Had my front brakes and air filter changed. Mechanic was nice and explained everything. The lady inside was also nice. Price was reasonable.

I had a tune up done there and the mechanic loosened something else. I returned and inquired about the service. He unhooked something else that caused my car to run bad. Basically, it was a ploy to have you return so they could make more money. Stay the hell away from this place. I watched him and even I know that an air filter doesnt require one to pull on wires to open it. Bad service, desperate for money.

Took my car here and paid almost $400 for repairs. As soon as I got the car back I noticed there was no changes. They said it had something to do with my transmission but I initially took it there for a problem with my tires. Took it somewhere else and was charged only $100 for labor AND the parts! Turns out they hadn’t even installed the right parts in the first place.

Purchase tires at 9:34 AM is now 4:44 PM my tire is flat! Tried to contact them regarding the tires phone going straight to voicemail unable to reach anyone! There’s no way you can purchase a tire and it goes flat the same day! Double check your purchases when using this company

Best service and friendly staff

Visited Houston Tires and Auto Repair after a bad experience at a nearby tire shop. This place is great! The mechanic on duty was quick to work on my vehicle, listen to my concerns and work with me to complete the services I was seeking. I will definitely be returning if I need future car services! Thank you guys!
