I was in and out.. The young lady that was there was very friendly and very helpful. She even hooked up the trailer to my truck.. It was pretty much white glove service! I will definitely come back!

When I arrived at this location the customer service/employee was so rude. They gave me no instructions on how to manage the truck and failed to include necessities that were needed and when I called customer service they were already closed so there was absolutely nothing I could do about the truck! They did compensate me a little but well being that I was under 20 miles total Because it took more time and gas to go to the location and back for pick up and drop off so the compensation was no charge for really no gas that was used but nowhere near the hassle that I had to go through to have people pick up washers and dryers refrigerators because there was no ramp on this particular truck, which they never fully explained all the details of it when I spoke to customer service they really were of no help.
Customer service was the worse. Rep had her headphones throughout the time I was there. Yet she was so rude and honestly I felt like she hates her job that she provides that awful service. She didn’t help me at all after I told her that I had made my reservation on the app and after I told her that she walked away and went outside. Keep in mind this was my first time in there and first time doing the reservation on the app so after I asked her about something she literally ignored me. I won’t be coming back again.

Amanda was very helpful and patient! There were a line of people at 8am as soon as they opened but both employees on duty were calm and friendly.Amanda helped us put our tow trailer on our rental truck, only to realize halfway thru, we didn’t need the trailer until after we loaded our things to move. Because it would be too complicated to drive it all over with the trailer attached. Blah blah.She was so understanding and very professional

We went to this U-Haul right after they first opened and again, about a year later. Both interactions were friendly, professional, and quick. Staff hustles to get you in and out but you dont feel rushed. From the time you walk in until you return your truck, you feel like theyre glad to have your business. Where it seems like some businesses take you for granted as a customer, this Uhaul place is not one. Keep up the good work!

This location is easy to find and pull into. The staff was so friendly and absolutely amazing. I would definitely recommend renting or returning a uhaul here.

This has been the worst uhaul experience ever. Incredibly unprofessional. The girl working the counter is rude in person and on voicemail. I will not step foot in that location again. They should be removed from being a uhaul location as they will tarnish the name.
Three major issues with my transaction:First, my initial reservation was made at the location at Midtown. However, they neglected to have the truck transferred to their location. Their representative was very helpful and arranged a second reservation on the fly at their Canada Dry location, and opened the store early to assist. However, I ended up having to spend an extra $20.00 on an Uber to travel from Midtown to Canada Dry, and lost around an hour of time on laborers who had arrived at the job ready to load the truck.Second, their mobile pickup application doesnt mention anywhere that I should refill the gas tank. Upon return, Im informed theyll add a refueling fee and fuel fee totaling around $40.00. I drove approximately 20 miles and used less than 1/8th of the tank. This was a complete surprise, and is, frankly, ridiculous.Third, when I called Customer Service (a second time at this point given earlier issues) in hopes of them making things right given their numerous mistakes, Im told Ill receive a call from the Manager of their Canada Dry location within three business days. Its now been 13 business days without any call, and Im now on a long hold with Customer Service. EDIT: Spoiler: They didnt make things right. All the more reason not to use U-Haul.I wouldnt recommend that anybody use U-Haul. Try their competitors. I ended up paying $40 more on the transaction, $20 more on an Uber, and paid two laborers $30 extra for no work due to time lost. Thats essentially double the original cost.
Ok im sorry for my spelling but it was my first time renting a trailer they help me put good answer all my dumb question but i was so surprised in how nice an professional are im coming to this spot agin i have a uhaul place like next block i dont go there rude this people in there if they look bored dont get mad they work more than you think thanks again
I’m so disappointed. We have been waiting for over 1 hour as this location is set to open at 8am and it is now 9:10. We called customer service and we were told someone should be there soon. So we waited. We called again at 9-am and we have been on hold for 15 minutes waiting to speak with someone to find a different location to pick up a truck. We made these reservations over 1 month ago. It’s frustrating.
Terrible, make sure you take pictures of any vehicles you rent from here. The parking lot is so terrible it messed up a tire on my honda. On top of that the truck was impeccably dirty. It reeked of must and it was super dirty.

I rent from other uhaul dealers all over America since I was 25 Im 40 now this is the worst experience I ever had at uhaul. Why not 1 reason but 25-30. if youre employee mr Marcus jones doesnt know a thing about his jobYou cant say youve been rob ever day 3-5 times a day to a loyal customer and try to blame me. First time here bro and last. And then he said theres always drugs & needles in the trucks & trailers thats uncalled for I dont want to hear that.not me mr jones look at my file. Then they was eating lunch at 1:30 and being lazy he tried to lie me i made the the reservation at 3 p.m.. when I know i made it at 1 p.m. he is a liar. And they try to use my bank card 5 times when it was supposed to be done the other day cuz one day late that doesnt mean you two going over charge my card 5 times I hope you get fired you need to find another job that you can take care of yourself and the other girl shes new I can see that she didnt know what she can do their machines did not work for the credit cards and the other lady had a beard and a mustache youre a lady not a man please yall need Jesus
