Flying out of IAH stopped in here for a coffee. Stood there for a couple moments, I finally tried to get their attention. One lady noticed and yelled at the other girl behind the counter. She looked up from her phone, rolled her eyes and went back to her phone. I felt like I was in the twilight zone, did they not want to sell anything? I would agree with a previous comment that it seemed like they were trained in rudeness. Why are these people working? Maybe a millennial thing? Think this is my first negative review ever.
This location is fairly pricey, however their products are definitely higher end than most places nearby. I didnt have any problems checking out. The staff seemed friendly, but it is an airport. Things will cost more.
The staff seem to absolutely hate their life. Very disgruntled and crass. Maybe they need a break, some customer service classes or a balloon to raise their spirits.
A standard airport snack bar. Get your magazine, paper, snack, drink and more. Its a standard quick in and quick out. These are located in many locations throughout the terminals.
Absolutely worthless customer service. Cant be bothered to help customers with self checkout terminal that was not working correctly. They dont have to care because they have a monopoly on your business.
AWFUL AWFUL WORST WORST....STAY AWAY .Barista is in the bathroom 70% of the time you go there so the great esspresso is irrelevant...(nice machine....just no one to make coffee) and the employees seem to be actually trained in rudeness. There must be some leadership issue to have that level of rudeness and unacountiblity. I am a bestselling author and have spoken at conventions for the last 23 years and understand leadership and employee engagement issues at a high level. This poison enviroment is the problem. You see the other bad reviews mention bad quality food and high prices...but you would reduce complaints by 90% simply by having a friendly staff and that big beautiful esspresso machine actually making coffee. Its so bad that i use it as examples in articles and speeches and my next book (McGraw Hill, out next year).
Worst experience at any airport till now. Just wanted to buy a bottle of water and asked for a printed receipt. The lady started showing attitude, saying I have to complete the transaction and enter my email. I wanted to cancel but she wont let me. Adked her to call somebody for help; she just turned around and walked away.Piece of s***
I bought a prosciutto, fresh mozzarella and pesto sandwich for $11. The prosciutto was so hard that I had to trash the entire thing after 2 bites. Highly disappointed.
Barista always on break and apathetic workers with ghetto service that belongs in the DMV downtown
Bad service all the food was disgusting I wasted money on stuff that was not worth it I would starve then eat food from there
Worst sandwich ever, I will prefer stay hungry than eat here again.
I bought a bottle of water and many other stuff, but the cashier wouldn’t give me a cup to split my water between me and my sick kids. She offered to sell me a plastic cup. Awful! 12/31/17 9 am
No pricing. Outrageously expensive
Cheating you on prices, telling you they are not up to date because changing too often... Avoid them...
Bought two yogurts. Both rancid. Made me sick. Staff refused to return my money.
Unnecessarily overpriced
