Great selection but hit and miss on customer service. Today I spent $400 on cigars and was made to feel like Im inconveniencing employees asking for help finding things...they were more interested in sitting around and smoking cigars. Ill save money/time and buy online.

Went in to have a cigar and a drink on Saturday night. They close at 10pm, it was 915pm we were greeted with the following statement being yelled at us from across the room, DONT GET COMFORTABLE, IM CLOSING IN 15 MINUTES. I will still get cigars from this place because everyone on that side of the place was great and the selection is phenomenal but I wont be back for a drink if the bartender has no sense of customer service. This place could be something huge, the potential is there, the service, at least on the bar side, is not.

Enjoyed my experience! Knowledgeable friendly staff and wide selection of cigars. They also just completed renovations, they have a new full bar and renovated lounge!

I had a very horrible experience here at this store after one of the employees behind the register went off on me for not wearing a mask as I entered the store. The entire lobby area had no mask on conversated and laughed out loud as they smoked. There are certain ways you should communicate with your customers and the way she approached me was unnecessary.

I went into this, my first cigar shop, with six of my co-workers who are serious cigar aficionados. They said this was one of the best theyd ever seen. Unbelievable selection. Fantastic prices. Amazing service.

Visiting from Miami looked up this place for a smoke and a drink and nothing negative to say the place is amazing a great cigar selection including drinks and the staff very friendly. Definitely give this place 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wish I had this store back home! They have a wrap around humidor w/ an unbelievable selection thats like nothing Ive ever seen. The staff was very friendly & knowledgeable. I only had an idea of what I was looking for but they knew exactly what I needed. And to top it off, they gave me a travel case in light of me having a 5 hour trip home! I will definitely visit this store the next time Im in town!

My dear friend recommended I check out Casa de Montecristo on FM1960 because I wanted to get a humidor and cigars for my husband. I am clueless about cigars so Willis Cobb was a godsend! Not only is he knowledeable about every type of cigar in the place(and it seemed like there were hundreds to choose from), he was kind and patient and helped me narrow down my choices to pick out the perfect birthday gift! Thank you Willis, well be back!!!!!
