I have been to several UHAUL Facilities in different states, But this store looked different. the placements of their items themselves were appealing. Troy the guy who helped me get the wiring done was exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful. It was not an easy task. He could have just told me it could not be done and not taken all the pain to get the job done, But He did it. I appreciate the hard work and the labor He put into it. Thanks, Troy, I will come back to you even if I have to travel a bit. I definitely recommend this facility.

When I searched all over Houston for a 20 foot truck they were the only ones in town that had one a they were stocked up with a whole lot of other gear for moving I shouldve known to come here first !!!! My mom use to come here when I was a kid and its still live and jumpin great place

Wish I could give negative stars. Talked to a lady on the phone the day before I was supposed to pick up my truck, she confirmed that I could pick up my truck at 5:30, after hours. I was sent the info for pick up. They charged me the money. But when I got to the location (at 4:55, DURING business hours) my truck wasn’t there. And there was nobody available to help. Some dude showed up asking what I was doing, I told him I needed to pick up a truck, he pointed to the sign showing business hours, and said I needed to come back. Even though I had been there.. since before it had even closed. I told him I had an after hours pickup anyway. He told me that they didn’t even have after hours pickup.Well then why the eff did you charge my credit card $250 dollars and tell me that you did on the phone.For the love of all things holy. Do not go to this U-Haul location.

People in morning are awesome Troy is one of the names and the skinny light skin guy with dreads is also cool over all great place. But on 7.11.21 the crew there needs management to talk to them there I went to buy moving boxes and this ghetto girl approaches me aggressively her boyfriend works there by the way tried to get Crunk but of course the boyfriend took the blows cause his dog was trippin so me of course not getting into it with Noone cause my daughter is in the car I asked the guys if they were gonna do something about their CO worker or call the cops on this henna instead they told me to be quite and just go and they just had rather give me free merchandise and load in my vehicle instead of doing the right thing which was getting that girl out of there. SMH poor guy is all I gotta say he even got slammed into the wall by her.

Houston ive been on both sides of the counter. I believe in top notch customer service although it doesnt always happen but I firmly beleive you have to disclose certain procedures. After all I dont work there you do.I quote: ( We re all adults here read your contract) how long do you think it will take to actually do that. (Realisticly)When I rent a uhaul im assuming that it rents by the mile.But twice if you tell me theres no problem if I keep it longer and you dont tell me that I will get charged for it aside from gas...then YOUR NOT DOING YOUR JOB! and it cost me more money along with the moving expenses I already had.Ask questions...this could be you next time readers.

If you are looking for a place to store your stuff **DO NOT COME HERE!!!!*** I was with my Daughter and the man that works there started yelling at me in front of my young daughter and naturally she got scared and upset because a Grown man was yelling at her mother. This place is very unprofessional and if you try calling they have you waiting 15 to 20 mins on the line, so its impossible to speak to any one. and this is the THIRD TIME that i have gotten into an argument with this same man. He should not be working there if he has no customer service skills what so ever! I will not be going there ever again and hopefully people will avoid this place!!!!!

From one Mr. Smith to another Mr. Smith, thank you so much for your help. Mr Smith was the only person working this morning and he handled every customer before, and including, me as if I was family. I expected to be blown off and mistreated according to last reviews but my experience was the exact opposite. He took the time to answer my questions and explain everything I needed to know in simple detail. Returning the vehicle was a snap as well, no waiting around for someone to help me. Highly recommend this location for a truck rental.

I couldnt even bring my business here when I called to get information the gentleman was rude and answered the phone with just a hello he didnt try to help at all. I think you all need to get someone with better customer service to answer the phone.

The guy at the front was very helpful even though his computer was moving slow, I noticed they had cameras down every hallway and individual alarms on every storage door. My price was kind of high but really that was my fault because I had forgotten to refuel the truck. But overall it was a pretty good experience and a place I would recommend to others

Employee was very rude when returning rental-truck. Was charged for miles I did not use with proof, from a picture I took of the miles. Manager was called and said he could not do anything. Employee was not helpful and cursed at me and my sister-in-law! First time I used uhaul service and will never use them again!I will submit a formal complaint to corporate following this incident!

WOW! These guys are amazing! Emir is a top notch manager, spectacular customer service. Elbert was my hitch technician and hes brilliant! Both gentlemen went out of their way to ensure perfection to detail. I highly recommend this location its staff. 5 stars for sure!

Very good able to get moveing job done and very good trailers to and the people are very helpful.

This location was great and fast service I was in and out in less than 15 min. Glad there is a place to rent out a new truck clean and dependable. Returned it without issue just walked in dropped off key and walked out everything was taken care of. Great location hope you all give it a try.

After being told our truck was too big for the Fuqua store we were directed to the Hobby location. Mr Simmons, (I believe) was wonderful. He was there alone, had 3 or 4 couples picking up trucks but he was cool and took good care of us. Blessings to him.

Have rented here several times. Customer service representatives are pleasantly nice and friendly. Inspected the vehicle inside and out. Clean as well I would recommend to everyone.

I called the location to make sure they have my order ready and no one answers but get this. Instead of sending me to voicemail, I get transferred to several departments and got put on hold for a total of 30 minutes just for them to tell me theyll leave a message for me with the manager of this location.... Havent answering machines been around for a few decades now? But oh no, U-Haul corporate assures me that they can help me with anything that the manager of this location could. Took me 5 hours and a whole tank of gas to do something that could have been done in an hour if they would have just answered the phone. Uhaul corporate is like the government. Pretentious, meddling and a complete waste of resources

These guys are Great!.I have had 30+ years using Uhaul and anytime I move everyone has been so nice and helpful. No better way to move than with Uhaul. Great job guys.Even though the computer had a glitch and over charged me a little they promised a reimbursement back. The 26 truck I rented and appliance dolly were perfect.I am a faithful Uhaul renter and send all my family and friends to them when that need a moving truck.

We went in on a Saturday at the end of the month (the most booked time of the month) and Admir was so much help. He looked all over town trying to find us what we needed and at the best price.

This was by far one of the worst experiences Ive ever encountered using this company. The sales team was not helpful at all. The manager was very rude. I would recommend any other place beside this one to rent from.

Bad service again and again at this location. There’s a serious problem with customer service. This employee Troy passed me up two times and helped other customers I tried to be nice about it and let it go. Then he stops processing my rental and went outside and took care of another customer again. Then he has a rude attitude “he should be drug tested” red eyes and says I’m not renting to you. Terrible policy, what ever happened to the customers is right?” Or take care of customers? Then I say I’m going to file a complaint, my GM Amir is outside he says. Wow I should of document my first complaint in May. Uhaul needs to reevaluate their staff near the busiest airport location 👎 0 stars

This location excels at clean working rental vehicles and storage units.Unfortunately their customer service and hold time on the phone is a bit lacking.Moving can be a stressful experience and sloppy Service can add to the frustration.Decent Customer service is important.

Completely unprofessional, employee got up from his seat and started to talk, raise his voice at me and was out of line. Careless staff. I will never do service with Uhaul again. They should get better employees and they should have better service. And employee should get fired!!

The van they gave us was clean and in excellent shape.

Made reservation over the phone the night before after waiting for ever for someone to answer and get there in the morning and they dont have the truck I needed and try to give me a van dont under stand why reserve a vehicle they dont have just puts people in a bind that where told they have the one they needed.

I scheduled an appointment yesterday for them to install a hitch today. I called them this morning to let them know I was on my way and for them to be ready! Then they told me that they wouldnt be able to do it today! And then went on to tell me that there was nothing they could do and to call customer service. They have horrible communication within there management for this to occur and felt like they simply didnt care about my needs as a customer!
