Took a chance. Called the number. Ed answered and we scheduled to have my front brakes changed at my work the next morning at 9AM. Ed showed up at 9AM sharp. Turned out I needed rear brakes and not front. Same price and he even had to make an extra trip to the parts store. Found other issues and provided a free quote for that work. Completely satisfied.
