Hi my name is Cleo and I was in hurricane Ida evacuate from New Orleans Louisiana. My son likes to play video games and hes only 7 years old. He really loves racing video games and loves Lamborghinis. He had never seen real Lamborghinis before. We evacuated from hurricane Ida to Houston Texas until the hurricane was over. While in Houston we had a chance to go to the Lamborghini dealership, where we met a lady by the name of Phyllis who worked in finance. Miss Phyllis was the nicest lady I have ever met and she showed my little boy the beautiful Lamborghinis inside of the dealership. This was an awesome experience for my little boy and he also had a chance to take home a Lamborghini poster. My little boy stated that he really loved Miss Phyllis for showing him the Lamborghinis and will never forget this experience. Poor customer service after making the purchase.Updated - The customer service was very good at the time of purchase both from Gene the salesman and Joey the finance manager. However, getting either one to call us back after the purchase are impossible. Between my husband and I we called, emailed numerous time. They never return call or email unless you follow up. We purchased our corvette on 4/24. We havent received title paperwork to go do plate for our car. Its a good thing the temporary plate is for two months otherwise we would be in trouble. I was very frustrated with the customer service. I called Joey on 6/9 and asked what happen why we have not receive the title paperwork to do our plate. Joey said he will follow-up with the DMV in the state we live in and get back to me. He will also send me another temporarily plate since this is not going to resolve before our temp plate expire. On 6/15, no call back from him on whats the status on the plate nor have him send us a new temp plate. I call him again and this is what he told me. In the state of Texas, they cant print another temp plate until the current one actually expired ( why he didnt tell me this one I first talked to him?). He also stated that on 6/11, he got a response back from the DMV and that they are working on it. It could take up to 15 days (why he didnt reached out and notify us on the status, since he know that were frustrated?) no ideas!!! His final words were, theres nothing he can do other than just wait.This is by far the worst experience I have in buying a car with the dealership. Considering the amount of money I paid for the car with the dealer. I would think they should at least try to be more helpful.

Called Monday morning about a car I was interested in that I saw on their website. I spoke with Jennifer. We texted pictures back and forth of the new car and my trade in. Monday night, Sean and I finished the details....Wednesday my new car was delivered!! Easy and quick. Love my new Urus!!! It was beautiful when it arrived. I bought it sight unseen, and like I was told...it was in mint condition!! We will definitely do business with them again!

Do not deal with Raj, very slow in reacting and giving you upfront information any a vehicle, left messages with their reception for him but he never calls back, EVER ! then when you email him you will buy to the car to give you call back asap then he sells the car to another person THE NEXT DAY. Stay away from this dealer ship and RAJ all together.

Looked around for about 30 minutes and no one even talked to us... I think they do some serious judgment before they help you. They did have some really nice cars though.

This is the third transaction I have had with Lamborghini Houston. They are a pleasure to deal with. Raj is my sales rep and he is a very nice guy who makes the process easy. I feel the dealership is very fair with their pricing and if they are above market on certain vehicles they will work with the customer In trying to make the deal happen. I’ve traded in two cars as well and they always give me the highest price for the vehicle as well. Joey was my finance rep and he got me a very good interest rate and we finished the paperwork in less than 10 minutes which is unheard of when you buy a car. We just visited Houston for the first time to bring our Lamborghini in for service. Mario took excellent care of us. Everything was easy and smooth from the moment we made the appointment until we picked it up after the service was completed. He even went above and beyond when we told him it was our first time in Houston, he printed out restaurant recommendations and shared with us the best places to stay and shop. We will be back!

Overall this is a nice dealership and they try their best to cater to the customers. They just relax election I wish they had more Lamborghinis for sale. It seems they are trying to sell every luxury car there are more Rolls-Royce and Bentleys for sale here than actual Lamborghinis.

Saturday was my first visit to Lamborghini Houston where I met Justin. I was there to look at an Aston Martin. Justin was the easiest going sales person I have met at any high-end dealership. We spoke about the car and then took it out for a test drive. There was no sales push, no pressure, just two guys talking about a car.We then sat down and discussed prices/value. He spun his screen around (so I could see) and did a search for DB11 across the US so we could compare his price to others. He was priced very competitively. We did the same for my Bentley and had agreed on a reasonable price.He spoke to his manager and came back with a better price than expected. The deal was done in 15 minutes.I liked the sales transparency and the process he adopted. We then sat down with the Finance Manager and this is where the hard sale for after market services, dealers fees, chip guard and all the usual nonsense that adds up. With Joseph Kinsley, it was, here is the price, here is the trade and taxes. Did I want an extended warranty....and within 15 minutes I am out the door.As I left Justin said, you are now part of the Indigo family call me anytime. They have won my business and all future cars I buy. Great job guys. I am thrilled with my car and the sales experience.

I bought a 2019 Huracan from them it was the first used car I have ever bought. I live in Oklahoma City drove down there to make sure the car is what I want. This car was as good as new for a really great price. They even shipped it to my house. Highly recommended. Hope to do more business down the road with them. My sale person was Nina she was awesome . I recently took my Huracan for its annual checkup. The staff at the Lamborghini of Houston were super professional. Always friendly. Mario took care of me and the driver Craig was very professional. My experience at that dealership has always been great. I cant say the same about the Ferrari dealership.

Beautiful cars and sales staff is responsive when they sell you the car. After the sale the service went down hill. No one walked me through my new Lamborghini. No one called when my plates arrived. I receive better service after purchase from a Toyota dealership. Very disappointing when acquiring a $250000 vehicle.

I bought a Mercedes E-350 here from Justin Brennen this summer and had an excellent experience. I flew down from Wichita KS to drive the car home and had a great day seeing some wonderful cars and meeting numerous staff. Buying a Lamborghini Garry Greenhalgh at Houston Lamborghini is a 6-star experience. Garry is a true car guy who cares deeply about creating an amazing experience from start to finish. He is a 7/23 guy who thoughtfully attends to every detail. Above and beyond? He took care designing and contracting out pinstriping to help make the car getting nothing but OMG reactions from people who see the car. He is a true professional in every sense of the word.

While I may not be a typical customer for Houston Lamborghini, I received excellent customer service. My purchase was for a used Porsche that I found online. After talking with Aaron Ogden through emails and over the phone, we agreed on a price (probably the least expensive car at the dealership) and closed the deal. Since I am located in Arizona, I had to have the car shipped. I arranged shipping and Aaron handled the loading and paper work from his end. Everything went smoothly and I am very happy with my purchase.

Just went there, very interested in Huracan and the receptionist said I could not even sit in one to see if I fit in it. Did not get a sales associate. Maybe if she concentrated on answering the phone they would sell more cars, well Dallas Lamborghini here I come.

Using the online configuration, I built my Lamborghini Performante Spyder and worked with Raj (and Aaron) on the transaction. Raj answered every question and addressed every concern during the process. After months of waiting anxiously, I picked up my car today and absolutely love it. Raj greeted me warmly, unveiled my car (literally), patiently went over every detail on my car and shared in my enthusiasm. Bill, the General Manager, made closing the transaction very smooth and I left with a great car buying experience and one gorgeous new Lamborghini. I highly recommend Lamborghini of Houston.

Don’t ever trust them because they wanted to sell me the Urus at the regular price then decided to increase the price over sticker 20k after they made me sell my own vehicle . I would never go back to them and never recommend them to anyone . If I could put 0 stars I would !

Leesa is also a pleasure to work with she goes above and beyond for clients. This is one of my favorite dealerships they treat you like family not just another customer. After reading all of these reviews I have realized that all of the complaints are by people or children who cant afford to purchase any of these vehicles. As someone who can I will say that I received amazing service from this dealership. They had the car I wanted and were able to negotiate the price where we both saw was fair. The car was fully detailed and ready to go when I was told it would be. Great experience. If you cant afford to buy one dont go in and get your feelings hurt when they decide to not take you seriously.

Excellent communication. Vastly knowledgeable about the cars. Listened to my wants. When you drop 160k on a car, you want to feel important. I flew down and was treated like a king by Justin, Pablo and Aaron. Nina doing the paperwork was just a joy to talk with. Went to look for a new Lamborghini, salesman acted like I wasn’t worth his time because I wanted to look at everything, we ended up walking away. I don’t dress fancy so I guess he wasn’t impressed enough by me. I’ve bought from multiple Lamborghini dealers and have never had a problem before.Buy elsewhere and have it shipped in is my recommendation.

I recently took delivery of a beautiful green 2018 Huracàn Performante purchased from Lamborghini Houston. Being a cash buyer I thought they would treat me with some respect but its the exact opposite. This dealership, the employees and the boss dont give a flying you know what about their customers. If you do decide to purchase a car from here, be sure to review your paperwork very carefully as they might add some charges on accident. Be sure to get anything documented that they owe you because they will say it never existed!!
