get it fixed. Great customer service. I feel comfortable bringing my car back for repairs.

I was trapped into using Car Zone’s body shop after their towing service towed my car to their body shop after an accident. One of their selling points was that they use manufacturer parts (which was untrue) and they had a few other selling points that were rather questionable/lacking integrity. Because of these factors and not being familiar with the place and the amount of pressure they used to keep my car, my instinct told me to go with my dealership’s body shop which I’ve used before and it’s close to my home. When the request was made to release my vehicle, Car Zone wanted to charge my insurance company $2000 to release it which no insurance company would cover. Therefore, I was forced/trapped into using their body shop.They made an initial estimate of $2500 for my front bumper and hood to be replaced. Somehow they managed to charge my insurance company almost 10K in work on my 11 year old car that could’ve/should’ve been totaled at $6K. I’m not sure where all that money went but I know it wasn’t for OEM parts. After waiting a month for my front bumper and hood to be replaced I was told by Car Zone that insurance only covers OEM parts if the car is less than 12K miles, however, they were all fully aware my car was almost 160K miles when they towed it to their body shop so why was that used as a sales pitch to me? At minimum, a phone call to inform me that they wouldn’t be using OEM parts “because my insurance wouldn’t cover it” would’ve been acceptable rather than not being honest. Jacob, who was initially my contact, was always clueless about the status of my car or when it’d be ready for pick up but he sure seemed confident when he stated my insurance company (Allstate) never sent them any payments even though there were numerous virtual assists that took place within that month as well as Allstate’s payments. Not to mention they wouldnt accept a personal check from me for my deposit although their website clearly states they accept checks.After picking up my car from Car Zone the “CHECK AFS System” appeared which is related to the work Car Zone performed on my headlights. Although my lights seemed to be working after picking it up in daylight, at night I couldn’t see anything more than 10 feet in front of me and there are distracting lines/glares/rainbows coming from the aftermarket headlights and/or lack of quality of work. I had to take my car back multiple times for headlight adjustments. This is exactly why I prefer OEM parts (even if used) and wanted the work to be done at an established, reputable, honest, and knowledgeable place near my home; a place where quality work is done right the first time and without force/entrapment.

Through a truly difficult time and process after getting in my accident, Jacob and Carzone Collision were my saving grace. If you’ve ever been in an accident you know all the logistics and “politics” of dealing with an accident. Jacob and the team at Carzone collision were simple. They were honest, and completely transparent. Something that means EVERYTHING when you’re being pushed and pulled in a thousand directions by insurance agencies, rental agencies, etc etc.I was referred to Carzone Collision by a friend and that’s what I’d say my experience was like. Like a friend was looking out for me. Jacob, the business owner would send me pictures of my car, give me advice and guidance about the process, and follow up on things I probably should’ve been following up on. The accident was a mess. I was a mess, but Carzone Collision was the only thing that went right. My car literally looks brand new, and I have them to thank for the impeccable work and service.To anyone considering where to go: if you want simple, honest, good results—to be back on the road & back to normal life—go here. You’ll be amongst honest, hardworking people who actually give a damn.

Had my 2018 Kia Soul towed here after getting in an accident. Later that day I came to get some belongings left in the car. That’s when I was approached by Jacob the owner of the shop. After a quick discussion I decided to keep my car here for repairs. Jacob really helped me out. He gave me a loaner to use while progressive issued me my rental. Overall it was a good experience. Jacob is about his business, and really seems to care for his clients. I hope I don’t get in another accident, but I know if I do I have a shop I can trust.

I was in an accident and my car was towed immediately to car zone because it was unable to drive off from wreck. I have never heard of CarZone before so I called them and they said drop in and look around my shop and give us the chance to work on your vehicle. So me and spouse dropped by there shop and was greeted by Jacob. First thing he said was we can make that car look like new just give them a chance to prove themselves. The wreck was other persons fault so their company was to pay for all damages.First Jacobs shop worked on the body work and wow it liked like new.Then worked on the mechanics and it drives a s smooth as before it was hit. Jacob and his staff worked with me in a professional manner and always backed their word.I have my car back and getting back to normal once again. My car over heated and carzone was able to fix it in one day! They knew exactly what to do, replace the thermostat and 3 hoses, and the price is very reasonable. They charge lower for labor compared to other places I have been to. When i picked up my car they told me right away that the ac was not working. They checked it for free to make sure it was coincidence. It was. My neighbor also looked at it later that night and confirmed it was nothing carzone did. Luckily the ac was working this morning, so it looks like it just needed to reset. I recommend carzone because they are honest, well priced, and fast.

My car was stolen and driven into an apartment building, and subsequently towed to Car Zone. Jacob met me on site and assuaged my concern right off the bat. The first thing he told me was that my Jeep was going to look better than new after he was done repairing it. I picked it up yesterday and he 100% delivered on his promise - my Jeep looks brand new and the customer service I received throughout the process was outstanding. Moreover, they detailed the inside and outside of my car so that it was squared away and clean for pick-up. I highly recommend Jacob and his team.

Horrible experience, specifically with someone by the name of Alex who claims to be the owner of the business; he was extremely rude. He hung up on me several times. He was rude and uncooperative with us and the insurance because we were trying to move the vehicle and did not want to get repairs done with them. Careful I got the feeling he wanted to trick us into getting the work done at their location. I am never going there in person if thats who people are treated over the phone.

Tried to force me to get the car repaired at their place, would not release my car from their storage yard. They tried to make it as hard as possible for me.

Being in an accident is inconvenient. I was involved in a wreck on the toll way one evening and was towed to a gas station where I was met by a young man with a tower. After some persuasive conversation he towed me to his shop. Car zone auto shop.It was a matter of minutes when the manager (Jacob) himself, came to open up and meet me after regular business hours and get my information.Having your vehicle out of commission puts you out of sorts. If I could give this place more stars I would, my vehicle had a small engine fire and from the moment their tow showed up the service and attention to my situation was beyond expected. Carzone did an excellent job on my BMW 328i 2016. The car looked like it was totaled but was confirmed repairable by Carzone and my insurance company. Jacob was right. Nice people. Replaced a mirror one of their tow drivers damaged trying to get to a accident. I was just glad to see he was able to help clear the accident. Service was fast, other clients were in and out without a long wait. Had many technicians on duty to help turn cars being fixed. Took them only 20 min to change out my mirror. Wasnt worth taking to the insurance when they offered to fix it for free. Parts and labor.

Had substantial damage to front end/wheels/suspension. Their tow picked me up very late and suggested I use their shop. Glad I did. Manager came out early morning ours to meet tow at shop and show me their facility.From there I dealt with Jacob. Him and his service manager fought the insurance to get the right OEM parts and work done. Even got a better, second estimator when first was delaying everything. CarZone knows their stuff. Jacob was quick to respond and answered all questions timely.Parts and labor come with lifetime guarantee. Paint job they did matches perfectly and car looked great when I picked it up. They even cleaned the inside.I would highly recommend this shop to friends and family.

Great place to go! They were extremely quick and thorough! Kind people, they will definitely take care of you and your car. I was recommended by a friend. I heard great things but I was more than impressed. I so appreciated how they initially looked over the car with me and explained what they planned to do. I had a time crunch and they took care of everything quicker than expected. I didnt realize some of the damage on the inside of my door when initially meeting with them and they took care of it anyway! Highly recommend!

Great Service! I work close by and have been using them for the last 8 years. I love that I can drop off my car in the morning and can get a shuttle ride back to my office and just have someone drop me off at lunch and pick up my car! They are fast, good and have wonderful customer service!

I had work done to my vehicle at this shop and my car looks PERFECT! The general manager, Jacob, was so helpful and literally handled everything. He answered any questions I had and made the process so easy. Seriously the best ever. Never taking my car anywhere else.

I used this shop twice. The first time everything was ok and they did decent work. The second time was horrible. This shop customer service is terrible. They never keep you up to date on anything you’d have to call in and ask detailed questions. Also the body men must be guys off the streets with no experience. Long story short my front bumper was screwed in when I lifted my hood up and it bulged out a little on one side. I’m assuming they put used parts on my car to pocket more money. Pretty sketchy shop. I don’t recommend.

Our car was towed here after an accident. We considered taking it to another shop to get it fixed but they seemed legit so we ended up keeping it here.
