I have been with this business for some years now. Had them service 2 different cars throughout those years and their service never changed. They have always been consistent, friendly and as the name says (honest).They always broke down any diagnostic or problem with my car. I have been able to build personal and professional relationships with the guys up there. And they have definitely helped me through some really difficult situations. I feel like this is probably the most important review I’ve ever written. It’s difficult to blindly choose a trusted mechanic, but I did just that when I couldn’t get in touch with the one my friend recommended. I was nervous, but I knew my brakes needed work, and I couldn’t wait another day. So I called and spoke with Brian and was able to drop my car off that same morning. I asked them to check my brakes, give me a full synthetic oil change, a state inspection and also check my AC because the air wasn’t consistently blowing cold. They did a free multi-point inspection on my Acura, free brake inspection and free AC check and text me a link to the report. The report included pictures of my filthy air and cabin filters, so they replaced those as well. They recharged and replaced the Freon in my AC system and I was able to pick up my car the same day. For all of the work my car received, I expected to pay an arm and a leg, but the price wasn’t anything like I thought it would be. I am going to bring my car there for EVERYTHING from now and I already told my coworker about it. Transparency and reasonable pricing when it comes to mechanics are what give me peace of mind, and I got just that. Thanks for the experience.

I was very impressed with the service. I retired after 50 years in the automotive service industry so I can recognize good customer service. I made an appointment and when I arrived they took my truck in and within an hour called with diagnostics and supplied photos of bad ac compressor. No hard up sale attempts made and repairs were completed the same day. I strongly recommend this service center for anyone.

Found this place on Yelp and gave it a try. My car AC blew hot air. Made appointment and brought my car over for them to take a look at it. The place is nice and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My appointment was at 10:00, they took me early. Let them know I had a meeting and they had me out in a short time. They explained what was wrong with the car and how much it would cost to repair and why. These guys are fantastic! I won’t take my car anywhere else now.

These guys here go above and beyond customer needs and always has an ear open for customer concerns. Always friendly and up-front. I’ve taken my past two cars here and they are very straightforward in telling you what’s wrong with the car, break down costs and tell you when service is gonna be done. They’ve never let me down on these things which are essential for a good shop. Car repairs are an expensive thing but honesty and good quality of repairs is refreshing from bad mechanic experience.

I had my brakes done here. Front and rear pads and rotors were replaced. And a brake flush, drain and refill system fluids. I had to have a new master cylinder, and all that entails. Bleeding of the brakes also. They did the inspection first, and let us know the price before hand. Joe, at the front desk was very friendly, and professional. The mechanic Paul was friendly, professional, and seemed very knowledgeable. I think they may be a little on the high priced side? But they DO run a nice clean professional shop.

As usual, fast efficient and professional in how they treat the customer and work on the vehicle. Well worth checking them out when you next need car repairs or maintenance.

I’ve had a mechanic that I’ve gone to for 12 years and when he retired I was afraid I wouldn’t find a place just as good. I’m so thankful I found this place. They were so nice and most importantly, honest. I was quoted from another place to replace 2 things. Turns out it wasn’t the issue, I just needed a fuse replaced and they saved me $300+ . Definitely will be using them again if I ever need work on my car.

I love this place!! I had to pull over because my son-in-laws car oil gauge said it was low and the car told me to shut the engine off! I didnt want to mess up the engine in his car! I called Honest Auto and they came to the parking lot where I was. I was just around the corner from them. Thomas showed up and checked the car out. He told me he didnt think there was anything wrong with the car, but I did the right thing by pulling over. He had me follow him back to their shop and he said the diagnostic tests didnt show any codes and it was probably something simple and to keep an eye on it. Im so happy it happened so close to them and even though I was exhausted and wanted to go home, Im glad I didnt make it there before it did what it did. Fixed my A/C in my 2016 mustang, but said my compressor was still making some noise (because its on its way out I had already known this prior), but when I got my car everything was running well. I hear very little noise from the compressor running now just the normal sound to know its working as it should. Theyre great here!

Honest 1 Auto Care at Copperfield currently handles maintenance on 4 of my vehicles. Today I brought one of my vehicles which I thought needed a new battery terminal up to them and low and behold Brian was able to get me out of there without having to replace it. I dropped my car are for a few repairs and once i called up and told them i have the money and he said he’s gonna put it into rotation and said it was gonna be done today or tomorrow so i called the next day and he said it’ll be done today then i called the next day and he said the same thing which is really irritating seeing as I work full time and go to school i tried to call today but for some reason they are closed saturday and sunday so now i have to wait 2 more days for them to do whatever to my car it has been a week since the dude i talked to said it would be done i’m starting to get fed up with this. I already have to pay 1k for a few repairs I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP i probably won’t even get a discount for my car even though it should have been done a week ago

Back a couple of months ago my car air conditioner went out. I took my car to the local Toyota dealership to get it checked out. That same day Toyota rep called me to tell me my car air conditioner was fixed (said they replaced a valve) which was 170.00 parts and labor. So far so good. After a few day of driving the air conditioner went out again so I went back to the dealership and they told me it was the air conditioner evaporator needed to be replaced and said the cost would be  $2,200 to fix it because the entire dash had to be pulled out. This started my quest to find a repair shop that had the experience to do the job at a reasonable price. I decided I would get three quotes, the first local auto repair I called said they would do the job for $1,900 and would take 3 days, the next local repair shop said they would do the job for $1,400. The next auto repair shop I called quoted me $1,274,  that repair shop was Honest-1.After I read their reviews that were very good, I called Honest-1 back and talked to Joe and made an appointment the next day at 9 am and left the car off at Honest-1 and Joe said I could pick it up the next day. The next day joe called at to tell me that a part was still working but he recommended changing it since there would be no labor charge because the dash had already been dismantled and the part was $43.oo added on to the bill which came to 1,317. The next day Joe called at 3 pm to tell me my car was ready to pick up before 5.Before picking up my car I noticed on their website they were running a summer special that offered $100.00 off a purchase of $700.00. When I arrived to pay for a/c repair I asked Joe had he already used the coupon, and to my suprise he said no and took the $100.00 off. The final bill was $1 217 with a 3 year or 36,000 mile waranty. I have attached photo of dash tear down. This. Proves Honest-1 has the expertise to handle the most complex repair.This the best csr repair experience I have ever had!

After going online and looking for an auto repair facility near me and reading reviews, I decided on Honest 1 Auto Care and Im glad I did. Taylor & Joe are awesome. They really do stand up to their name, Honest. I took my car in to have the ignition switch replaced and also took advantage of their ac free check up special because my ac was not cooling. I ended up replacing the condenser fan which I was happy to do since I was told by another facility that I needed a new ac and quoted me $1954.I will be using them from now on.

Had my fiances car over there for an oil change and they mentioned an oil leak at the oil pan gasket. Ive done this job myself before on another car and its usually not that big of a deal. However on this car the exhaust pipe had to be moved and we were happy to let them do it even though it was over $500. That price was even a little on the low side compared to others in the area. Well after they did the job the oil continued to leak. I took it back and looked at it with them. They had dye in the oil that you could see with a black light. The mechanic said it looked like it was still leaking from the same oil pan gasket and they said they did the job again. Well after that it still leaked and we took it back and they replaced a pcv valve and did some other minor things. It still leaks. On the third attempt they charged us over $100 by the way. Im going to request they give us our money back.

They make getting cars serviced wonderful, even when you have to bring the kiddos! They have a nice clean waiting area and even a large play area for kids complete with toys, a chalk board, table and chairs, and a playmat. AND they have a clean restroom and snacks and drinks. Lets start by saying I chose this place because of the exceptional ratings. I brought my vehicle in for excessive shaking and a loud roaring engine when accelerating. They found the problem to be the engine mounts. I paid $500 for them to replace 2 of the 3 mounts because I was told only 2 really needed replacing at the time. I paid it and expected to receive my car back without the shaking and roaring engine. The car was still shaking though notably less than when I brought it in and the roaring was gone. Fast forward 1.5 weeks later, the shaking and roaring are back and worse than before. So I bring it back to see why and Im told its the final mount that needs replacing and would cost a little over $200 to replace. That cost included the diagnostic which should have been considered paid witwith my last visit since they already knew the problem. I took my car back without getting the work done and brought it to the dealership where they replaced the final for free since it was apparently covered under factory warranty and informed me that the two recently replaced engine mounts were improperly installed and had the engine sitting at an angle which was partially the NEW cause of the shaking and roaring. When I got my car back, it didnt even feel like the same car. Shaking and roaring were completely gone. I was mostly in contact with Taylor, Joe, and Derek whom were exceptionally friendly. However, I paid too much money for the parts to be improperly installed the first time. Though this could have just one bad instance, I dont believe I will be bringing my vehicle back here.

My mom and I came here for the first time looking for an auto repair shop because the AC in her car was having issues. Joe was great, he made the experience a positive one. He would come to us with updates along the way to let us know what was going on with the car and that was appreciated. I definitely feel like this place was honest, and did a good job on my moms car.We came here based on the reviews I read on google and overall we’re happy we ended up coming here. Their lounge area is nice, they provide water, a variety of snacks, WiFi and a small kids area. We will be returning when needed.

I had issues with my AC, they kept me in the loop with every process that they were doing. My car was a complicated issue that unfortunately was not able to be resolved with them. They could of easily charged me for the hours of them searching for the issue, testing, ordering parts to see if it was as sensory issue, re testing, etc. They didn’t! They were extremely honest with me and in the end, helped me financially with what they charged me. They gave me detailed notes with the tests they ran and the results of them so that I could take it to the dealership. They didn’t price gouge me by just randomly testing different things until something worked. I appreciate them for how they handled the situation and I will ensure they have my business. Thank you.

I use them for all of my car care and have never had an issue. They have always been professional, courteous and timely.

I noticed that my steering wheel was off center, so I took it here for a wheel alignment. They took the car into the back, and about an hour later, gave me the keys and said have a good day. There was no communication on what they adjusted and there was no graphic showing a before and after adjustment report of the alignment to show it was adjusted. After getting it back on the road I noticed that the steering wheel was still off center by the same amount, which leads me to believe they really didnt do much. While I was there I noticed that most of the technicians were my age (mid 20s), so maybe I got the guy who was still learning.Edit: Took it back to be corrected and it is still off. Still no chart or explanation on what changes they made.

Nice and clean lobby. I left another inspection place waited for 20 minutes and after 5min they came back. They said they could not do it because the plug was loose and not able to inspect it. I came into this auto care and they took care of me and finished the service with no hassle for less than 15 minutes.

Ive been trusting the Honest-1 team with my family vehicles since 2017. They can handle it all from oil change and inspections to brakes, alternators, shocks struts and tires. The times I have had to take my vehicle to the dealership for recalls, I always check in with them to get second opinions and pricing about big dealership recommendations; the difference is always shocking...big dealer tries to sell me unnecessary work and quotes that are hundreds of dollars more expensive than H1! Trust and integrity are cornerstones of Honest-1, they genuinely care about keeping the valued customer and not lining their pockets with my hard earned money. I cannot say I have ever felt this way about a mechanic shop, and I am truly grateful they are in my neighborhood.

Performed oil change on my Honda and ran diagnostics on sons Ford Ranger. Have to wait for engine to cycle through reset then go back. Really like the owner and staff. The fact that they help you with drop off and pick up is just one example of outstanding service.

I really love this place. Always very clean and comfortable . The staff is always nice and courteous. Usually doesn’t take long to get oil changed. Unfortunately it took almost 2 hours this time. And I had an appointment. My only other complaint is when I got to my car, there was grease all on my seat - both the seat and the seat back - as well as on the inside of my door. The service guy was very apologetic and tried to clean it with leather cleaner, not a degreaser. I ended up having to go home and clean it myself. (I had spent 3 hours the previous weekend detailing the inside of my car including the leather seats).Accidents happen, and I will continue to use them and recommend them.

A great experience again. Second time now using Honest-1. First trip was for front brakes on 2016 GMC Sierra. This trip it was Oil Changes for same truck and wifes 2017 Armada. Visited Monday and while they were too busy at that moment, they helped schedule back-to-back changes on Wednesday. I was running late and wasnt a problem for them offered a ride to and from, but I declined as it wasnt needed for me (reason I scheduled back-to-back). Thanks to Joe and team!Worth noting that observations were made on some minor fixes, but no pressure applied when I opted to handle it some other time or on my own. Oh and they send pics of those suggestions for visibility of the problems.

I’ve been going to them for a few times now and I think I’ve found a workshop I can trust completely. Brian and Taylor have been providing nothing but the best service you can expect from a workshop. The thing I like about them is the way they don’t talk you into doing any repairs right away and the way they educate me with the issues my car is having. I only went in for inspection but with many places having a bad reputation I looked at Google reviews and tried Honest 1. I walked in and from start to finish was very impressed. It started with a nice and clean place to a warm and friendly greeting to quick and excellent service while I waited a short time in a classy waiting area that had a great play area for my 2 year old daughter. Brian and his team are always very friendly. They tell you what they are going to do and the price is very fair. Hard to find a good and honest shop...but this is the place that provides that service. Would highly recommend.

I found it very helpful when Taylor explained all that was needed to repair my car. He even showed me how damaged my rear brake was. I don’t know anything about brakes but I saw quickly how “broken” mine was!Wouldn’t hesitate to return whenever I needed too. Friendly and helpful!

Went in for new battery and they checked it and electrical system to be sure it wasn’t something draining the battery rather than just automatically putting in a new one. Kept it over night so electrical guy could check it out to be sure.
