I was called and emailed to schedule my service. I called back and made an appointment for 8am. I arrived at 7:50am. I was met in the service drive by 3 people who checked the “appointment list”, I was not on it. I told Matt that I was there for my 3rd FREE oil change. After a two hour plus wait, my bill was more than $150.00. I did authorize a filter change of $49.95. I was told by Matt that the free oil change expired a month ago. I asked, and was told by 3 different people that it would be free. Nope. I will never set foot in a Fred Haas dealership again.

Here at Fred Haas Toyota Country in Tomball, TX, the service is of good quality but the cost of service is overpriced. They have continued to go up on the charges, like a simple oil change recently went up to $99 from an average of $80-$85 for a Toyota Tundra. I’ve called around to other service centers and was priced at $75 after tax, it’s just not fair to do this to long time customers. I will be doing future service elsewhere.

Francisco is the best! I come to this location specifically because of him! He always explains everything in details I will understand and doesnt break the bank in the process. I dont feel like Im being taken advantage of like other places, I feel like Im family here! Ive been coming here for about 2 years for all my cars service and I know I will be coming back to Fransisco for as long as I have my Toyota! The oil changes here are always cheaper than anywhere else so why not go to the dealership? Its a no brainier! I have also gotten plenty of warranty work done here too. I have roadvantage and they always make sure everything is covered!

Very bad technicians. They just know the simple things. They charged me $200 without knowing what is the problem. I went to another dealership and charged me $150 and give me repair report about the same problem. Over priced with no experience.

Yesterday I was in-the-market for purchasing a brand spanking new Toyota Tacoma! Well, let me just say and on a personalized recommendation from a business professional of mine, Fred Haas Toyota Country off of 249 (on the way to Tomball) was stated as the place to purchase a new vehicle. My friend did not steer me wrong! Fred Haas is the best and most delightful experience Ive had in my entire lfe in purchasing a new vehicle (yes, I be an old retiree of the ripe young age of 67, so I have wisdom & clout). Let me begin in saying that I was formerly greeted very professionally outside by Mr. Isiah Panganiban (high technical I.Q. & the one who would expalin all vehicle details to me post purchase...yes, I bought it!) whom I asked to be directed to the one I had an appointment with and would discuss a deal...that being Mr. Bradley Hubbard, Top Notch (my opinion) Sales Manager. Mr. Bradley was completely honest, right up front in discussing all pertinent details of the Tacoma (pricing spot on, described all to a Texas T)and is a highly skilled individual with pleasant personality to make you feel right at home...it was certainly an honor to meet him and conduct business directly with him: with highest integrity. Mr. Hubbard represents this dealership well! On a one closing note, and working with the Financial Officer in going over all the numbers, Mr. Farzan Naqvi was succinct in all cranked out numbers (I be a retired engineer, so I respect brainy number crunchers) and he was also a personable representative of the dealership. So many to give high praises to, met with Jan Martin briefly, Assistant Service Manager, and she was friendly to talk to quickly and without warning (shes a trooper!). In my final closing comment, with high kudos to the original head honcho name I had, Mr. Bob Gaige, he took time to persoanlly come out and introduce himself and we also had a delightful conversation on a friendly note (appreciate the open candor). All in all, these 3 things can describe my experience dealing with Fred Haas Toyota Country (249) >>> highly professional, real people with real personalities, and complete honesty / integrity to please the customer always! I thank you immensely for a job well done...I be one pleased customer!!!

Dropped the car off to get a oil change, windshield and a tire replacement. Get a phone call saying its done. As I walk to get in, the car still had its spare tire on it. Advisor was saying they were not suppose to call yet. Get a phone call after leaving dealer to finally inform me that the car was not ready. After finally getting the car noticed that receipt says the windshield was repaired but the same crack is there so obviously was not replaced. Servicing coordinating is all out of place at this dealer. I dont think anyone communicates to each other here and I brought to vehicles here and dont even get a complimentary car wash like other dealers.
Found what I was looking for in a used Jeep rubicon and was from Ohio. Vincent, Ashley and Carlos where grey assets throughout the purchase process and then I flew to Houston and took delivery and drove the vehicle home back to Northern Ohio. As soon as I arrived to the dealership everyone was friendly and helpful and Vincent was to me within minutes. Overall Great Experience and would highly recommend the professionalism with those I had dealings with.

Schedule 25k maintenance the was free I did buy a truck, which was at 26393 per the sticker on my windshield. Show up at the dealership at 27107 and now they are saying I have to pay because its over the 1k miles threshold 25k and nobody told me that ever, the past year and half they always took forever and now this, never coming back and will go somewhere else, especially when it comes to buying a new vehicle
