My front passenger tire had an unfortunate run in with a medium and had a bubble. This firestone was the nearest and I couldnt get there till a few minutes before closing. They stayed over to replace the tire and make sure it was absolutely balanced. Watching them check their work rather than just sending me on my way really shows a level of professionalism you dont see at many places; other firestones included. I will most definitely be using them again even though I have several shops, firestones included, between us.

Seeing reviews that say this location is independent and not part of the Firestone brand, I called to see if my Firestone warranty is honored. I was told that this location is independently owned and IS NOT connected to Firestone. How can this company use the Firestone brand, but not be FIRESTONE? I dont get it! I WONT be doing business with them. I dont want to be tied to only one location in all of Houston. Be aware!

This location is privately owned and couldnt locate my Firestone account. You would think that all Firestone locations would be on the same network but I ended up having to go to the kuykendahl location.

This is an awful service. We have lifetime service for wheel alignment. Every time my parents went to get the wheel aligned, they say they have completed the service, but the wheels aren’t aligned. They said my car battery was going to only last another month when it was fairly new. Just needed to clean the carbon. Made an appointment where I waited literally 1 hour. What’s the point of an appointment.

Do not allow them to work on your vehicle. My daughters car was taking in and they changed a part out and a few days later she had the same issue. They dismissed her concern and told her it was now an electrical issue and not their problem. We had an electrician look at the car and it doesnt have electrical issues. The electrician told her it was the part they replaced. We have asked them to replace the part several times and they refused and asked her to get an attorney.In response to your reply:The fact that the part was previously replaced should not have anything to do with your work. The car is old and over the years probably had many parts replaced. This is exactly why people should avoid your shop. You admit now that you are limited in working on this car after the fact. If we would have known this we would not of allowed you to take our money. Im not the only customer of yours that has accused you on a review of washing your hands of the matter and saying it was an electrical issue not your work.

Good work and fast. Friendly manager. Unfortunately the last time I brought my car for an oil change, my airbag light suddenly came on. It wasnt on before. They tried to convince me it was on and I didnt notice. I hate someone trying to play me as a fool when I know the light wasnt on before I brought it. Ive brought my car there 3 other times, basically for oil changes, and never had an incident. So hopefully it was just a mishap. Other than that I recommend it

Paid Imran close to 8 to 10K for a rebuilt engine. The care never drove correctly after that. He told me it was electrical and sent me to Homers auto electric. Dont go there. He charged me $450.00 and did not fix the problem(rip off artist). Took it back to Firestone and was told they had done everything they could. Took the car to a friends mechanic and he said the rebuilt engine was just super dirty. It ran better, but still not right. Finally took it to City Classic Cars. Now they have class. My car was up and purring like new. I trusted Imran but he needs a mechanic that knows what he is doing. I now cant trust taking my car there for even an oil change. They lost a loyal customer.

What a difference new tires make! I ran over something on 1960 late at night Sunday. When I changed the tire I saw just how badly worn the other tires were, too. Almost as bald as I am (almost but not quite). Imran had the new tires quickly (my tires are an odd size no one really carries) and I was on my way equally quickly. Great service at a fair price. Friendly people. The work done right the first time. Just cant ask for much more than that, can you?I should also add that I am a repeat customer. The guys at Cypress Automotive have done major and minor work on my car(s) over the years. Great work done right. I keep coming back and I will keep coming back.

Sorry :/ ) very friendly and extremely helpful. they went the extra mile for me and suspected a problem with my car. They came back with information for me with what I needed to do next. Very efficient and pleasant experience, customer service was fantastic. Ill definitely be returning and recommend this Firestone to everybody.

This place is amazing we went in 30minutes to close cause our a/c was not blowing cold air they told us come in and leave our car, 20mins later they have a diagnosis and said our car would be ready in another 15minutes even though they close in ten. All because Randall Reed 45 had me an appointment at 7am and at 4:45pm still had not even done a diagnostic on my car RR45 is ridiculous... Cypress Firestone you have new loyal customers!!!

2012 Mercedes E350- These are the only guys I will take any of my cars to. Honest and courteous. I have always been happy with the service I receive. I have 3 MBZ in the last 7 years. They have done all my scheduled services for a third of the cost of the dealer. I have also tried to beat his prices on tires and I never can. This is the only place I will go for my vehicles needs.

Straightforward and Honest!! I had a scheduled appointment, in the morning, with the dealer to figure out what was wrong with my AC.....BUT by the end of the day no one had yet been assigned to it. Frustrated, I picked up my car and brought it here with less than an hour to close. They looked at the car and even had time to repair it, based on the severity of the issue, by the time they closed (yes, they were already busy). They didnt make any promises or excuses but instead they were straightforward and made it a point to be honest about the situation. Before today, I always took my car to the dealer BUT I have a feeling Cypress Firestone just gained my business as a loyal customer and a big thanks to Imran!!

Went there panicked as it was a Saturday for my car and about the time most shops are closing. My window stopped working and would not roll up. Come to find out the regulator broke and with me parking on the street with no car garage I was worried. They quickly took me in and located the parts my car would require to get repaired however the part would not be available until Tuesday so they worked with me to make sure until then my car would be protected and secured. They also got the job done a day earlier than promised. Highly recommend them and I would happily go again

This is the most honest car place I have been too. Another place quoted me over $200 for new breaks. This place showed me that I was not even close to needing to new brakes or pads! Definitely will NOT be going back to the other place and definitely WILL be coming HERE for any future car needs!

These people did my front wheel alignment 4 times and it still aint right, my steering wheel was first cocked to the right second time it was cocked to the left, and they told me I cant get my money back and that theres probably something else wrong if it still didnt work, I left there and went to another place and in 35 min they had my steering wheel straight and my truck drives straight. The guy told me at Firestone this aint the first grand cherokee hes done so the problem is got to be something else. I guess the second place I went to did more grand cherokees then they have cause they got it right the first time. I dont know how this place calls its self Firestone cause a real Firestone would have gotten it right the first time. So everybody knows the second place I went to was not a Firestone location, it was a differant mechanic shop.

I would give more stars if I could! This morning I damaged the rim on my way to work. We took the car for repair expecting a couple hundred or more and I was wrong! they went well above to get the repairs done at a very low price. Wee were in and out in no time. Very friendly people also! The couple people who said they were rude are full of bull feces!

They were nothing but up front with me about a problem I had with a blown sparkplug. They gave me a fair price, and followed through with a free check up.

About 4 or 5 years ago I brought my Galant here to have my radiator replaced (I know its been a while but it would seem as if they havent changed so I will add my input). I should have known better than to trust a Firestone for this kind of work but I was 18, fresh out of high school, and not nearly as knowledgeable about vehicles as I am now. I had used Firestones in the past to get regular maintenance done but never something a little bit more challenging. This particular location always had the best prices of any of the other locations or shops in the 1960 area so when they offered me an unbeatable price to repair my cooling system I jumped on the offer! Stupid stupid me. I left my car there overnight and came back the next day to be told that everything was ready and there were no issues. So I took my car home and then to work. On the way home from work later that night I started seeing a large amount of smoke pouring out of my hood. I looked at my temp gauge and saw it was skyrocketing towards OMFG IM SO HOT RIGHT NOW. Worried and scared something was seriously wrong I pulled over on the side of the highway to not only see that there was coolant draining out of my radiator like a water hose and liquid coming out of a big crack on my engine. It looked serious but little did I know that would be the end of my Galant. I had a tow truck take my car the rest of the way home and then managed to cover up the crack a little and pour enough water in my car to drive it a few miles down the road to the shop. I told the guy at the front what happened and was then told that my head gasket had been cracked and that I would need a new one or a new car. I asked the guy why this had happened right after the radiator was put in and he told me that the radiator was not pressurized prior to being installed. He continued to state that they would take responsibility and fix the head but since I had purchased the radiator (OEM from OReilys who check the part several times) I was not covered under warranty and that I would need to pay upwards of $1000 to fix this issue now. Angry and sad, I let it go and decide to sell my Galant for parts and bought a new vehicle. However I loved that car and considering ever since that fateful day I have never taken my car to a mechanic again and have done every single repair myself by studying intense manuals, reading blog post, watching YT videos, and befriending car enthusiast I will wholeheartedly tell you that radiators are never pressurized manually or before being installed. As long as you seal off any open spaces or leaks and correctly put eveything together the cooling system does this automatically (Radiator, water pump, hoses). The mechanic most likely either rushed or unknowingly did not attach all of the hoses correctly rendering the radiator useless. This caused my engine to overheat and possibly a formed a mixture of coolant and oil (NOT GOOD!). The gasket already having taken so much finally gave in. What that guy said was a complete and utter lie to my face. I dont know how talented that mechanic is... but he clearly didnt know how to correctly do something that takes me, a computer nerd 30-45 minutes. Let this be a warning to all those who use Firestone, if its a job that cost more than $100 go somewhere else... no one at the shops are trained enough to actually fix these things no matter what they tell you. Go to a mom and pop shop, find a Meineke or Christian Brothers, or even better, pick up those tools and do it yourself. You will be amazed at the things you will learn and the amount of money you will save... also Im almost positive these guys are using either software or an email generator to create fake positive reviews.P.S. As you can see they are so upset at honestly written reviews that the owners even tried to defame reviewers characters with lies? To the owner(s) of the shop, enjoy your scam artist tactics while they last...

Nice people, but terrible mechanics. They repeatedly misdiagnosed my vehicle, resulting in over $3,000 of unnecessary repairs..... that didnt fix the problem. If you already know whats wrong with your car, they might work. If not, dont expect them to troubleshoot the problem.

REMIND YOU HE STILL WILL NOT TALK TO ME OR TAKE MY CALLS. SO TODAY I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SOMEONE FROM FIRESTONE NAME KEITH STATING THEY ARE NOT PART OF THEM AND THEY ASK THAT I DO NOT RETURN TO THERE LOCATION. SO THEY MESSED UP MY CAR AND THEN ASK THAT I DONT RETURN TO THE LOCATION. NOW WITH THE VIDEOS AND RECORDED PHONE CONVERSATIONS THE MANAGER STILL WANT TO LIE AND SAY HE GAVE ME ALL PAPERWORK WHEN VIDEO CLEARLY SHOW HIM HANDING ME ONE PIECE OF PAPER. I TRIED TO. UPLOAD VIDEO BUT IT WOULD NOT ALLOW ME. PLEASE TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION. IM HAVING TO PAY TO HAVE CLUTCH REDONE, BUT ITS OKAY BECAUSE THE VIDEOS AND VOICE RECORDING IS ALL THE EVIDENCE I NEED. TO ADD TO IT HE REFUSE TO GIVE COPY OF WARRANTY. So to reply to your response for my posting. first let me start off by saying that i never came in threatening, cursing, or using profanity at you. if that were so you would have called the police and had me escorted off the property. if we go be real lets be real. you would never talk to me on the phone, you would hang up or put me on hold. now im not going to speak on what i cant prove. when i returned to the shop for you to look at my car, my phone was recording, ( all due to you hanging up on me). it does not show you coming outside looking at my car, but it does have you stating that you will not drive my car. it shows your technician coming out sitting in a gray impala and you other tech walking right by my car, but no one looking at it. at the same time that im sitting outside recording im also on my second phone with the rep from the firstone corp office, all calls are recorded as we know and know where on that call nor my video am i using profanity nor threating you.the guy from the corp office called and ask you why wont you come look at the car. i informed the guy on the phone that i was recording and his words to me where no one likes to be recorded and i stated true but i doing what i have to do for my protection. so lets tell the truth espically when it can be proven. lets say you did look at it, it was not a look at situation, it needed to be driven or put back on the machine, looking dont tell you noting. now you never called me in the process of you working on my car to tell me that you ran into another problem nor did you tell me something was wrong with my transmission. when i came to pick up my car you still did not mention there was a problem with the transmission until after i left and called you back and stated that there was still a problem with the clutch. why would i pay 1363. for you to fix that and the transmission is about to go out, i could have got a new car before i just waste money like that. back to the paper work you never gave me any diagnostic nor any warranty paperwork as i ask for, but you did provide me with a receipt. im very educated and have a great job and i would not jeopardize my achievements where the laws would be called and i go to jail when i could do what im doing now, fight this to the end because i have plenty of proof. so please lets keep it real and honest here. may god bless you also

This is the worst place you can go to get any work done to your car. The customer service is terrible and the store owner has no idea how to run a business. I went there two times to get my alignment done and it was never fixed and the owner refused to give me a refund even after another shop was able to get my alignment fixed the first time! The shop is a complete mess and the technicians do not care about how they perform their work. If you want your car to be fixed the first time I would highly suggest you take your car anywhere but here!

I give the timely work, five stars but I give the customer service a three. The front desk guy was friendly but had some undertoned arrogance. I gave him my discount coupon, but he dismissed it due to having to charge more for a V-6, and despite me going out of my way to be friendly about losing out on the discount, he charged just as much as the dealer, and didnt try to make me a satisfied or future customer. Well I learned my lesson, and from now on I will stick to going to the dealer. Thanks Mr. Asad for the experience.

Went there last week for oil change and engine work, got amazing serivce, competitve quote and most of all their professional customer service really impressed me- and my car work was done on the promised schedule

I dont take them at face value. They told me that my wheel lock key was malfunctioned because of the swirl inside and proceeded top take my lock off of my wheel a different way. I went to the dealership, and they told me that when Firestone placed the key on the lock, it was not placed properly before turning, so the key was stripped. Also, the first mechanic told me to park and then left me sitting there without talking to anyone or tell me what was going on.
