If I couid rate ZERO STARS I would! This place is a joke. I never get my supplies on time & no one ever calls back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN. ๐
I suggest hiring people with better people skills. Your representatives are not kind or patient.The customer service is VERY poor.
5 months after using C pap, very rude and argumentative woman from Lincare called and said I had not used equipment in 144 days. I told her this is not true. Her reply was donโt shoot the messenger. She went on to say they would be picking up equipment. She over talked me when I tried to ask any questions. I called back weeks later to get some answers after I got a print out from my Doctors office showing I was in compliance. This same very rude woman over talking me said Well I donโt know we have been short handed because of the pandemic. But we will be picking up our equipment. I wish I had never heard of Lincare. They give you the old dates equipment first until you complain about it. Then after weeks and hell with the old stuff they come around and give you something you can benefit from. Horrible experience. No one should be disrespected and taken advantaged of the way Lincare does.
My husband was discharged from the hospital with orders of o2. The hospital chose Lincare . I received a call from someone immediately asking for a credit card before she even said who she was and where she was calling from. After I asked who she was, she then stated Lincare. I asked her if Lincare was in or out of network with my insurance. She did not know what to say other than I need your credit card information. I refused to give it as she had no idea of the insurance benefit information. I called my insurance and stayed on hold as they reached out to Lincare. My insurance apologized for the long wait time and said it took that long just to get a hold of someone with Lincare. My husband did not get o2 until the next day and that was with me giving credit card information and acting up just to get o2 delivered. My husband used o2 for 2 days and we have called everyday letting them know o2 is not being used and to pick it up. I WAS TOLD THAT DUE TO COVID, THEY ARE BOMBARDED WITH PATIENTS AND THE NEED OF O2. SO, IM LIKE--- IF YOU ARE IN HIGH DEMAND OF O2 AND YOU HAVE SOMEONE CALLING YOU TELLING YOU THEY HAVE 3 FULL, UNUSED TANKS AS WELL AS A CONCENTRATOR, AND A 4TH TANK WITH O2 THAT WAS USED SLIGHTLY, WHY ARE YOU NOT PICKING UP THE SO CALLED HIGH DEMAND DME-O2? After calling numerous times to no avail, I canceled the credit card that was given to Lincare as it is obvious that they want to charge for unnecessary bogus charges. They were willing to speak to me for credit card information but refused to speak with me when I did all the follow up calls to pick up the o2. It is UNBELIEVABLE THAT THEY USE COVID AS AN EXCUSE FOR NOT PICKING UP THEIR EQUIPMENT BUT THIS IS THE EQUIPMENT THAT A COVID PATIENT WOULD NEED! I have taken pictures of all unused o2 tanks and made sure my credit card was canceled. Guess what, bet theyre going to want to talk to me when it comes time to get paid. RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE. If you have a loved one in need of o2, please reach out to the case manager or referral coordinator and ask for the DME/O2 order be redirected to a different provider other than Lincare.
This company is all about the update after the fact. They will charge your card for anything they can. Call you for resupply if you need it or not. I have told them to stop charging my card. They never listen. Now they are charging my health insurance for equipment I never received. How much equipment can one person use in four months. I wish I could do this all over again. Total night mare dealing with this company. Save all email. Dont do nothing over the phone. They just lie about.
This by far has been the worst company I have ever tried to do business with. I placed an order on 01/21/2021 and currently as of 04/07/2021, I STILL have not received my order. Once, I called the insurance company reach out to them they even gave her the run around to where she suggested new companies. This new company is having my order delivered today 04/07/2021 and it was placed on 04/05/2021. What a waste of time and correspondence. If you have time to waste by all means use them.Customer service was awful and billing of course had their issues.CHOOSE ANOTHER COMPANY!!!
Worst company ever. My father is 92 yrs old his machine has not been working for 2 weeks. I have been calling them everyday all I get is answering service and no has bothered with calling back. Im in the proces sof being interviewed in by KPRC news to report this company, if anyone else feels affected as we are by there lack of service please let me know so I can have them reach out to you aswell. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE ACTING PREDATORY AGAINST ELDERLY AND PEOPLE WITH MEDICAL NEEDS.
We used the oxygen for 2 days, following my hubbys hospitalization with Covid-19. In July. We called when he no longer needed them, about 1-2 weeks. They said that they would come by and get it. Well, they finally did--TODAY. ONLY 4 months late!The kicker? Theyve tried to bill our insurance company for use of it!! Its a total nightmare dealing with this company. Find help elsewhere! If you have no other option for oxygen, other than Lincare, save all correspondence with them, receipts, and emails. Call twice daily for pickup of tanks!!Good luck. God bless those fighting Covid, and their caregivers.
Nothing but great things to say about this Company. The Sales Rep Steven and his inside office are great and they always make sure their patients are taken care of. Patient care is their number one priority!!
Extremely unhappy with how my account is being handled. I was called Friday, July 3rd while I was in physical therapy and left a voicemail from Lincare asking if I was ready to place my monthly resupply order. Which I did return as soon as my physical therapy session was done for the day. When I called back I was told that the office is closed and they cant do anything until Sunday. I expressed my frustration as I only have enough supplies to last me until Monday July 6th. I was then told to call back today, Sunday July 5th to get an emergency supply sent out. So I called and was told yet again that the office was closed and would not be reopening until Monday at 9am. So I explained to her how I had called Friday returning a voicemail from them, to being told to call back today so Im not left without my medical equipment. She said that all she could offer me was to call on Monday and that I would need to be home to sign for the packages which also means I need to cancel my physical therapy and my neurologist visit for Monday so I can sit around the house for someone to show up.And unfortunately due to my insurance, I can only use Coram or Lincare. I with NEVER go back to Coram after how they not only talked down to and treated me horribly, but they were extremely out of line with my ordering physician and his dietitian to the point that they no longer use Coram for any of their DME supplies for their patient needs anymore.
I have never had a problem with Lincare they have help me several times best oxygen company out there .
I have tried for three months to get my oxygen delivered with no success. I also went through them to find an agency to provide my power chair That was a 6 month nightmare. I had to get medicare involved. After I could change agencys my chair has run perfect with no problems. Lincare is not dependable or professional. I cant even give them one star but they would not let me post this without giving at least one star.....honestly.
The billing department is awful!!Every month I get a invoice and past due letterstating Iโm $$$ behind (when I know Iโm paid up) then I call and am told to disregard my account is up to date. Doesnโt appear they know what they are doing.
This place is a joke my mother is on her death bed. Cant get any one to help me and they will not call you back. I promise you if you need some to do business right I would call someone else.
I have been dealing with Lincare local office in Houston. The sales people are very unprofessional and will not return your calls. Mike and Victor need to go to either improve on their customer service or find another job. the only person who is always willing to help is the receptionist at the front desk, maybe Lincare need to promote her and put the other two jokers in the warehouse away from the customers.
Been waiting for a wheelchair over a month ago.i kept calling e very week to check on the status and i was told im going to send a message to tamika, victor, management a MONTH later im still waiting. i spoke with curby she said idk if they can expedite it idk this idk that so unprofessional she said is not her job she can only send a message but its been a MONTH waiting for a wheelchair dont waste your time with this place
This company knows that people needing oxygen are dependent on them. Most of the employees care only about thier jobs not the customers. You see our lives, my life matters. I do not appreciate being treated with lies I have now been waiting for 3 days on a delivery. My time matters, my family lives matter. We sit and wait for a truck that never comes. I have been nothing but professional with you as has my insuranse assitant Tina. I pray KARMA touches those responsible and you know who you are.

This location is horrible. Trying to reach someone in the office is like pulling teeth. Impossible. They donโt care about the patients that are needing oxygen.
It takes 3 weeks to pick up equipment
