Cant say enough about these guys. This was our first time needing things like this, and the other places that had been recommended to us by the skilled nursing facility just gave me a bad feeling--wanting to charge extra fees for things that didnt make sense, etc. The woman I spoke to here helped me get the walker and equipment my mom needed the day she was being discharged, and they waited for me to get there and had everything ready and waiting for us--late in the day. The man--Im sorry I dont remember names--carried things out to the car for me, and they explained how to put things together, how Medicare worked, what to expect, and more. In less time than they warned us about, we received a reimbursement check from them for our out-of-pocket expenses, exactly as they had promised. Couldnt have been nicer in what was, for us, a bad time. Thank you!

Such an easy and pleasant experience here! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Most of my necessities were ready in-house and the few items I needed were super specific and they were able to order and deliver SO quickly. I was shocked! Such a positive experience when dealing with some unpleasant hardships. Highly, highly recommend!!!

My mom needed a wheelchair ASAP as she was being discharged from the hospital, the company the hospital referred us to was anything but helpful. I called Medicare to see if there were any other options, they looked up companies by our zip code and gave us the number for Community Medical Supply. When I called them the staff was very helpful and courteous. They brought the wheelchair out soon after, they did all the work including getting all the required documents from my moms physician.Great company, highly suggested! I also purchased a hospital bed from them last week at half the price of everyone else, since it would take nearly a month to get it delivered by a Medicare provider!

We needed medical beds, walkers, & wheelchairs for my aunt and uncle. The staff at Community Medical Supply were beyond nice and attentive. Helped us out with the paperwork and dealing with insurance company. They made us feel like family and we felt very comfortable with them from the start. Googled medical supply stores near my work and stumbled upon this company. My grandparents are always in need of adult diapers and I also needed a wheelchair for my grandmother. Medicare denied to pay for the supplies needed for them so I called and asked for a quote. After researching online at other vendors, Community Medical Supply was the best option for me considering I will be paying for these expenses out of pocket. Location is great since its 2 minutes away from my work. Great costumer service and very reasonable in pricing for their products. This is a 1 stop shop!

Well my mom has been in a power chair for many years. When it became time to get a new power chair. We chose this place because their close to home. They did the ppwk and mom got her new chair. Now we are trying to get the chair repaired. First time the buttons came off (power,speed up,slow down buttons) So the joystick module was replaced they said. Second time with in a weeks time the buttons are still there, but the chair has an error with the module. A yellow flashing light+beeping sound and the chair will not move an inch. So CMS are coming by to pick up moms chair again. 8/10/15 Last chance guys next call is to file a complaint with medicare against CMS Inc. Ill update when resolved one way or the other.
