Great place to purchase a vehicle. After perusing the website and scheduling an appointment my sales per Joel made contact and we began to communicate via text. Each time I saw a car I was interested in I would text him. Since I live in a different city I scheduled an appointment to view my selection up close and meet Joel. I obtained credit approval from my credit union before going and had my 10% down ready! I chose the free car I test drove and was done and on my way home with my car in less than 2 hours! It was an excellent experience!

.Disappointed after closing the deal two hours later when moving an infiniti Qx60 from Houston to Austin the engine problems began…to be exact sludge in the motor after telling me that it was a car certified by enterprise auto sales and by infiniti USA… when we called Infinity Corp…. oh surprise they tell me that with the vin # this vehicle was not certified by them and all infiniti warranty has been lost and it requires a new engine * it has been a scam to sell a vehicle that has engine problems and they promote that it is a certified used car

To whom it concerns in 2020 I called him just to get information about a car I spoke to a young lady named Jasmine and Donnovan very delightful upbeat motivated to help me find a car then pandemic happened we lost connection 2021 I reached out to Jasmine and Donnovan one more time it was like 6 to 8 months later they still remember me. I never pressured me ignored my calls they tried their best to make sure I was happy and satisfied with the vehicle nowadays you don’t find that kind of motivation or customer service I was very satisfied definitely will work with them on getting a second vehicle for me and my family . I have to say Ive never been so dissatisfied with car rental and service as I was with this location. Unprofessional and the car that I was placed in was disgusting. Awful smell like vinegar everytime I turned on the car the interior was old and stained with sown up seats. I pick up the rental which they had just cleaned. Found a tooth pick on door handle, during pandemic unsanitary. The windshield had smeared stains. Needed windshield wiper fluid and was completely empty.My insurance only covered $25 worth vehicle so I guess thats what I guess for that price. Not worth it.

I bought a car back in 2020 from Enterprice car sales, Six months later I came to find out that it was a flooded car. Ive had the car tested for mold and it came with HIGH levels of black Mold and Fungus. I got a sinus infection due to the black mold. I reached out to them and they agreed to buy the car back from me but when I asked what they were going to do with it they responded sell it in the auction. I would hate for someone to go thru the same that I am currently dealing with..............Update on flooded car I purchased from Enterprise.My last correspondence with enterprise sales was a note that they wanted to work with me in resolving this matter.They sent me an agreements to sign. The agreement said something about the car had NOT been in a flood. I refused to sign the agreement because the car had indeed been flooded in the past. And Noone notify me about that before I purchased the vehicle.Then they agreed to strike out the sentence about flooded car. They had a red line drawn through sentence. I went to paint brush on my computer to see if the red line could be removed. And I got removed it.I admit Im afraid and my trust level is zero right now, I believe they are trying to work with me but cant afford financially for this to come back on me.I will keep yall informed.Thank you for taking the time to read this. I just dont want anyone else to deal with what I am dealing with.

We lost three cars because of Harvey. The guy who works at Enterprise rental told my dad about this place so my dad, mom and I went to look around and what they had. Theyve got pretty nice selection of cars. My mom ended up getting a 2016 Hyundai. The salespeople were very nice (although they should be when youre making a big purchase like that). When its time for me to get my car itll be from them.

The engagement was excellent. Personnel were professional. The vehicles were in top condition. We were interested in specific vehicle brands and models with 20-30K miles on them. There was no hard sales push. The latter was the most important thing for me. I avoid car sales establishments because of the constant hard sell. This was different. I expressed an interest online, was put on to a sales professional (Malcolm Trail). We discussed details and it took six months for me to come to a decision. The gentleman was always patient and understanding. I was clear that I was flip flopping between a new / used purchase. This was accepted and options kept being presented. I eventually settled on a 2019 Explorer Limited with 23K miles. The unit was in good shape. The price was in my range. I financed with Enterprise. Everything was straight forward. Happy to recommend them. Happy to deal with them again. Mr. Trail was excellent.

I was greeted in a very friendly manner when I just got our of my car. My Salesman was Malcolm Trail, a former college Quarterback and Wide Receiver, which made our discussions even better. Yes, we had to talk college ball and we did get down to the car purchase. I had already decided to narrow down my car to one and Malcolm had it ready to test drive. As Enterprise advertises no price haggling and there is no being shuffled from person to person play the car game, I was out in less than one hour driving my vehicle to home. The experience was very pleasant and Malcolm was fun to talk with. He answer every question I had about about the car. He even followed up with a phone call a few days later to see how things were going.This is the 3rd time I have bought a car from Enterprise and will look to do it again for some family members.

Carlos Gonzalez contacted me immediately after I had put my app in for the Hyundai Tucson that I was looking at. He was extremely helpful and made everything so much easier..his manager Cameron was just as nice and helpful..I am not from that area so they stayed open to give me a chance to get there...you dont find great customer service like that anymore!! Some say that buying a car..whether it is used or new...is a hassle but not at Enterprise. I highly recommend going there if you are looking for a used vehicle. They keep the cars in great shape! After the repairs by Enterprise, I was almost satisfied; however, my wife pointed out a few items: She felt the car should have been washed and vacuumed (she found a few pistachio shells next to the drivers seat), and the passenger rear backup light did not work. She will wash and vacuum the car herself when she has time, and I will buy another backup light (I just hope all I have to buy is a bulb and not the tail light assembly). I also read on Car Fax one of the tires was repaired (not replaced) which probably caused the low tire pressure message to be displayed (my mechanic put air in the tires and the warning went away; however, I have a feeling it will return).Other than that, the car (2018 Nissan Versa) runs great and is very comfortable. I am able to enter and exit the vehicle with ease (I have to use a cane to walk). The salesman (Don) was extremely helpful and accommodating regarding my primary concerns. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

I found the vehicle I wanted and was treated well by the salesman. However, when I went to move my belongings from my trade-in to the new vehicle, no one bothered to ask if I needed help. I didnt, but it wouldve been considerate to ask. Also the floor mats were left in the cargo area of the SUV, rather than put in place in the front and back seats.I was given a fair, negotiated price for my trade-in. However the finance mgr, rather than going over the figures with me, printed out the forms completely filled in. I found a mistake in the price I was quoted for my trade-in and had the form corrected and reprinted.I had previously found on a different form, that my trade-in payoff was listed as $50 higher than I had told them, and they had heard when they called my lender. The finance mgr told me that it was a per diem. Having worked in car dealers years ago, I knew he meant that every day the payoff was delayed from the quote given would mean a days worth of interest would be added to the total due. However, my loan was interest free. So that form had to be reprinted as well.If time had been taken to go over the figures with me initially, I wouldnt have left feeling as if they were trying to pull something on me.I have purchased cars at this particular lot 2 or 3 times in the past. The staff now is different, and I will not visit there again.

Experienced the worst service there, after running my credit and charging my card to have vehicle delivered from another state they could not deliver what they promised to have shipped out to houston in 7-10 days . over 2 weeks laters all they had was still nothing but excuses so if you want to avoid a headache dont deal with sales person Malcom And manager Christopher they are full of excuses and give you nothing but run arounds after they have your money .and then they tried to make up for it with a BS gas card .... im so disappointed with Enterprise Car Sales i will never try and do business with them again what a waste of time .

I researched purchasing a used car and came across information on Enterprise Car Sales. I was originally skeptical, but decided that I used Enterprise for all of my car rentals and knew that they kept their cars in good condition, so I visited their sales office.I am not disappointed, the car runs beautifully, is in great condition, and, the price was very practical for my budget. The one thing in choosing them is that their vehicles are primarily the Base models, so you dont get the bells and whistles, but we are using it in the city and have a primary vehicle with too many bells and whistles, so all is well.I would highly recommend checking in with them for any car purchases prior to making a decision, you may be pleasantly surprised.

The Car sales department contacted me and asked me a few questions. I was very impressed on how well the sales associate (Don) chose cars to my liking and flavor. Even after choosing a car, the sales car department worked with me on getting my monthly payments to the amount I desired and made the process much shorter than if I was at a car dealership. This was my first time purchasing a car. Everyone there is amazing! They do everything they can to help you. I went there just to look and get some information, the last thing I expected was to leave the owner of a new car. I didnt have a deep enough credit history or the best credit score. They will definitely work with you. The entire process was relatively quick and easy. They were able to find someone to finance my purchase and I left with a new car.
