Struggled today to make a direct purchase. Called 3 times and was told I needed to come in. Unfortunately, no curbside pickup because they won’t allow a purchase over the phone. Came in to get my battery replaced under warranty, the tech tested and printed my battery results showing me that there was nothing wrong with it. He got the battery out of my trunk and placed it back. Very polite and respectful. Highly recommend!

Clint expediously handled a malfunction battery problem i was having with 2 of their vendors; he clearly understood my frustration going back & forth; coordinated the proper spec & got me the correct Interstate Battery that NTB did not resolve once brought to their attention...i am still waiting to see what they intend to do. Bought a battery 12-3-13. Been a year since Ive been to this store. Boy, what a severe downgrade of customer service. Took almost an hour to make my purchase. Thankfully, one of the old school battery guys new his stuff, otherwise I might still be there. Too bad. A year ago I was blown away by the knowledge of the front desk staff and their professionalism. Management changed, or what?
