Even though the work wasnt perform.due to insurance.effect..they taken my vehicle apartThe window up.when drop off.for diagnostic.When p/u..given to me window down . even though. I had to ask them about my window not up .it taken them a1/half hour to get it back up..after ward I taken a look at the inside door of my vehicle they had drill.bigger holes and mess up the fiber glass inside driver door which wasnt that way when drop.i feel that diagnostic should have not cause that type of damage whether repair at the mug or not.my vehicle should have better handle ...

I have been waiting on the owner to call me with a response about my truck because I took it there and my engine got damaged and the owner is trying to CHA AND TRYING TO FEED ME ALOT OF BULL I HAD TO REPLACE MY ENGINE AND THEY SAY THEY DONT KNOW WHAT HAPPEN TO IT AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST IT WENT THERE RUNNING AND LEFT THERE NOT AND I PAID THEM ALMOST $700.00 to have my truck back worst than it went in

I was having an electrical problem with my truck Monkey Mug found the problem and fixed it

My vehicle came back with more parts missing or broke for $1400 and a professional diagnosis than what I took it there for. When you ask a question on why is this broken or missing the answer is I dont know. After the fact, I found out that this place has been sued several times. They always say support your people, but I will never go there again.

If you want quality work done on your car, this is the place to go. I love how they are personal with discussing your car troubles instead of treating you like another number. They actually give you the option to accept or decline services BEFORE actually performing the services; unlike other places where they bully you into paying for the services performed. As a woman you find that mechanic shops try to get over on you but not this place, they respect all customers. In addition, I love the text messaging updates as your car is being serviced; as this doesn’t keep you wondering if they have started working on your car.

Mikey Mug was through, they let me know if my car had other problems and if they were urgent or not. Did a great job repairing, let me know if there was a delay and / or a problems. Price was reasonable. Great peace of mind having the warranty for the work.
