DO NOT BUY FROM HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SOLD A FAULTY CAR!!!!!!! Less than 2 weeks after purchasing my 2015 Hyundai Sonata the check engine light came on. I brought this to their attention and they had me bring my car back to be “fixed”. Not even a day later the check engine light came On again and now the engine was having trouble starting over. Mind you I was told that the car had no issues I saw the Carfax and they told me there was an inspection and still I had this issue. When I called Carlos the man who sold me a car to ask about the engine issues he said he didn’t know what I was talking about yelled at me and HUNG UP THE PHONE ON ME. Lisa then proceeds to try to justify him hanging up the phone. I called out of genuine concern for my car to see if driving it would do more damage and was treated horribly!! He has terrible customer service skills And refuses to communicate with the customer over valid issues.

Went to look at a vehicle. First, we were given the wrong address. The price we were told was 4K less than actual price when we showed up in person. The listing was not accurate with 20k difference in miles and the vehicle was a gas, not diesel as listed. If they can’t keep their information straight, I wouldn’t trust them to buy a vehicle.

BEWARE RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!I bought a 2016 FORD FUSION OCT 2020 ..The very 1st day the TRANSMISSION STOP WORKING..JR. STATED he would repair it..Eva said the cars have WARRANTY ..WHEN in fact NONE HAVE WARRANTY ..not even the repair Work ...ITS NOW DEC 1 MONTH later and THE TRANSMISSION IS NOT WORKING AGAIN $3000 REPAIR FOR A CAR THAT I PAID $3500 DOWN AND ONLY HAD 1 MONTH..they will fix the car ONLY FOR YOU TO TELL THE FINANCE COMPANY THAT IT WORKS‼‼‼.NO ONE IS TRYING TO RECTIFY THE SITUATION...ALL I GET IS THE RUN AROUND...ALL THE MANAGERS HAVE COVID IS WHAT IM TOLD!!!! THE ONE NICE SALESPERSON EVA IS NO LONGER EMPLOYEED ...SO I GUESS THIS WILL BE A REPO..IM NOT PAYING FOR A CAR THAT DOESNT RUN‼‼‼‼
