The store owner is the laziest and most unprofessional person I have ever met, zero customer service, he barely finds your packages, or gives you somebody elses packages, or loses your packages, then he shouts and swears that they were not delivered even when they are signed by him; days or weeks later they mysteriously appear.If you confront him, he looses control and starts shouting and waving his hands. He doesnt respect the business hours so it is a gamble to know if theyre open or not.I have been a customer for about 18 months and I still do not have the key to the box where they deliver my letters.Sometimes he will give you open packages stating that this is how they arrived, if you remind him that tampering with mail is a federal offense, he goes berserk. I dont recommend this place, stay away if you value your sanity and time.
We were waiting for notary in the line and owner cut the line with out informing to us by giving importance to the person who just entered the store. When we asked he said notary is not his priority in a rude manner. If notary is not his priority then better not to provide notary at his store. I dont recommend this store as I had very bad experience here. Owner doesnt give importance to ethics, discipline and respect to the people.
This store is maintained by a gentleman who is unprofessional and poor in communication. There are UPS and Fedex stores very nearby and it is highly recommended to better go there and not utilize this place. I ended up wasting time because I dropped my package here.
Excellent service. So nice and friendly. Will call if you have an important package and they have your information. They are the best!
Talk to Ken! He helped me out with my mailbox and was happy to help even after calling him 50 times. They may not be perfect but people like Ken do make this place better. Thank you Ken!
We have been using their services for at least six years and all I can say is the service is excellent. They have gone out of the way to help us out, personally delivering mail to our hotel if we are only passing through Houston for a short while. Nothing but the highest praise.
I come here every day and the owner is very nice and humble. He helps you out in any situation you are in for shipping. Very good service and i would pay this person my self to not sell this location.
Demeaning to clients, takes advantage of women -- made me pay extra $5 to pick up package after telling my husband they didnt charge and then when they realized we had several more on the way decide to change their policy which didnt exist and demand more than we paid for shipping. they stole our packages and refuse to let them go unless we pay unreasonable amounts. know what to expect if you go here.
THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE and will steal your money.I mailed 4 priority packages and they charged me $40.40; when I asked why it was so much the guy said (from what I could understand) that the prices went up. Naively I just accepted this since I was in a rush. When I realized my mistake - it should have been $5.75 per envelope - I went back and complained. The guy at the counter told me as a franchisee they charge a surcharge. Almost 100% markup is absolutely absurd.Just go to a post office or a UPS/FedEx store and dont give these clowns your money.
Always helpful and never a line.
