I worked with Sam at this store and I have to tell you he was very professional and helpful. He changed my battery in just minutes. He answered all my questions and gave me professional advise on all my concerns. He was top notch and I will be back when I need any other batteries. My 23 month old 24 month battery went bad and they replaced it, NQA, ($170.00), after a reasonable 24 hour charging period. Nice staff, had just the battery I needed. It was a CR123A, apparently not easy to find that day. But they had them in stock. They dont just carrry car batteries, they a have a large offering for all types of batteries on hand. Remember them the next time you need a battery for your motion sensor on you home alarm system! 👍

Dante on Jones Road in Houston was extremely helpful and quick with no B.S. I had been to another Interstate Battery center in Kenner Louisiana where they seemed like good people, but told me my battery was good to go just so they wouldnt have to replace it. and I must have had an electrical problem. I drove back to Houston with a faulty battery That was under Warranty. Believe me when I say that they have not heard the end of this. Back to Dante. Save your reciept. No record of my buying my battery at the location I bought it from. Costco sells them cheaper, and offers a better warranty.

Great set of guys at the store. They have a cart with all the tools youd need to replace your car battery. It doesnt take long either.Joe the main guy, is very knowledgeable and is adamant in teaching the younger guys there to spread his knowledge. I had a bit of a special situation and Joe helped me find a solution.They have just about everything there. Batteries Ive never seen and more.Friendly, and fair prices for car batteries that can actually be relied on. Screw those Walmart batteries. These are true quality.Thank you Joe and the gang for your help and great service in helping with my battery needs! Hopefully its a few years til I have to come back, but I will surely be a repeat customer.

I didnt get a battery, the battery I needed they didnt have in stock. But the service is always A-1 here. They gave me the battery number and gave me some names of some places I could check. I needed a battery that day (Saturday) the warehouse was closed so he couldnt get me one at the time.

Bought 4 batteries for my scissor lift just a year ago. Somehow it could not hold charge. I came for them to test it. They gave me excuses that it will be 8 dollars each to charge and test it. Needless to said, they really didn’t want to carry it to the back to test it. The workers are all lazy there. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!

Spent extra on the gel battery. Truck pops to life now. Great place. Had the old battery out and the new one in, in under thirty minutes. Warranty too? Great. Nice people. Tip. They have cell phone batteries too.

I loved these batteries until I paid 150.00 for a lemon. Been back twice and they recharged them but will not replace. Left me and my family on the side of the road, hope the replace it this time. Only 6 months old battery.

My familys always gone to interstate for our car batteries, theyre fast, theyre quality, theyre friendly.I recently went in to get myself a new battery and unfortubarely they didnt have it in stock, so they got me a a small discount off and ordered it immediately.A few days later and I called in to see the status on the order. Nick picked up and phone and immediately checked on it for me. I was pretty sad to hear that the battery I had ordered was actually discontinued. Nick, though, is awesome. He got me the next best battery for the same price, and above all, I never spoke to a machine (thank god!).Thanks Nick and Interstate! Youre awesome.

Had the cell phone battery I needed in stock when no one else did. Every employee there is well trained and knowledgeable about their stock. Good quality batteries for the price.

Service is slow especially if your battery is dead they will keep it for days and not call to update even if asked to. And calling corporate office will not help at all either they give the same lame story about the battery needs to be fully charged but it was still damaged regardless no warranty was given dont recommend getting Interstate Batteries

Battery purchased for sc430 (convertible) on june/16Sept/17 convertible starts starting hard & top will not close. Replaced battery with a new one (Walmart) and solved the problem. Went back to interstate to get a replacement for the failing battery. Rep tested and said it passed and he couldnt replace it.Offered to keep and send the battery to testing. Said it wouldnt be picked up from the store for 4 days. Then they would make a decision and I would have to wait longer for battery to get back. Week+ turnaround.All of the brands come from 2-3 manufacturer. You pay extra for the support and warranty. Got neither.
