Years ago purchased a Mazda from Jeff Haas, and it recently had a transmission service light and wouldnt shift. They quickly diagnosed a TCM failure, and happened to have the part in stock. They even sent me video showing some of the other things they found during their inspection. Drives well now, and they only had the vehicle for a day.Prices are not cheap, but fair for a dealership.Service was fantastic, everybody I interacted with was very polite and professional, and the work was done very quickly.Building was clean, and service department is easy to find (obvious) and has covered pickup and drop-off.Some dealerships are difficult to deal with. This place is not one of those places. Will continue to come to this dealership when I need dealership level service.

Oil change. I waited in a very nice new dealership and my service representative took care of everything in a very reasonable period of time. Got a video of the inspection, which was cool! All around an excellent experience!
The dealership is very nice upgrade from their last dealership. The service area is great, spacious, attendants are helpful. I still cant understand why my oil changes take almost a full 2 hours here to complete. Their upsells are pricey too, but it is the dealership versus a independent service shop...

Took my 2010 Mazda CX9 to the service department for 2 recalls. 13 days before this I had a new paint job on the passenger side of my car. I washed my car with water only with a soft cloth night before I took it in for recall. Person checking me in said I would get a free carwash. I said it doesnt need a wash, I just washed it. She said she would tell them not to wash it. 2.5 hours later she called me (I was sitting outside in my own chair social distancing) to tell me my car was ready. It was just coming out of the carwash. I asked why was it washed?? She told me she didnt catch them in time to tell them not to wash it. They use a drive thru cash wash. I complained. She said she was sorry. I was offered a free detail. I detail my own car. My car went in 100% clean. After going thru their carwash (against my instructions) it was returned to me dirtier than when it came in. Hoping my new paint job is not damaged. It probably isnt, but I really think my request should have been honored. I am assuming the recalls were handled satisfactorily. I also want to add everyone was very friendly and polite and their waiting room looked clean and had ample space for social distancing even though I chose to sit outside.
Nick and Cuong were a tremendous help in finding the perfect car despite running into issues that were beyond anyone’s control. They were very professional and answered every question I had and then some! Overall, I’m super pleased with my experience here!

I went there drop the suv, picked up a loaner, and then came back when its ready. Of course they follow all COVID-19 measures, very clean place, I love the facility. Marc Simmons assisted me; very respectful and positive attitude guy. They sent me a video of different check points of the SUV. Truly a good experience, I hope we keep it up.
Great service and good people. They aired my tires and rotated them while I was there for an oil change. It was a good deal and not a long wait. They were taking proper safety precautions during COVID-19. (Sanitizing station, social distancing, masks required, etc.) This is my 3rd vehicle from Jeff Haas. My family has purchased vehicles from here as well. Sutoyo is great if you need a vehicle and Todd is great at the service center.

I am very disappointed with Mazda / Jeff Haaz. 2 things that I feel the Service Department of Jeff Haaz Mazda could have done a better job -- Provide an accurate diagnosis with certainty (or FREE)- Provide a better car when the car leave the shop (dont damage the car more)I know and I understand that your team at Jeff Haaz Mazda have tried hard to diagnose the issue and they came with several possible causes for the Miata. Having spent 2 weeks at the shop, with multiple incorrect diagnosis, and $312.50, with still a dead car.Also, related to second bullet point above about better care, I got my car back with a bent hood. The other shop found out that the Stabilizer bar was installed incorrectly (the other direction) - right for left, left for right. It made the stabilizer positioned higher and held the hood up - see pictures.Those pictures were taken while the car was still in the tow truck from Jeff Haaz to the other shop, as I wanted to make sure that you have the most accurate and authentic picture. You can see that the hood was bend up as that stabilizer rod is holding it up. This must have happened when your mechanic put all the pieces together after the diagnostic, as I saw at the time that the stabilizer rod was uninstalled.Spending $312.50 for nothing fixed and a bent hood, this shows the type quality that I have received. Having to trust an official dealership with the actual results that I got, I have certainly nothing good to believe in, but to be disappointed.
Stay well away from here. You might bring your car in for an oil change, and leave with damage to the car . It can be anything from a dent to a cut in the tires. Then, after you see the damage, they want to fix it for you, or tell you that it didn’t happen, while charging racked up prices. It’s all done with a smile of course. They are not to be trusted. It must be something to do with the cost of that shiny new building .Mazda makes good cars, but this particular service dept. should be avoided at all costs.I’m taking my business to another Mazda dealer. You would do well to do the same.

The new dealership is fantastic. The lobby and service bays are excellent. I have been taking my Mazda vehicles to Jeff Haas since 2002. They have an amazing staff, they are friendly, professional and informative about the work that needs to be performed on your vehicle. I’ll definitely being going back, I recommend you do as well.
I usually avoid dealership service departments like the plague. Not any longer. Brought my new Mazda3 in for a repair two weeks ago and they gave me a loaner car because it was going to take several days. Today just needed an oil change....they really know how to take care of you! Both Cynthia and Mark were awesome!

I went to the service center because there was a recall on my windshields. Everyone is so nice and the service is great. They have free snacks and coffee for people who are waiting, which I really loved.

It’s hard to give this place a three star review because they’ve been great through the years and I’ve bought many cars from them but avoid their finance department like the plague, get your own financing from your own bank or credit union before you go in and don’t buy any extra packages. Sales service and parts department are awesome and will take good care of you though.

Very polite and professional. My service advisor was Yahaira and everything was ready for me. I was there for the upgrade to install Android Auto and Apple Car Play. They even had a loaner car available for me.
Bought my first ever car from here. No problems at all with the sale of the vehicle. However after my vehicle was stolen, and recovered, your service center was to fix the burn holes, Ash covered seats, and anything else that was out of the normal for the vehicle after getting stolen. Your service crew straight up removed an entire feature of my vehicle that I paid extra for, and refused to reinstall it after being asked to do so. So I got to pay hundreds of dollars (if I remember correctly) for your navigational system but after y’all serviced my vehicle I was not able to access navigation anymore, as it just didn’t appear. Not only was the navigation feature removed, but they also failed to fix several burns on the front seat, as well as failed to clean the entirety of the backseats cup holders, which are still covered in a brown sticky substance, as well as ash on the back of it as well. Horrible lack of empathy for my vehicle being stolen and terrible service on the vehicle to amend the situation.

I wanted to get the oil changed in my Mazda Miata, and had never used Jeff Haas Mazda before. Using their online booking tool, I secured a service appointment for the same day. An email confirmation was received that listed a Confirmation Code, date, time, and even an Advisor name. Also listed was the services I had selected.Upon arriving, I was able to walk up to directly to the Advisor (Cynthia). She confirmed my appointment. After a couple other details, I was invited to wait. During the next 45 minutes, I even walked over to the mechanic shop and saw my car up on hydraulics, and spoke with the mechanic. The mechanic was thorough. Even though my car is 15 years old, it is pristine and was not in need of any other services, so the service team did not even approach me trying to sell other services.When your car is ready, a text message is received where you can review the estimate and even pay remotely, if you want to. I opted to pay at the service desk. On another note, they will wash your car with any service.Overall, it was a great service experience, and I will defiantly use Jeff Haas again. Cynthia was friendly and professional. I never felt pressured, they kept my appointment, and handed over my keys in under an hour. What more could you ask for?
I have been going here for years. The sells are top notch Brian in new cars sales is friendly and not pushy at all, he has a true care and understanding of what his customers want and need. Allan in service is wonderful he is direct and friendly and truly understands and explains why the vehicle needs it with out over pushing the situation.

Great place to take your car. People here are really kind and attentive to get your car fixed and on your way. I wish I had bought my car here instead of where I did. They have good working hours and are even open on Saturdays!! They offer snacks and water, tv, and charging stations while you wait. The team will come and check on you periodically and let you know the progress. They also wash your car and vaccume even if it is raining outside. I trust them for all my future needs over anyone else.

My go-to service location for my Mazda. The price is reasonable, they are always running specials, and waiting room is comfortable. But, the big selling point for me is knowing that my car is serviced by Mazda certified technicians and come with full warranty.

Worthless service department, 2016 mazda cx3 battery died. Took it to AutoZone and they said it didnt hold a charge. Drove down to the service department and they said they needed the car to replace the battery under warranty. They wanted to tow the car to the shop to test the battery that was sitting on their desk.
Depending on what service manager you get things can get oddly cold. The actual service is good and fast.

They are so unorganized. Blames costumers because they cannot find the plate. They told us they called us but I told them I did not receive any calls not I do not receive any Voicemail from them as well.
