These guys REALLY helped me out of a bind. Had my 4 tires stolen and after going to 2 other wheel and tire shops that were basically useless, they were able to explain to me my options and deals in getting my car some new rims and tires. Multilingual explanation of services: English, Spanish and other languages! Customer service was superb, offered me payment plans and the best options for my budget and my car. Since I had NO wheels they gave me the run down on how to get my car to the shop! They also took in mind the model of my car and the need to include the sensors on it to sync and wheel locks to NOT have this happen again!!!!!! Also explained the make of the tires and rims which was very nice. The rims and tires I selected were not in stock and needed to be ordered. The estimated delivery time was given and met. Gave me an accurate wait time while waiting for the service to be done while in shop. The rims are NICE (not like my originals not NOT bad) VERY reasonably priced! Very pleased with my purchase and in coming here!

Very bad services, I was there all the mechanic was w working. I went in to the office and a ladies was there on the phone. She totally ignored Me. Came here on Memorial Day, I was able to purchase cheap new tires for my Tahoe. They were helpful and recommend an alignment that was much needed. My only complaint was that one wheel was not quite balanced. I had to drive 700 miles back home and it was rough.

My lift kit did not come with what is needed to ensure a safer more comfortable ride...if thats possible with a lifted truck. Nor did the Manager suggest or inform me that I would need to get extended sway bar links for the front and back....or the mounting brackets for the new links....and to top it off I paid partially for the install and didnt get it and when I returned to ask about it he suggested I probably owe them money...Wont be dealing with that place again...the place directly across the street has better on site selection, more knowledgeable staff and better customer service

I took my Toyota Highlander for a set of tires. Mike (the owner) ordered my set of tires and installed them on the next day. The price was great and installation was quick. However, I had to come back for the alignment adjustment. That day, my nanny was sick. I had to bring my baby to the shop with me . I came to the shop at 11:45am. Someone told me I would be next for alignment service. I waited in the lobby. One hour later, my car was still not tested. My baby cried because he was hungry and diaper was wet. After 1 hour and 45 minutes, my car finished the alignment test. I would appreciate if someone could tell me the alignment would take more than one hour.

Honest place. They could not do the alignment of my car because of my mechanic did something wrong. They spent mire than an hour to figure it out. Owner did not charge me anything and told me go fix it then come back, I will charge you when I finish my job. You wont find people like these anymore.

This is a small business, owned by two brothers, who are fair, honest, and offer a quality service at an affordable price. You can see from reading the responses, that when things do go wrong, they are genuinely interested in rectifying it. I had an excellent experience, and will certainly return here.

I called monday to get an alignment, a new wheel and new tire. The guy on the phone told me to come right away and they were going to take care of it. When I arrived the guy at the counter was very rude because I changed my mind on buying a rim and he told me I had to wait 3 hours for an alignment. Also nobody really acknowledged me the whole time I was there (Maybe cause I’m a woman) so I left and went somewhere else. Never coming back.

I went to the other 3 shops around this area to ask for prices on alignment and balancing of my tires and they kept trying to charge me from $120 -$150.This shop charged me under $100for both!Also I already knew my wheel bearing was going out but good to know that the shop also looks out for its customers.

I Purchased 4 new tires and an alignment. Plus a warranty. After taking my truck back a third time to get the alignment fixed I ended up needing 4 more tires and instead of them accepting ownership for a poor alignment job and exchanging out my tires. They used my warrenty. And now im in need of using my warranty and cant! So guess who got screwed. Yea I did.

After receiving my wheels and tires there was a misunderstanding concerning TPMS . They stated I didnt request them but my final price suggest that I did. They did ship them but I had to pay to have them installed .I had a very bad shake/vibration in one of my front wheels. The wheel is definitely warped after testing . I placed a call and sent a text with pictures and asked what I can do to resolve this issue, I have been thoroughly ignored. Please dont order anything from them online.Im a radio host and this experience has been awful. I will post an interview that I have coming up in June concerning this. I gave 5 stars early in the process and I cant remove it. 0 stars would be appropriate .

NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE! got new rims really nice, but while my car was getting fixed they broke one of my lights in the back (idk how if they are only putting on tires and rims), also after 1 week I washed my car and I realized one of my tires is missing a lug nut, how irresponsible of them to for get that, thats dangerous while Im driving my car, also they never installed my spacers and my locks, its been months and still no spacers as they promised me. NO GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE HERE!

I have dodge dart i bought wheels from there, since i bought wheels i have problem with my car, shaking too much, but other day im driving on freeway and my wheel fall off on freeway,THANKS GOD im still alive,damage my car, call them and drove there but Yelling at Me, thats nor our fault,took other store they checked and told me its wrong bolt pattern thats why rim fall off, take off cap on other wheels, my studs are broke on other wheels also,please stay away from these peoples,especially ball head and hispanic guy

The place is unkempt, No one greets you or ask may they help you and theres barely room to park.
