Easy to work with, would recommend. With covid you have to call for pickups so be sure to arrange that first. Have purchased multiple mattresses from here.

They distribute the mattresses to where we bought our mattress. Their mattresses do not hold up for the long term. We also talked to Mark who said that he would help out in getting our mattress replaced since the employees there were incompetent and did not put our warranty in correctly when they upgraded us since our original mattress did not hold up at all. We were told we had a five year warranty and then when we tried to get it replaced there was a problem. Mark is the district manager for this company and we were told that all we had to do was go up to the store that we bought it at and they would replace it. We get up there and the people there acted like they never heard anything and told us Mark was hard to get in touch with. We tried to call Mark and no answer. We wasted a trip up there. Then we called the company again this morning and when they got back in touch with us they told us they couldnt help us.

Unloaded in 1.5 hours but the guy was just going on lunch when I came so I guess one hour. The dock is on the side of the building. Little awkward to back in. You have to drive past and do a little u turn and then back in. Road isnt that busy.

Mark told me he would make it right. had me drive all the way to the store and then dont do anything

People not real friandly

Dont ever buy a mattress manufactured by Golden Mattress! I purchased a king sized Golden mattress, and a majority of the springs collapsed within a year. I also realized that they removed the tags from the mattress, so I was unable to pursue warranty through them (I didnt have the receipt, and I paid cash for the mattress). Ive since upgraded to a memory foam mattress by Natures Sleep. I will never do business with Golden Mattress, and I will continue to warn every single person I can for the rest of my life!

My family has had a furniture store in Conroe for over 16 year and has been doing business with Golden Mattress for the entire time. If you want to support the local economy make sure to buy from local manufactures like Golden. The owner and manager are such nice people and always honor their manufacture warranty. They make great quality products and if there is ever a issue with a customer they are always happy to do whatever it takes to keep our customers happy and make sure they have honored their warranty. The bad reviews on here seem like they should have talked to the furniture store where they sold them the mattress because that is not how Golden does business.

I purchased a queen Mattress from Affordable Furniture in Charlotte NC. After 3 months felt it sagging in the middle on the left. Called the store they called their so called rep from Golden of course he claimed the mattress does not have 2 inches of sag and its not a manufacturing defect. Worst company, the secretary lady never helps, i do have account but she is not selling. She says she can not find mu account so she will send the sales rep. This is ridiculous
