I would definitely recommend this mattress firm the sales men here are very knowledgeable about the mattresses. They are not just out to make a buck they really try to help you make the best buying choice. My wife and I got such great service from John that we went back again to buy another mattress set.

I hardly ever leave reviews but wanted to share that I have always been so pleased with the customer service at this location. Today was my latest excellent experience. You see, I have an older bed frame passed down from my grandparents, and the frame is unstable and therefore no longer supports slats. When shopping around at furniture stores, no one had a solution. When I walked into this location, within five minutes Store Manager John McCarty was able to help. I have to say he is also incredibly knowledgeable about not only the products at this location but mattresses and bed frames in general. You can tell he truly believes in what he does for a living, and that’s why I decided to make my purchase today at this location.

I visited this location a few days ago to get a new mattress. Jonathan was excellent with customer service and he made sure we were taken care of. I received my new mattress 2 days later and the delivery staff were also very professional and they even took my old mattress out of my hands which was very convenient. Overall great experience!
