I would like to thank the employees of Red Oak Medical for their compassion, understanding and ability to meet my needs. Their sensitivity to handicap persons was evident throughout the entire purchasing process. We purchased a lift chair from them and Brittany made this a painless process. It is nice to know that there is an establishment working to meet our needs. I believe that this business is one of the best in the area in meeting medical needs.

Weve shopped here for small goods for 15+ years, and just made our first major purchase, a hospital bed. Forget Amazon, this store is a treasure trove for all abilities, disabilities, ages. Among the treasures---the kind and knowledgeable sales staff and home-equipment techs. Also Red Oaks in-house labor warranties on large equipment. Youll go in for stuff for Mom and come out with something for yourself, too.

I love this place! They had such a selection of scrub sets! This was the only place that carried the brand I was looking for. While I called, they reserved everything in my size they had. That really saved me time when I showed up. I bought four sets and five masks and received 10% off!They’ll even give you a sweet deal on CPAP machines. This place is huge and has a wide selection of wheelchairs. The staff was really nice and helped me select the best wheelchair within my budget. It was hard for me to find a place that would fix equipment. But they do! They also fixed my moms old scooter that was not working. We saved a lot of money that way.

This place has everything!!! The staff is super friendly and helpful and walk up to you when you walk into the store! They are very knowledgeable about all of their products. They help you take things to your car, and you can custom order things they dont have in the store! Their website has a 10% coupon on it too!! 10/10 recommend!

They let me test out a lift chair rental in store before I committed to a one week rental.Delivery and pickup was prompt.The only con is the business hours. Not very flexible for people who work 8-5, but thats okay. The chair was comfortable enough and served its purpose with no issues. The staff I dealt with were very friendly.

Absolutely a delight to deal with. They had exactly what I wanted in stock at a great price. Everywhere else I called wanted to charge ten times mire for what I got. Love these people. Great people. Love their products. They carry really affordable Cpap’s and masks and cpap cleaners. My doctor ordered a unit from a different company but I was paying cash so Rizwan showed me the 3bProducts Luna II CPAP. It had all the features the more expensive units have so I was very pleased. All the features at more than a hundred dollars less. He has every kind of brace, wheelchair, walker or anything else you might need to make your recovery faster and more pleasant.
