WOW! WOW!These guys were THE most professions and helpful people I’ve encountered in a long time. So much so I had to leave a review. Cliche here “I don’t normally leave reviews” is what I usually say.They were accommodating, respectful, but overall took the time to help me with my shipping needs that would deliver my package the fastest and most economically as well. Had recently lost my father overseas and the government urgently needed the family to complete an affidavit for legal purposes. My own bank (Chase) acted like it was too much hassle and only had one employee who could help me and wouldn’t step away for two minutes so I can get the documentation to the consulate. I begged them but they wouldn’t budge and the customers in their cubicle acted like they didn’t hear me…so I needed somewhere close that can perform the notary services. We Googled and found A&M Postal center and we’re so happy we did. The family run business was so friendly and when they found out the affidavit was regarding my father’s recent passing, the young man offered the service for free. Are you kidding me? What a kind and generous gesture in a difficult time; his kindness was so refreshing. We said to please charge us AND we wanted to buy more things in their shop to help support a local business. Times are tough and every penny & nickel counts, but Maz and his family showed compassion and were professional and efficient while taking care of this service for my family. We bought some greeting cards, a big roll of postal stamps and a keyboard air in a can to spend more money. They are great folks and if you need postal services and related items, I 100% recommended them. God Bless you guys and thank you for operating such a wonderful local business.

Been going here for years and would go no place else! I ship a lot ---- both domestic and international. They always provide several options which vary in price basis distance and speed of delivery required. On one occasion, the shipper (Fed Ex ) damaged my shipment in transit. A&M handled claim process and I was totally reimbursed quickly. Headed to A&M Postal for the first of my holiday shipping today!

Ive been using A&M Postal for many years to send packages out (within the U.S. and International) and have always been VERY happy with the care and service Ive received. Its hard to find good customer service, anywhere, these days and A&M Postal provides GREAT customer service!

The only reason I gave a star is for the proximity this place had for us to drop off ups/fedex boxes but the lady working there is extremely grumpy and rude. They charge for even dropping off prepaid boxes, tape. I think if they could, they would charge you for stepping foot inside their store. It wouldnt have bothered much if the service was pleasant and respectful but the lady will belittle you and speak rudely. My entire family used to go there but now we drive a bit more distance but for better service and respect.

I have been using this family-owned business for over 10 years when my son was deployed for duty overseas numerous times. He always received his packages in a short amount of time so I have continued to do all of my business with Nadra and her son. She is very friendly and just a great person and her son is as well. My son is still serving overseas and still gets his mail on time.I do not mind paying a little extra for the personal service and short wait time (if any). Plus I like the fact that I am supporting a local business.Thanks, Nadra!!

The lady in there is the rudest person I have ever met in my life. I have spent a lot of money there and the one time I had a pre created shipping label she got so mad at me she was hunched over waving papers in my face telling me I need to go to the post office. Well dont advertise no long lines at the post office in your window! my husband went up there as well and she was equally rude to him too, telling him he should only come once a week a no more. Absolutely the worst customer service I have seen... have you forgot all the times Ive bought stamps or overnights packages for 80$ a piece!?? Im disgusted and will never be returning.

Went to take a pre-labeled package in for UPS pickup and this was my 2nd time doing so. The first time, the guy behind the counter sold me a box because my box wasnt secure enough and tape everything up for me. Second time I went, I already had the box and the label and when the lady behind the counter saw that, she charged me a dollar just to tape up the box! then didnt give me a receipt and just put the dollar in the register. Customer service sucks now

I give it one star just because its clean I found the older lady that works there to be very nosey suspicious on everything and everyone the young guy I think you might be her son he seems okay just sticks to his business and thats it whats a womans very nosey very creepy she should stick to just basic business in the back so many nosy questions will never go there again
